Day 6. Meditate on the 6th chakra, the third eye, between the eyebrows ,color is purple. Go deep into relaxation, trance medittaion.Yuor intent is to visualize all your past lives, allow whatever arises to simply be, yo will know if it is real and true by your emotional response to the scenes or the feelings. Day 7. Meditate on your crown chakra, it is white, at the top of your head. See your crown chakra open like a whale’s sputing hole, allowing the infinite light to flow in. If there are blockages simply ask yoour Higher Self and Guardian Angels to remove it and let it go for you.Apply lavender oil to your crown chakra. Then bathe in epsom salts or Himalayan crystal salts.
