Gemini Season Retrograde style

It’s GEMINI Season re-run 2022.

Gemini season Retrograde starts  May 20 at 6:23 pm PDT, 9:23 pm EDT/ May 21 at 2:23 am GMT with MERCURY the ruler of Gemini {and Virgo} RETROGRADE at 4 degrees Gemini.

You know what that means reviewing all that double talking, double flirting, social butterfly, scatter brained, chatty, ruled by the fancy fleet-footed, hatted and sandaled messenger of the Gods – MERCURY, known as HERMES to the Greeks and THOTH to the Egyptians. 

A whole lotta Gemini going on a double-double double Gemini season. 

MERCURY used to be in thermometers, whose properties made it hard to pin down, describe Gemini’s energies perfectly. Quicksilver is also a toxic poison and a well-known Alchemical metal as well. Mercury’s metal is Mercury or QUICKSILVER like Gemini energies. The Quicksilver Messenger Service were a band in the 60’s.

Mercury is a PSYCHOPOMP. I love that word able to enter and leave the Land of the Dead, Hades or the Underworld. Few had this power.

Mercury Retrogrades back to Taurus on May 22  at 9:15 pm EDT dragging us back through the BS, communications, conversations, world and financially issues we were dealing with at the end of April as Mercury entered Gemini, April 29 just before the first Eclipse of 22 April 30 at 10 degrees Taurus.

Note that Mercury’s 2^nd of 4 Retrogrades of the year ends June 3^rd  with Mercury at 26+ degrees TAURUS which is opposite that Heavy SCORPIO SUPER BLOOD MOON on May 15/16. So, expect a bucking bull kick of that energy too. If you didn’t catch it the first time, you will the 2^nd time.

MERCURY retrograde conjunct the SUN May 21 at 12:18 pm PDT/ 3:18 pm EDT this is a Mercury Cazimi very auspicious to meditate to tune into this energy as the Planet of communications is bathed in the sun’s golden heart at 00 GEMINI, indicating new ideas, communications, texts, analysis and  seeing things from both sides. This is a good thing.

Mercury’s symbol is the caduceus. Not just an FTD Florist symbol, every MD in the world uses the caduceus to signify the healing profession of MEDICINE. The caduceus was originally employed by Chiron and Asclepius as snakes were used to help heal people in Ancient Greece and Snakes were used in the Oracles at DELPHI. Considered to be magical animals of the Goddess since always, two snakes entwined around the central staff or spine is KUNDALINI sexual energy.  The caduceus is an ancient symbol of DNA; symbolizes the twin poles of consciousness, balance and the combining of opposites as in ALCHEMY to produce something entirely new. Gemini is a dual AIR sign, and they never get old as long as their minds are stimulated.  I’ve been watching Paul McCartney on Tour now at 79 on YouTube, Paul is the most Gemini person in the world, and he will be 80 on June 18^th and still rocking and singing shows for almost 3 hours.

Kanye West Astrology 2018

Kanye West went on a recent rant at TMZ on May 1st saying “When you hear about slavery for 400 years,” he said. “For 400 years? That sounds like a choice. You were there for 400 years and it’s all of y’all. It’s like we’re mentally in prison. I like the word prison because slavery goes too direct to the idea of blacks. Slavery is to blacks as the Holocaust is to Jews. Prison is something that unites as one race, blacks, and whites, that we’re the human race.” 

And West has been going on about loving Trump and wearing a MAGA cap too.  

I understand what he is trying to say philosophically. The statement that mental slavery is a choice didn’t go down very well. 

West drew the ire of millions of people on Twitter. He revealed he got hooked on opioids after getting liposuction and that he is on some form of medication to keep him mentally “balanced.” Kanye was rapping wildly and cancelled his Saint Pablo tour on Nov. 19, 2016, and appeared to have a mental or emotional breakdown and hospitalized himself on Nov. 21, 2016. Some people say the Illuminati hospitalized him and could have reprogrammed him. He was obviously overweight and seemed out of it until recently from the meds. 

I wanted to look at Kanye’s chart again to see how the stars are affecting him now

Mars rides the bull. Mutual reception with Venus

Mars leaves his home sign of ARIES and moves into Taurus on the 9th creating a mutual reception with Venus- this means that they are hosting each other when they are in each others signs while Venus is in Aries moving Retrograde until April 2.

An Astrology perspective on Kanye West

What is up with Kanye? Is he having a mental breakdown? What do the stars have to say about this?  Kanye was hospitalized on November 21 for “extreme exhaustion” following a string of onstage concert rants and then cancelling his entire Life of Pablo tour. The rapper, husband of Kim Kardashian just spent more than a week at UCLA Medical Center before being released on Wednesday, November 30.  

First of all KANYE is a GEMINI, he has a split personality anyways. The black/white, arrogant/insecure man/boy will always be there to some degree. 

A psychologist, Dr. Rahel Kitson has done a psychological perspective on Kanye

“Dialectical Thinking:  Holding two opposing points of view, both of which can be valid and consist of some truth.  How does Kanye do this?  He simultaneously rejects and worships fame.  He is an ascetic materialist, striving to be relatable to the common man, but also claiming to be the Steve Jobs and Michael Jordan of music, on par with the son of god.” 

Kanye comes from a well to do educated, middle-class background.  He has no O.OB. planets. Kanye’s just a typical Gemini with expansive Jupiter conjunct his natal SUN opposite his very creative, delusional, spiritual Neptune SUN.  What’s Kanye’s Motto? “Just do it big.”  Sounds exactly like Donald Trump’s motto too, doesn’t it?

Kanye West astrology chart and transits November 21, 2016

The first thing that pops out is that Kanye is having SATURN transiting OPPOSITE his Natal GEMINI SUN, something that only happens once every 28-29 years. He is halfway through Saturn conjunct his Sun in another 14-15 years. Saturn is conjunct his NATAL NEPTUNE in SAGITTARIUS which can bring depression to anyone’s dreams and creativity. Saturn, Lord of karma limits,  matures, tests and brings ill health and hardship to everything he touches. Kim Kardashian was recently robbed at gunpoint in Paris and tied up, she feared for her life. Kanye was on tour in the U.S. This must be a very harrowing experience for both of them now and probably encourages a sense of paranoia.

Plus SATURN is squaring Kanye’s creative and artistic PISCES MOON in his 9th house ruled by his natal Neptune in Sagittarius. Saturn restrictions limits, brings depression, maturity, tiredness and exhaustion. So it makes sense that Kanye would be feeling exhausted.

SATURN square a Natal Pisces Moon adds a  whole other element. Someone born with the Moon in PISCES, is a big psychic sponge, very very sensitive, creative, artistic and very spiritual. PISCES, like the sign of the two fishes, can display genius characteristics and also the opposite spectrum, of mental illness, paranoia, schizophrenia, delusions of grandeur, and of being God or seeing God. He calls himself Yeezus.  Kanye exhibits narcissism, grandiosity and whether it’s an act, Pisces moon peep sare great actors and chameleons, it is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Uranus is opposite his North Node in Libra which is disrupting his relationships and friendships-he’s been ranting about his former friends Beyonce and Jayzee. His marriage may go through a very rocky period and may even end. His sense of balance is off. 

PLUTO is also getting ready to cross a very important angle in anyone’s astrology chart the 7th house cusp, the D.C. or descendant, and oppose the Ascendant, the persona or mask we all wear.Pluto will cross the 18th degree of Capricorn in March and then Retrograde back a couple of degrees then move forwards again to 18 in December of 2017.

If Kanye can get proper psychological help then he may be able to navigate this once in a lifetime transit. Mental breakdowns can also be very healing if the patient can be vulnerable and work through their old issues. This takes time and patience.

Potentially if Kanye is truly following his soul’s urgings then he may come out of this even stronger, more humble, creative and more whole. 

KANYE’S NUMEROLOGY

Kanye’s birthdate numbers reduce to June 8 1977= 6+ 8+ 1977= 1991 = 20/11/2. 

Kanye and I share the same numerology so I am very familiar with this meaning. A #20 Personality goes through constant rebirths and make-overs of their personality. He is an old soul, he has a Master Number 11 as his inner guide. He has depth and strength. His root or soul number is #2 the High Priestess. This is a very strong, emotional, intuitive, psychic, sensitive, feminine, number. For a man to carry the High Priestess energy can be very difficult. the H.P. is like the Moon, moody, changeable, mysterious, reflective, He mirrors what’s going on around him. People don’t know who he really is, and he is very connected to his mother, energy cycles and women. He has to be able to integrate his own feminine side fully. Again the #2 is duality, also a Gemini issue.

Time and lucky karma will tell. Modern pharmaceuticals may be prescribed to help block Kanye’s issues so that he can cope in a more “normal” spectrum. But these drugs only block and cannot heal the actual psychological and karmic issues and therefore create more karma on a spiritual level. I do not recommend them unless someone is seriously psychotic. There are alternative therapies and shamanic techniques, spiritual disciplines, changes in lifestyle and  bodywork  which can all bring wholeness.

Kanye is quite a creative man. He is the father of two young children The rigors of being famous which he has sought also carries a very high price.

Kanye West rips off artists

“Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” so the saying goes but it translates as kiss my ass politics. I was disgusted to read that the fine artist Vincent Desiderio,an American realist painter with some good cred to his name got totally bought off in the Fame Game because Kanye West used his painting  Sleep as the basis for his new video called Fame. Yes that’s the name of the game. That was a great song by David Bowie, also ripped off. 

The real Pablo Picasso, not the wanna be Kanye, once said: “Good artists copy, great artists steal.” That was just another self-aggrandizing statement by the big master himself. 

The papers reported that Mr. Desiderio was contacted by Kanye’s company and flown out to L.A. to see his painting ripped off by Kanye. Nowhere does it mention an artist fee paid to have his work forged. It’s a clear copyright infringement. 

The starry-eyed artist whose name is now all over, clearly believes that having his name attached to Kanye will bring him further cred, fame and fortune.

The point is by not demanding a fee for having his art ripped off and buying into the big ego game Desiderio sets back other artists claims to infringement back into the red. Like Mars in Scorpio.

I find this ironic when musical artists can sue for millions over 8 bars of their music being “sampled” when the truth is its being used, raped and ripped off. How many bars does your image equate  to I wonder?

I am getting a deja vu writing this. I believe I have had a dream or several dreams about writing this. 

The thought that my yesterday title the end is near was too negative seems to have fit right in with the World Markets big slide “correcting itself.” No, sorry  the markets bubbles is bursting. Be forewarned. 

We are in new energies now from the planets as Jupiter is already in Virgo the sign of the harvest. You know the saying ” You reap what you sow.” And that is planet Saturn’s motto, the Lord of karma.

Jupiter is considered to be “DETRIMENTAL” while in Virgo as the planet is opposite his original ruling Feminine sign Pisces. All planets are considered in detriment when opposite their ruling signs, They are disempowered and weakened. So the big rewards are less big, and adventurous as befits humble, on budget, practical grounded  realistic Virgo. 

Saturn will also enter Sagittarius September 17

Which totally changes the reality principle. Saturn in Sagittarius is much more honest, forthright, ethical than we have seen while he has travelled through secretive, power-hungry Scorpio since October 5, 2012. 

Saturn was last in Sagittarius 

November 16 1985 – February 13, 1988 and  June 9 1988 – November 11, 1988. an auspicious numerology date.

 2. June 17, 2016 @ 12 degrees Sagittarius/Pisces with Neptune Retro.

3. September 10 2016 @ 10 degrees Sagittarius/Pisces with Neptune Retro. 

I would check out where these degrees fall in your natal chart because it is where the shit Saturn/Reality hits the Fan, Neptune in Pisces. The BIG Bubble bursts. Many people will run to hide their heads in the sand, in denial. Many will get high and drop out on drugs, pot, Prescription meds, video games, porn, alcohol,or your drug of choice; Kale smoothies, yoga, veganism, shopping, hipsterism, gurus, romantic delusions. The dream is over. 

These are major long-term cycles. The effects of both these planets will burst many bubbles and usher in a cleansing around belief systems, faith, higher education, and laws. 

Talk about a reality check.  Dues will have to be paid. 

Saturn in Sagittarius rules higher education, justice, travelling, foreigners, religion, travelling. 

There will be many changes in immigration law as Saturn restricts travel. Saturn in Sagittarius is  the truth will set you free. Who’s truth? Not dogma, not religious beliefs. Atheism will gain a huge following. Millions are tired of the way religion is used to dominate and control the masses. 

These aspects also mean conspiracy theories which were once considered crazy may be taken more seriously. History will be re-written. Outsiders become respected.  

Elders will be giving more freedom and integrated into the culture. Death will be much more of an adventure and more of a spiritual journey than feared and ostracized out of sight. 

There will be major protests against corruption in the justice system. Government lobbyists will be stopped from controlling the entire system.   

While Jupiter is in Virgo the largest spiritual movement will be PAGANISM/EARTHING..

Back to the land, another Hippie return. NOTE that URANUS And PLUTO were both in VIRGO when the 60’s revolution was started by these two planets. Jupiter will touch these degrees again.   practical, grounded religion, practical philosophy, hands on , DIY, simpler, slower, living. Worshipping the earth, the land, the food, REAL FOOD, no GMO,plastic fast food. Simple pleasures. 

HEALTH and NATURAL HERBAL HEALING, super foods for cancer cures, eating your medicine. Exotic medicines – Chinese, Ayurvedic, Amazon jungle cures become widely accepted. 

Your life’s work must be of service to others, not about career, status or big bucks first. Being grounded, HUMBLE,-forget it Kanye and Donald.  There will be a surge in literary groups and circles of helping hands. Health is number one. GMO’s will be banned.

A pioneering lifestyle, downsizing. People will realize that living on credit is not real. There may be inflation as a counterpoint. SAVING is the New Black!  Saving? what’s that to most of the younger generation. 

Neptune in PISCES is faith, intuition, psychic energy, trusting what one knows within oneself to be authentically true. Oneness, dreaming. The truth will out about organized religions, promising “Heaven” bible belters,  ISIL, Tea party, the fraud yogis, the religious zealots from all religions, swindling the innocent for billions of tax-free dollars, will be OVER. The masses will see the illusion of the rhetoric.

The term the waking dream means that this life,what we think of as  reality { Saturn} is actually an illusion { Neptune in Pisces}.  There is a famous Chinese story about Chuang Tzu dreaming that he was a butterfly, flying about enjoying itself. Was the butterfly dreaming  it was Chuang Chou? We want to wake up from the dream where some never actually wake up their entire lives. Wake up to your eternal self dreaming it is experiencing the 3-D dimension. 

Neptune in Pisces

is Hollywood and the cultural illusions, these motifs will also change. The tools are in the hands of the people. Everyone is an artist, a creator. Painting, salons, poetry, singing, sound healing, spiritual healing, faith healing,will become commonplace.  There will be a more spiritual and educational nature to entertainment not just empty fluff.

Get down and dirty

There’s no place like home. Yes Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz said it best. I like L.A. a lot, I love the gorgeous Bougainville’s and exotic succulents and palm trees everywhere. California people are laid back an open. California is new, Light, rich, creative and all about consumption, opulence and appearances. There are so many homeless people especially in Venice, but I was surprised at the numbers up at the W Hotel up at Hollywood and Vine, such a contrast of opulence and poverty.

My brand new Salvador Dali Universal Tarot got me hauled in at customs. The officer opened my bag, tried to get the new manual out and looked at the cards.  Interesting. suspicious Tarot cards. but it was all ok.

The synchronicity of #13 continued. My daughter and I were consigned seats by the airline which werent together. The plane was full and we overshot our seats as everyone was trying to get on. Two people offered to take seats which weren’t ours. We let a family of three sit together then someone moved to let us sit together in row 13.

OK I get it DEATH REBIRTH TRANSFORMATION Saturn and the Death card keep shouting at me. OK i want to change, I want to let go. I want to redo my website. I want to change the way I work. I want to be fully enlightened. I want to trust totally.  I sailed for the first time ever and on the ocean,and got to steer the boat. I went on a very scary Jurassic Park ride at Universal Studios with an 80 foot drop which my husband can’t believe I did as I have never gone on rides like that and my daughter was terrified of; I laughed and also thought it was pretty pathetic. Got on the L.A. subway for the first time. New is rebirth. Death is stagnation. 

After the absolute smoothest flight I have ever been on, Air Canada by the way, and a perfect landing. It was a piece of cake to get home. 

Moon speeded through Sagittarius. Was also a nice touch to come home under a Saggy moon as I was born in Toronto under one. A bit itchy night as Moon is inconjunct to Mars in Cancer. Its like planets during a divorce.

Hump Day is complicated with a Mercury in Leo inconjunct to PLUTO.
