Day out of time bonus, take it easy

Here’s a rare day indeed.  A gift of a day.  Tuesday has NO ASPECTS WHATSOEVER! WOO HOO. You can take off work. Book in sick. Take part of the day off.

I got a spiritual message last Saturday which was then mirrored in conversation with a friend of mine who I was reading for. Here it is.

BE SILENT. SPEND A DAY WITH LIPS SEALED.

Have a word fast, a conversation cleanse. A blah, blah, blah, detox.

SUCK IN YOUR WORDS NOT EMiTING  or BABBLING A SYLLABLE.

This is a very spiritual practice. Many thousands of people go for 10 day silent retreats to do mindfulness meditations. It is an ancient Buddhist practice. All monks, nuns, sects practice some form of silence. 

I know this is difficult when you must go to work, talk to clients, your boss, customers friends and family.

But you can carve out a cave of no words, a space for non-conversation. Or see this day as a totally open free of your neurosis, no anxieties, no familiar stories, and personality history you drag around. Yes you do, you know what I am saying. use this amazing opportunity to… 

Give peace a chance. 

DROP IT ALL if only for a few hours or even 20 minutes.
