5/5/5 Meaning and Cinco de Mayo

May 5, 2021 is a triple 555 numerology date today. Many people are into Numerology which have been popularized as “Angel Numbers.” Numerology derives from Hebrew gematria. So that is the source I always go to. The angels and their symbols and numbers come from that source. I don’t subscribe to the modern “airy fairy New Age interpretations which all sound blandly positively a such as like Luck is coming to you and make wishes and your angels are there, to me.

Yes it’s also Cinco de Mayo which commemorates the Mexican Army’s victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of General Ignacio ZaragozaI.

2021 reduces to 5. So a triply 5 number is a big signifier. Yes we have 5 fingers and toes. So 5 is the basis which many counting systems are based on.

In Hebrew the 5th Number is He pronounced Hay or more gutteral Chai. It is the letter E in English. Read more about He =see link at bottom.

There are so many interpretations to 5.

The number 5 is associated with VENUS as in her upturned Pentagram she traces a 5 pointed star in her 8 year cycle. Which is totally awesome. The number 5 is associated with Venus and the 5 petalled rose.

The Chinese use 5 elements Water Earth Fire Wood Metal

Hindu Tantrism uses 5 tattvas creating global energy cycles of tattvic tides which begins at dawn with Akasha and ending with Prithvi.

There are 5 books of Moses and five divisions of the Psalms. Magical, mystical texts are also divided into 5 and 5 symbolizes Protection as in the HAMSA or talismanic  which both Jews and Arabs use.

The Numbers 555 I Hebrew translate as an Eagle and also associated with Lust.

The Number 5 has various interpretations as it is midway to 10 which is the beginning of all the numbers again.

I always refer the numbers to the symbols in the Tarot with the Numerology.

Geburah is the 5^th Sephirot on the Tree of Life. It means severity and sometimes strength and causes instability in the 5 states of matter/energy.

5 is the Hierophant or The Pope or High Priest in the Tarot. He is the male counterpart of the High Priestess #2. Note that the Priestess comes before the Priest. She is in the Supernal Triangle on the Tree of Life.

“A hierophant (Ancient Greek: ἱεροφάντης) is a person who brings religious congregants into the presence of that which is deemed holy.^[1] As such, a hierophant is an interpreter of sacred mysteries and arcane principles.”

The #5 is also interpreted as Christ on in a Painting. Some people see 555 as the Number of Jesus Christ.

In many modern TAROT decks, the Hierophant is shown with his right hand raised in blessing or benediction, with two fingers pointing skyward and two pointing down, thus indicating an “As above So Below” image which forms a bridge between Heaven and Earth. ” reminiscent of that formed by the body of The Hanged Man #12. The Hierophant is thus a true “pontiff”, in that he is the builder of the bridge between deity and humanity. In his left hand he held a triple cross. The Hierophant is typically male, even in decks that take a feminist view of the Tarot, such as the Motherpeace Tarot, The Hierophant was also known as “The Teacher of Wisdom”.

My Tarot teacher taught that 5’s are difficult as shown in all the minor numbered cards in the THOTH tarot.

5 of Disks WORRY 5 of Earth Five of Pentacles: 1^st decan of Taurus – Mercury

5 of Swords DEFEAT 5 of Air -1^st decan of AQUARIUS-Venus

For me the 5’s are always challenges. This is a MASTER Number triplicity of 5’s.

555 challenges, but also triple the Venusian love.

Super New Moon in Taurus, Dance me to the end of love

The SUPER TAURUS New Moon at 6+ degrees PISCES @ 5:16 am PDT/ 8:16 am EDT/ 12:16 pm GMT.

The Super MOON won’t be seen as this is a DARK or Black Moon time. The Moon is especially close to the earth making it SUPER strong. The tides are pulled higher and lower on the oceans, rivers and streams and in our hearts and our emotional bodies, and our unconscious feelings.  

A New Moon is always a New beginning and the best time to set new intentions. In TAURUS a very physical embodied sign we want to work out any physical issues and problems. We can MANIFEST, that is TAURUS’S great gift.

For women, the New Moon is traditionally the time for getting one’s period and being exactly in sych with the Moon’s natural cycle and retreating to a red tent, cave or hut. If you are bleeding or start to bleed during the three days after the New Moon, really allow yourself to experience how strongly your body is feeling the Moon’s pull on your emotions and your flow. Of the Earth,Taurus New Moon, The power of now

This is a very powerful, GRAND TRINE, EARTHY NEW MOON INITIATION to “BE HERE NOW!”

right after I wrote this my Internet went down, and my landline phone here in Sedona too. I had to call the internet provider and because it is Mercury Mars Saturn Jupiter etc Retrograde I went out and walked to the office which is only 10 minutes away to make sure they got the message.  This is not what I had expected. I really did have to BE HERE and nowhere else because I was cut off from communicating with the world. It’s great to be here.  It is real this magic. 

The Grand Trine between SUN MOON with Venus nearby at 8 degrees TAURUS,and MERCURY RETROGRADE at 21 degrees TAURUS, trining JUPITER still also RETROGRADE but very strong, about to turn DIRECT May 9 @ 13+ degrees Virgo trining PLUTO Retrograde at 17 degrees CAPRICORN is extremely focussed on your physical resources, your self-esteem, your practical toolkit, your body, the earth itself.

How are we treating the earth? Pay attention to that too. Earthly resources are what we need to sustain life, Fresh water, clean air, unpolluted earth to grow food, No GMO’s. Decent housing for everyone, enough healthy food to eat, really basic stuff-food and shelter are the bottom lines. If people are in survival mode there is no time for the creativity that Venus in Taurus brings. That is icing on the cake.  We do not have limitless supplies of resources. 

Get back to the Garden. We are integrating our resources, taking inventory and stock of what we really own and have. Taurus New Moon’s are very sensual, so get into your body and enjoy the sensual pleasures of being here now.

Sensual Moon, romantic Sunday

The Moon enters Taurus Jan 16-19.

This is the most sensual time of the month. This is the time to slow down and smell the roses, and Do PAMPER yourself and your beloveds. Awaken your senses with aromatherapy oils and incense. Give and receive massages or simply be more touchy in the positive sense. Taurus the Bull is an ancient constellation. In Hinduism Shiva rides a sacred white Bull called Nandi. 

The Symbol of Taurus is the Major Arcana of The POPE #5 of Hierophant or High Priest 

Taurus, the 2nd sign  is ruled by planet Venus, so all things of beauty, art, romance, music, flowers, fashion, dance, jewellery, pottery especially, landscaping, and money are all attributes of Taurus. 

The Mythological Minotaur was a man with a bull ‘s head and tail { or a man’s head and bull body like a Centaur. The Minotaur, was locked inside a  labyrinth in Knossos Crete to contain him. His original name in Creten, was Asterion, which means the stars. So the name relates to the constellation of Taurus the Bull. 

Taurus relates to our very earthy animal side, which we must honor but also contain. Many of us are so disconnected from our bodies so much these days from sitting in front of computers ,texting and in our heads all day that we need to learn to listen to and use  all of our 6 senses. Taurus Full Moon Meditation Ritual

TAURUS  Smell the Roses, Full Moon Meditation

This bullish Full Moon opposite the Sun in Scorpio occurs Oct 27 @ 12:05 p.m. GMT.

Taurus is the first earth sign and symbolizes our physical embodiment. As the 2^nd sign, spirit has evolved from a spark from the Light of the 1^st sign of Aries, and entered the densest spiritual vibration of the third dimension of matter, flesh and earth.

Taurus is the Garden of Eden, of earthly delights. Taurus energy is our own bodies, our physical environment, Mother Earth, Pachamama, and the realm of the five senses.

Taurus Full Moons are a fulfillment, of everything tangible, everything we can taste, touch, smell, hear, see, on the physical plane. Taurus is fixed and preserving energy.

This Full Moon invites us to revel in our senses, to enjoy, to seek pleasure and sensual gratification. On this Taurus Moon we are sensuously enticed to dance and move our bodies.

Taurus is a fixed sign, it holds energy, and stabilizes.  Ruled by planet Venus Taurus is the most sexual of all signs. On a purely physical level, we are largely running on instinct, to eat, to quench our thirst, to find shelter, comfort, safety, to have set-to procreate, to feel pleasure, to rest.

Taurus Full Moons symbolize our resources, our tangible assets, what we can make and what we own. Taurus Full Moons invite us to build, to DIY something, to create, to make art, poetry, love and to appreciate what we have and what we have built. DEEP THROAT

Taurus rules the throat chakra. Venus as ruler is the planet of Love and also rules the heart chakra traditionally in Indian chakra rulerships although that is related more to her other sign Libra. At this Full Moon we need to open our throats, our second chakra, a power center connected to our root, first chakras. Taurus helps us to give voice to our desires, to sing, to speak out for love and creativity. It is a wonderful time to chant, sing and to give voice in prayer.

ANCIENT BULL WORSHIP

Ancient cultures worshipped the Bull all over the world. Ancient caves drawings of bulls in Lascaux France are 30,000 years old. Shiva rides a sacred bull in India. The Bulls crescent shaped horns were considered to be the symbol of the waxing and waning moon. In Crete, a Goddess centered ancient culture had bulls as a central theme and axes shaped like the Bull horns/moon. The Buddha’s birth is traditionally celebrated under the Sign of Taurus.

In modern times the New York Stock Exchange is said to be Bullish when on the upswing and profitable. The NYSE was created to align with the constellation of the Bull.  

With Venus, Mars and Jupiter in Virgo and very closely aligned, Pluto in Capricorn The North Node just entering Virgo, and Ceres at the last degree of Capricorn we have a predominance of earth elements to further urge us to be in our bodies to be present here and now.

Celtic TREE Mythology: Ivy or Gort, this is the last day of this plant. Linked to Dionysus.

PLANTS: Berries, wheat and most spices.

FLOWERS: Daffodils, goldenrod, violet, rose, lily

FRUITS: Apple, pear peach, fig, almond, ash, cypress and most vines. 

TAURUS INCENSE /ESSENTIAL OILS: Cardamom, thyme, rose, amber, musk, myrrh, patchouli, sandalwood,

Set up an alter or sacred meditation space.
I would recommend being out in nature on the land or if need to be indoors have bowls of earth or potted flowers.  

MUSIC: Put on rhythmic drumming, or soft chanting. Deva Premal would be great.

You can pre-record these instructions with pauses to listen to as you do the meditation.

Begin by smudging yourself first. Light your candles. One for each direction. I always work EAST to SOUTH to WEST TO NORTH. Always move clockwise. Call in the four elements and the four direction into your sacred circle.
Call in the four Archangels, Michael, Gabriel, Ariel, Raphael in the same order.

Have a rattle, spoon or something to keep rhythm with.
Center yourself by breathing, sit or lie down, close your eyes.

Begin to breathe, naturally deeply. Then beginning by sending your breath down to your root chakra. Enjoy the feeling and sensual delight of your spirit being in the body, to experience all that it can on this physical plane.  Sense being rooted to the earth and work up through each chakra one at a time until you get to the THROAT CHAKRA. Whose color is deep blue. 

It’s important to clear your throat’s energy. A lot of issues can get stuck here. Things we haven’t said get stuck here. So make sounds. You can tone the vowels, A, E, I, O, U, or simply OHM. This is where you have the power to vibrations into words of power.

Keep breathing naturally and deeply, and continue sounding, chanting or singing. These will increase your intake of oxygen and will make you relax. Singing is one of the best ways to feel happy. Whatever sound, song, tone, sobs or screams come up let them come from your root chakra. The Full Moon is drawing these sounds out of your deepest desire to give voice to them.

You should start to feel tingly. If your body wants to move and sing do that. If you feel like stamping to keep rhythm or tapping out a beat or clapping on your body do it. Let your body go, free it up, loosen the knots.

This is a time to revel in your instinctual natural body wisdom and energy, your natural strength, power and resiliency.

As you sing or dance send your breath down from the throat chakra into the earth. Send the throat energy down past the rocks, and crystals, deep down into the very center of Mother Earth .

Feel the connection of your throat to the power of the earth. Ask Pachamama if she will speak to you.

Listen closely, wait for Mother Earth to speak to you. This may come as a feeling in your gut. Ask her for healing strength for anything you need on the physical plane, your own body’s health and for abundance, wait and feel Mother Earth’s power filling and strengthening you. Take as long as your need.

Ask Mother Earth if there is something that you can do for her in return. Ask if she wishes you would speak for her, on her behalf?  Listen deeply for this. I believe that we are all spokespersons for the earth, for our own physical wellbeing, for ourselves our families and cultures and for the world at large. Mother Nature needs us to speak up on her defense like the symbol of the Hierophant in the Thoth deck. Make a vow to speak your truth for the earth.  

At this Full Moon give be Grateful and give thanks for all you have in your life, say it aloud. Thank your body for being strong and healthy especially if you are sick and in need of healing. Give thanks for material wealth and pleasure, especially if you are struggling to stay afloat. Positive affirmations through the Law of Attraction would be extremely powerful under this moon.

Taurus energy is slow moving and loves to stop and smell the roses. This requires time. Time is also a precious resource. Reflect on how much more time you have given to simply being present, and aware.

Make a vow on Taurus’ Fixed energies that you will stop being so busy, distracted and on your cell phone/ iPad /computer. Vow to stop and notice and enjoying the simplest things in life, nature, dancing, singing, good food, lots of sleep. Being in nature and gardening are incredibly healing. New research has come out stating that microbes in the soil act better than drugs against depression. Get your hands dirty.

Come out of your meditation. Feel the strength from your embodied journey. Write down your vows and five things that you will do to manifest what you need to say and do for your body, for wealth and joy. Spread this embodied joy out into the world and the cosmos.

Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse Tarot Reading

The Eclipse is later today September 27 in the U.S. and Canada and on the 28th in the Eastern parts of the world.  I am feeling very positive about it. The key is to not buy into the fear. To stay grounded by listening to your own connection to your Higher Self or Guardian Angel you will be strong, centered, know what to do and able to create in the world what you want to see. 

There is a nice trine by the Moon to Saturn in the afternoon. Follow Saturn in Sagittarius’s goal which is to AIM HIGHER. In Indigenous Twisted Hairs Medicine teachings which is the lineage I apprenticed in, they speak of the Light Arrows and Dark Arrows teachings. The Dark Arrows are self-criticism, negativity, defeat, fear. Choose the Light Arrows. Aim your conscious intentions directly to the Galactic Center, that is what Sagittarius is aligned with. What we do here now, what we think, feel, imagine, is of prime importance not just to us and the 7 Billion souls + the billions and billions of animals on this planet who also have a consciousness and a sacred purpose. Sagittarius is an animal human hybrid sign. Animals always know what’s going on. No animals died in the terrible tsunami in Phuket Thailand years ago. They felt the tsunami instinctively and knew to move to higher ground. Use the wisdom of your own gut instincts. We all are being terribly programmed through our cell phones, through the micro-wave cell phone towers, fast food, GMO’s and the media and the culture of Death. The Pope address this Industry of Death. That industry is woven into every aspect of American culture. I wont go into that here but just to inform you to get outside get into Nature, nature heals.  It is also the beginning of Sukkot  a thanksgiving Feast in the Hebrew calendar. Jewish people eat in a makeshift house outside adorned with fruits ad grains and celebrating nature’s harvest, which is Virgo.

I spent a whole afternoon yesterday meditating and doing ceremony and dousing myself and talking about a whole new archetype of the Wounded healer. I baptized myself in the clean waters of Oak Creek in a private area on the creek. There is a mesa and a gateway on this very powerful rock, and others come to do ceremony there. It has been dowsed to being six times more powerful than any other vortex in Sedona. I am very grateful to my friend and her friend for bringing me there. Nature itself is healing, the Sun- fire, the Water- emotions, The Air-the mind, the earth- physical. It’s all here. Let nature heal you. 

ASTROLOGY NOTES 

this is another Cardinal Square Total Eclipse the energies are every intense. The Mars Saturn square is in effect.

Mars in Virgo is in quincunx {150 degrees} to the Moon in Aries. This is the being caught between a rock and a hard place. The Sun in Libra is in quincunx to Neptune in Pisces. This signifies an end to giving yourself away to illusions  in relationships and becoming aware of your needs vs. others. A struggle between the ego and the Higher Self to be compassionate and kind and loving but not being a martyr to others needs. 

If you have planets at 5 degree of Aries PLEASE TAKE NOTE  because the Lunar eclipse falls right there. I have my Jupiter right at 4.59 Aries turning Direct in my 5th house of creativity and self-expression and giving love. So I am going to manifest more fire, passion, more blood, more love, and more realization of my creativity now.  Check out where the eclipse degree is in your own chart. 

CANCER with planets at 5 degrees and CAPRICORN with planets at 5 degrees

You are both getting the tension of the square aspect {90 degrees} from the eclipse.  The aspects the eclipse is making to whichever planet or angles in your natal chart and which energies these planets govern in your natal chart and which houses 5 degrees falls must be closely looked at.
