Mars is also in Cancer until May 20 and Saturn is in PIsces thorughout 2023. This is a super emotional sensitive time. Tears will flow spontaneously and tummies will be upset.

Understand that you are your mother, by virtue of having been part of everything in her life as well as her mother cellularly is phenomenal. Think about it. I know it drove me crazy for years. It is so hard to accept that we are our mothers. The Earth is our mother too. Think about all the billions of women who have given birth to every person who has ever lived. What is the state of women in the world today?

Your stomach may be more sensitive while Mercury is Retrograde in Cancer. Also, be aware that you are what you eat. It is a good time to change your diet and eat what feels good and nourishes you, not what you compulsively want to eat, or just enjoy. 

Mercury in Cancer Retrograde is literally about digesting, how much info are you digesting? If you are feeling overwhelmed perhaps it’s a good time for social media fast as it is to fast from food during this time. Give your mind and your stomach a  break. Drink lots of water, spend a long time in baths pools by water.

WOMB CLEARING and emotional clearing

This work of cleansing the womb is hugely important for all women, but men also have all the memories of their mothers and grandmothers experience in their DNA and emotional bodies too which they may have no idea how to process or access.  By allowing yourself to fully feel the denied, repressed, forgotten scenes this allows them to become conscious. The awareness will help to process your experience. The unconscious memories are directing our lives. We cannot fully be present unless we feel all of our unfelt and unconscious emotions embedded in early childhood, birth and-uterine and karmic past lives. As you allow feel and express these emotions through nurturing them through writing or any creative non-linear non-rational way you can cleanse your mind, emotions spirit and come through this period on a much freer level with more clarity during the retrograde.

   Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there. To be a mom is to be selflessly carrying and birthing children. Some women lost their precious children after they were born and to them I send much love.

I have two beautiful children myself a son and a daughter, I am grateful for them to enable me to experience motherhood.

The Full Moon, December 25, Christmas Day @ 11:11 am GMT is a very rare occurrence. It hasn’t happened since 1977 and the next Christmas Full Moon won’t happen until 2034. The message is be in the now and don’t miss it. At 3+ degrees Cancer it is the sign of the Mother, the Great Mother, receptivity, family, nurturing, food, the stomach, instincts, intuition, the oceans, nourishment, emotional safety, security, Home, roots, foundation, the womb, protection, the matrix.

Cancer is a cardinal water sign governed by the Moon. This is a beautiful Full Moon synchronicity as Christmas is all about celebrating birth, family, giving and children. This Christmas will be a very emotionally loaded situation. The connection to the Divine Mother and her Divine Child brings unconditional Healing love for all the children of the world and we do so need to receive that now. Center yourself by breathing, sit or lie down, close your eyes.

Sit upright. Begin to breathe, slowly, naturally and deeply. Let all your thoughts dissipate as you breathe in and out. Pay attention to your breath moving in through your nostrils filling up your lungs and then being released as your lungs empty, breathing out through your mouth. Pause after you exhale for a few seconds then slowly breathe in for the count of four and be aware of the air entering your lungs and filling them. The deeper you breathe, the more oxygen enters your body and brain. This expands your consciousness and awareness and your entire body relaxes.

Breathe into and be aware of your womb. Put your hands on your 2^nd chakra. Men also have a spirit womb. We want to go back into the unconscious memories of being in our mother’s and in the Great Mother’s womb.

Feel how you are totally loved and inseparable from the physical, spiritual and emotional ground with your mother. You are One with the Universe who is your Mother.  If you had a difficult relationship with your mother, or if you were unwanted emotionally while your mother was pregnant, or you were abandoned, then this is the perfect time to heal those issues by connecting with the Divine Goddess.

Imagine that you go back in time to before you were born in this life. See and sense yourself as a small baby in utero. Listen. You will hear the pounding of the heartbeat of your mother, as a steady drum beat.  Ba boom, ba boom, ba boom. This was the constant rhythm that accompanied every child every moment before birth. It is pitch black and you are weightless, floating in the amniotic sac. You have no thirst and no hunger, your needs are automatically cared for, continuously fed through your umbilicus and the placenta. Feel the sense of total ease, joy, connection, warmth, safety and security.

Imagine the Great Goddess, you can see her as Mary if you are Catholic, or as the Great Mother, Demeter, Yemaya or Kwan Yin.  Feel her take you magically into her womb. Feel yourself having a joyous easy ecstatic birth. Feel the Great Mother take you to her breast and nurse you. Taste the ambrosia, which you eagerly gulp down and which makes you feel dizzy with joy and bliss. Your tummy feels filled and satisfied. Feel her gazing into your eyes and your soul. Feel her heart totally embracing you with unshakable love. Your body will begin to relax, to trust, and to feel nurtured as you receive this unconditional love like a hummingbird drinks nectar. Do this and allow whatever feelings and sensations of peace, contentment, and relaxation arise.

Soak up the love for as long as you wish. You may fall asleep, that is ok. Remember that the Divine Mother has always been and will always be there to hold you, protect you and nurture you. You are safe, loved and secure. When you are filled with unconditional love then you have more than enough love in your heart to share to give unconditionally to others.

Come out of this meditation feeling content, blissed out, relaxed and satisfied. This is the peace. Do this meditation daily. Thank the Great Mother.

Pregnant mothers: this is an excellent moon to really connect with your unborn child. Think about giving birth in as natural a way as possible. It is the most important transition in anyone’s life. Water births are very safe and labor is easier for the mother and child. Get a midwife, she will empathize in a way that no doctor or gynecologist will. Home births are the safest and easiest for mothers.

Happy Quan yin day, blessings of compassion

Prelude. The post- Total Lunar eclipse energy had me feeling  down, with so much dark energy coming up. Yet I was also feeling my angel and spirit guides presence too. I felt like I was living with both feelings at the same time in parallel universes. A friend of mine,who does very high level spiritual work called me yesterday saying she was feeling overwhelmed and down and crying. I said I was feeling it too. I told her that it is very Libran to feel that polarity, the whole point is to feel it all and to hold the tension of the opposites. That is what Carl Jung said the great work is.  We need to make both feelings transparent not try to pretend it is all light.

The Moon is also in Scorpio which also brings up deep deep emotions. So it feels totally synchronous that…

 April 7 Billions of people are celebrating the birthday of  the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion Quan Yin/ Kwan Yin today. She is the Divine Mother Goddess and the most worshipped Goddess in the world who we need to call upon to end suffering . She is a Goddess of Love and Light. 

All Buddhists,  love and pray to Quan Yin. Chinese Taoists consider her an Immortal. Her name means “observing the Sounds of the world.” She is worshipped through Eastern Asia under different names. 

She is known as a Bodhisattva.  This is a Buddha, an enlightened being who has given up their own liberation from the wheel of karma and who volunteers to come back into the world to help alleviate the suffering of all sentient beings until everyone is liberated. It’s a very serious vow to make.  As White Tara in Tibetan Buddhism, she was the first Buddha to take a Female form. 

She is also shown as a male aspect inTibet.”Avalokiteshvara” which means “the lord who looks upon the world with compassion”.

In China she is shown as a beautiful woman in white, often shown riding a dragon, or a dolphin.  She holds a willow branch, which was used to heal people’s illness and to bring fulfillment of their wishes. This can indicate dowsing with willow and a magic wand? Witches used willow.  She also holds a vase with water and a lotus flower.  Water is the dew of compassion and it has the qualities of purification. She is also revered by vegetarians. 

Sometimes shown with eleven heads and thousands of eyes on the palms of each hand, a symbol of seeing all the suffering of sentient beings and having thousands of arms to help them.

There is a sacred place to worship Kuan Yin, Putuo Mountain in China. It is an island near Ningpo in Zhejiang Province. She has made miraculous appearances in this place. 

I have prayed to in her  in her aspect as White Tara and she has come to me in meditations and is a spirit guide for me. She is like Mother Mary, White Bufallo Woman to Native Americans or even as the same emanation as Jesus. She would be considered like the Shekinah in Judaism. 

Anyone can pray to Kwan Yin, She forgives and comforts us as a Mother. She teaches us to forgive ourselves, and to love ourselves. She is said to appear to anyone who calls upon her. 

I didn’t realize that April 7 was considered Kwan Yin’s birthday. My mother,  may she rest in peace was born on this day. I am crying because I really gave her a hard time when I was a kid. When she died it was on a Holy Day and we were told that only very auspicious spiritual people die or are born on these days,and I didn’t know that either until it happened.

If you have guilt around your mother, for not respecting or dishonoring her, or the Feminine in any way shape or form, use this day to shed tears of purification for yourself and to ask for forgiveness through Kwan Yin and to have compassion with yourself.

Her mantra is OHM MANI PADME HUM – which means, Hail to the jewel in the lotus.

Usually a pure crystal mala or prayer beads are used to repeat the Buddhist mantra 108 times to Kwan Yin. You can use a clear quartz crystal and send your prayers into the crystal, Meditate on Kwan Yin. 

Anyone can be like a Bodhistavva, like Kwan Yin. The best thing to do today is to “Be the Goddess you want to see in the world.” Tm.
