The unloved child, the unmothered child is what needs to be kept close and isolated, much as a mother of a newborn was sequestered for 6 weeks after the birth of her baby and allowed to “lie-in” with her baby where both mother and babe were nurtured fed and supported. In these times one must provide for oneself as best they can and focus solely on the work of healing your own inner child. To allow the Great Mother to come and hold you and your inner child to her breast, to draw down her love and energy, to bring her into your heart and womb, and allow the innate natural love for a helpless babe to flood your cells. You know how to do this, you experienced it on some level. We are all human and imperfect but the living Goddess will open your heart unconditionally and let you love yourself and mother yourself to an unknown or forgotten wholeness again.

Tune into the healing potential of these potent times. I am sensing this phenomenon and hearing about it from clients a lot. As we tune into SCORPIO energy it is the dark time of death and renewal. Let go of the old patterns which do not suit your soul’s evolutionary growth. This is what you came here for. This is why we are all incarnated now.

Friday the 13th honor the Goddess and Moon’s cycles

Never mind Freddie Kruger and Horror movies.

Are you superstitious?  The scientific name for fear of #13 is called triskadekaphobia fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskevidekatriaphobia.

Why is the #13 feared and supposed to be bad? The origin of the number 13 needs to be understood and shifted from fear and superstition.

The fear of #13 is really a misogynist brainwash that originated with the Catholic church.

 I love #13. The truth will set you free. Pet a black cat today and break a few mirrors. Breaking mirrors is a psychological metaphor for breaking free of your unconscious projections.

In the Tarot the #13 is DEATH and as the Western culture fears death and its own immortality it screwed all of this up and mad death bad and to be feared. 

Death was always presided over by The GODDESS. She who gives birth also gives Death. Again the Church’s fears of the Divine Feminine had to make everything associated with HER the Great Goddess- bad, negative, fearful, tainted. 

Friday is sacred to the Goddess VENUS it is HER day, that right there is telling you something. 

 Thirteen is the sacred number of the Goddess, the DIVINE FEMININE because it is the number of annual LUNAR cycles. Friday is named in honor of the Nordic Goddess Freya who is also the planet/ Goddess Venus. The Moon is one of the main embodiments of the Goddess. Women’s menstrual cycles are synchronized to the moon and women were seen to be earthly representatives of the Goddess, Her mysteries and immortality. Pagans worshipped the Goddess, the moon and Her natural cycles of death and rebirth which women partook of every month. Woman’s periods are equated with the number 13. 

To further suppress Goddess worship, the church made the number 13 into something evil, feared and superstitious as they feared women’s powers as creatresses as magical.

Friday the 13th is really an anti-pagan Goddess day and I don’t like it, as it continues to be portrayed that way in error. This keeps unconsciously programming fear of the feminine, intuition, magic, nature, menstrual blood, and women’s power.

Black cats are “familiars” of witches. All cats absorb negative energies and are highly sensitive to spirits and other energies which we normally can’t sense. If you’ve ever had a cat of any colour you know this.

On this day, Friday the 13th I honour the Goddess, the Divine Feminine and the lunar cycles. I remember and honour myself and all women as holders of the mysteries within our bodies.

Creating equality with men and women. Mars in Libra

The moon is in gloomy secretive Scorpio until 4;57a.m PDT. The mood brightens up considerably as the moon voyages through optimistic adventurous honest to a fault Sagittarius until the 24th.

It’s officially SCORPIO time as sun moves through the emotional depths of the 8th sign.

Scorpio is one of the most powerful signs in the zodiac. It deals with the most essential life motivator-sex. Sex is the vehicle which life uses to keep life going. Freud, who se ascendant was Scorpio, major work was around the unconscious and sexuality.

Mars the ruler of Scorpio enters Venus’s sign in the 22nd and remains there until December 9. This makes this Scorpio period rather LITE which may be a good thing as Jupiter expands and exacerbates everything he touches.

Mars in Libra is totally current as it is the desire and actions to create balanced equal relationships between men and women.

The sex scandals have brought the imbalances out into the open. That was Jupiter in Libras swan song.

LIBRA is the sign of balance and wants to be liked. SCORPIO could give a fig about being nice. Therein lies the conflict at least while Mars in in airy detached talk about sex the problem or issue or analyze the statistics or ignore the depths and attempt to be polite or facetious while boiling over underneath. As most women in the world have been sexually abused and raped and as this has gone on for thousands of years there is a huge backlog of PTSD to be healed.

Venus in Scorpio takes back women’s sexual power as autonomous beings who govern their own souls. Sex is deeply rooted in their feelings and intuition. The womb chakra or holy grail is the most powerful of gifts that woman has. It must be protected. The ancient tantric practices will be scrutinized and manipulative ones will be ended.

This is not the same as repressive bible thumping chastity Thumping Christians at all. It is recognizing that sex is holy. It has been used to manipulate and exploit women and men through religion and by advertising and that may be a shocking revelation.

Men can learn from women what they want. How they want to be treated and men can learn to balance their own feminine sides.
