Love shifts, Venus into Virgo

Moon is in Leo Oct 7. and it will be a stuck between a rock and a hard place with 2 inconjuncts of the Moon to Pluto and Chiron. Things are feeling more focussed. 

Moon trines Uranus in the latter day so get yourself loosened up. Break your usual habits, do something different, shift your consciousness. Do silly walks.

Moon and Venus arm in arm both enter VIRGO October 8 until November 8.

It will be a very felt, grounded, shift from dramatic VENUS IN LEO in Furs, as the star of the show, the drama Queen into put away neatly folded, the glitz and glam and put on your flats, wear beige,  and ditch the sparkly chemical make-up and assorted role-playing stuff. 

Now all is geared to what works, what is useful, how we save money! Love on a budget. Recycling, being environmentally consciousness. Loving the earth, our bodies, being slaves to our jobs.  Serving others.  The sign of health and natural healing.

Virgo/Gaia the Earth

Venus in Virgo loves order. She loves eating raw, simple, non-spicy, bland, healthy foods. 

She loves counting carbs and calories. Doing the math excites her.

She loves discipline, and saving. This turns her on. 

She loves colonics, cleanses, high fibre, probiotics.

So it will be interesting as the environment and the eco-system will take center stage in the upcoming Canadian Federal election before October 19. Former P.M. Harper will be ousted on this one horrorshow which his oilygucky cronies who have sold out Canada with their no longer profitable Alberta Tar Sands disaster. An eco-mess from space.  Such shortsightedness not realizing that the U.S. would build up their oil stores so quickly and sorry Canada you are like yesterday’s condom. 

But the citizens who love the land, will want to restore it back to being harvestable.

The NORTH NODE Of the Moon shifts into VIRGO on November 11. 11:11 there is a significance here. 

For the next 18 months the North and South Nodes shift into the Virgo/Pisces axis. The 6th and 12th houses. The houses of servants and spirit.  We are ending with the South Node many religious beliefs, addictions, illusions, delusions, denial, projections of powers onto others, especially spiritual people. We are letting go of hiding, of self-undoing, of non-attachment. 

The North Node in Virgo is hard-working. This is where we need to go collectively. To pull up our socks and sleeves and fix the damage. We love the earth and our bodies as temples of the divine. We save and don’t waste. We praise our pets, our communities and know that this earth is our soul’s playground. As Holy and sacred as any heaven.

The North Node in Virgo asks us to look at our earth. What have we harvested here?

Climate change which is linked to man-made pollution, but could also be a natural cycle, is telling us that Nature is changing. I believe that Mother Earth, Gaia is a conscious living being. Mothers are not just the passive all unconditionally loving mothers. They also have their limits, their boundaries, their intelligence. Gaia has been raped by oil companies, mines, her rivers damned and rerouted, her oceans radiated and plasticized. We have laid waste to our only home. The fantasy of going to Mars doesn’t cut it. Virgo Mama is angry at her children for abusing her. As a mother this makes perfect sense to me. Watch any mother dog with her pups. At some point she gets mad, shakes them and leaves them to fend for themselves. It is not cruel. Nature is  necessity. If Gaia refuses to nurture her ungrateful children then that is our karma. 

We can build Heaven on earth in small collectives and communities.

MEDITATION to heal the wounded masculine

You will need 2 red candles and 2 white ones. Smudge or incense.

Create a sacred space within and without by cleansing your aura mind and body with incense or smudge first.

Start with the element and spirit of FIRE Which is always masculine. I consider fire to be in the EAST where the SUN rises so I start there. Other traditions use South for Fire, do which ever suits your temperament more.  Call upon the SOURCE, the light, action, passion to be in your circle and in your heart.

Then move always SUN WISE. to your right. NEVER LEFT-

Call in the element, direction of the spirit of WATER in the SOUTH, call in the heart, flow, the emotions, feelings, the receptivity of water to be in your heart and in your circle.

Then call in the direction of the WEST  and the spirit of the earth for strength, health, to let go, intuition, the Goddess energy to be with you in your circle and in your reality.

Then call in the NORTH  powers of air, the breath and mind, learning and wisdom to open your mind, to connect you with the “as above”. Ask wisdom to enter your mind and your circle.

Get in touch with your inner YANG masculine energy, every person has both a masculine and feminine side. The Masculine is aggressive, heroic, he is ego, power, analytical, action, sexual desire, energy, passion, defenses, ordering, detached.  You may feel certain  parts of your body to be connected to your masculine drive for power.

We all have body armouring, Anywhere where your feelings or actions or sensations were stifled and you were held back is where that energy is stored in your body, mind, emotions or spirit. Wilhelm Reich created orgone energy blankets and machines to stimulate the essence of the life force. Tense up your muscles and see if you can feel where you are most tense. You can speak to your inner masculine and applaud him. Welcome him home, Open your heart to love and welcome your conquering hero warrior home where he can take off his armour and allow himself to relax and be open and vulnerable. There is Nothing to defend.

Allow yourself to see in your minds eye the Gladiator take off his armour. He can relax his muscles, can allow himself a big deep breath. He can be open, sensitive, he can cry, he can feel pain, he can be vulnerable. His vulnerability is his greatest strength.

Hold the wounded boy soldier in your heart, allowing him to open relieves him of his burdens, he can start to feel balanced and whole. There is a great love which can now flower.
