Mercury in Gemini again May 3 until JULY 11. Thats over 2 months of rapid fire communications. BUt the communicator planet it will turn RETROGRADE May 29 to June 22 from 24 degrees 41′ Gemini to 16 degrees 16′ Gemini.

Thank you Saturday Night Live for making our lives funnier, richer and more enlightening for generations. SNL is celebrating 40 years of Television comedy broadcasts. I love comedy. Who doesn’t? I have always felt that comedy is the best medicine. You can sneak almost any satiric, ironic statement in through comedy in a way that is very effective. We need to be able to laugh at ourselves.

 SNL has become a cultural icon. The show has nurtured and launched numerous funny people to stardom.  Bill Murray, Jimmy Fallon, Eddie Murphy, Tina Fay, Amy Poehler, Kristin Wiig, Will Farrell,  Adam Sandler, Billy Crystal, Mike Meyers, Dan Akroyd are just some of the cast members who make us laugh in so many ways. 

I think I started watching SNL in 1976. I have tuned in over the years off an on for many a Satuday night.

Behind SNL is the “God of comedy” producer  Lorne Michaels. Born in  Toronto, Canada, I went to the same High School as Lorne, Vaughan Road Collegiate and my older cousin Carol was in his class.

Who is Lorne Michael’s? What are the planetary influences behind his success allowing him to helm so much creativity for all these years. Since April 3, 2013 Lorne is also the executive producer of the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. 

Lorne said “comedy is so clear.”

Lorne is a SCORPIO born November 17, 1944 in Toronto as Lorne Lipowitz. I have no exact birth time so I am using noon for a famous public personality. Lorne’s Saturn in Cancer is conjunct to the U.S. Sun at 13 degrees, making him destined to work in the U.S. This makes him the patriarch and family nurturer and protector. Everyone who works for him is part of his family, although he expects respect and loyalty. Lilith conjunct Neptune is interesting. Neptune in Libra, a generational sign, is spiritually his gift is to be a go-between, an ambassador, a champion of the underdog and the taboo. He has also championed many women, who would have had no place to speak in society, Tina Fey acknowledged this fact about Lorne.

Lorne’s North Node in Cancer indicates he is to use his past life experiences of structuring, building and business acumen to nurture and provide a safe nurturing space for others.

Jupiter was in Aries at 2o degrees in 1975 trining Lorne’s Moon and his North Node at 19 degrees Cancer. 

The Moon was in Capricorn having just passed over Lorn’s Natal Venus. Capricorn Moon’s indicates staying power, longevity, weight.

So this is a big “Top Gun” pow wow. The Star of our show, the Sun and Jupiter the biggest planet are having a conference. At the North Star, this is pivotal, literally.

I’m intuiting that one begins to tune in starting on June 16-20 with the Sun at the 29th degree of Gemini.

Jupiter is also at the 29th degree on June 24-25, He enters Cancer June 25 @ 6:39 pm PDT

Because Jupiter only crosses the North Pole star once in every 12 years it is very auspicious!

MEDITATION on SUN JUPITER POLARIS

Crystals -you will need CITRINES, 4 candles, incense,

You need to create a space for a meditation that you will do for 5 days in a row.

You need first to smudge or use incense to cleanse your aura and make you space sacred before beginning. 

As always start in the East and light the 1st candle,call in FIRE/Spirit, the Sun, Light, the Source

move South-light 2nd candle- call in WATER, emotions, flow, cleansing,heart, protection, innocence Trust

next move West, light 3rd candle, call in EARTH, physical, reality, the Goddesses, death, intuition, change,

then move North, light 4th candle, call in AIR, thoughts, mind, wisdom, higher teachers breath, awareness

Then sit in center of your circle and call the Sun and Jupiter’s union to you, to expand, enlighten, empower, ever particle of your spirit, emotions, body and consciousness. You should feel radiant. Open your chakras slowly by breathing into them from the root – crown. Then breathe down from your root into the heart of Mother Earth, feel your groundedness. Then bring her earth energy into your root chakra and send it up your spine to  your 8th chakra about 1 foot above your head.

Then send out your energy to the NORTH STAR POLARIS,  and feel the anchoring of your highest purpose and the view! Spacious, cosmic, totally expansive.

Sense yourself right on the North Star with the Sun and Jupiter and ask yourself

1. why am I here on the earth at this time?

2. where do I come from? 

3. Where am I going?

4. What am I to do? What’s my cosmic purpose? 

5. How do I do this? practical, ideas.

Sit in the circle meditating each night starting June 16-20. 

Have a journal handy to write down your impressions, you mind will be speedy and full of ideas. I know it. Or use voice notes on your phone.  Spend as long as you want every day. If nothing seems to be happening dont worry. It is . Ask that you be conscious of what the directions are.
