I just got back from a wonderful weekend teaching at the Grail Springs spa in Bancroft Ontario. It was beautiful, covered in about 2 feet of snow all pristine and white. It was -27 degrees Celsius Friday night!  This is normal for Northern Ontario in Winter. The energy is very high at the Grail and feels extremely open. It is easy to get access to higher planes of consciousness as it is a spiritual portal, a lot of that is due to the land itself. The entire area is Canada’s mineral capital and there are many types of crystals, some of which appear in rocky outcrops. You can feel the healing presence of the crystals. 

What with all the stresses of the planets I highly recommend that you get out to the country as much as you can. Ground yourself in Nature.  Do yoga and Qigong. Eat  all or as much as you can of organic food.  Do specific detox procedures, drink lots of hot water with lemon and a bit of cayenne all day. Use seaweed to extract toxins, steam baths, infra-red saunas and the like to enhance the functioning of your organs. Eating vegan as much as possible, it raises your consciousness, heals your body and you feel fantastically light. 

All of these things these do wonders for the body, mind and soul. It is very important in these times of such planetary stress to nurture our bodies, which are the temples of our temples.
