Just came back from sleeping on Mother Earth for the first time in ages. OMG it was so great. Our friends sold their house in Toronto last year and bought a beautiful old 149-year-old church in the country. They had a crack live Funk band play in the church for the 2nd year in a row and this was my first time at what will be an annual bash. We slept outside in a tent. My husband and I were out on the road at 3:00 am with a gazzilion stars out, because the beautiful orange crescent moon set early. We were watching for the Perseid Meteor showers and did see some, one really huge long one. Made some wishes on those falling stars. And just simply being awed looking at stars. It was a perfect night, no mosquitos, it was actually cool. Then we hear a coyote or wolf serenade. It was awesome.
Nature is always the source and connection to spirituality. She is definitely calling me to be in her and near her more often.

Always be on the alert for messages from spirit in the form of animals or birds. Animals are so much more sensitive and connected to the spiritual realms than we humans. I was out walking and heard a Cardinal, I have been hearing them a lot here. I silently called to it and he came out and sat on the wire. Cardinals symbolize fire with their red feathers, which symbolizes masculine energy,initiation, action, passion, energy. Always note which direction they are sitting in or coming from as that also carries meaning. All birds symbolize souls and spirit animals and represent the energies of that direction. Cardinal was in the north-east, a non- Cardinal direction, place of sourcery, magic, new mythologies, and riding the cosmic wave, so I thanked the cardinal for singing his message so beautifully.
So pay attention, wake up. All dimensions and all time is now. I was taken for an enchanting walkabout at a beautiful spiritual refuge center nearby called New Angel Valley Retreat Center is about 10 miles outside of Sedona. October 2, It is taking me awhile to get more acclimatized. I did have to go out the night I arrived and work at an event for PVH which represents Tommy Hilfiger etc. it was fun and LOUD.
Our daughter Leah has been sick at home with stomach flu. I have been sleeping like crazy and still on Arizona time now.
I had to also accompany my husband Napoleon today to meet a wonderful Italian Art liaison. The woman is a real Italian Art lover and connoisseur of all things of beauty. She had an amazingly evocative and large Enzo Cucchi drawing on her living room wall. She mentioned she was good friends with Guilietta Masina the “female Chaplin” and wonderful actress wife and muse of Italian maestro Frederico Fellini one of my fave film makers.
