The treatment of black people from slavery and the ongoing police brutality in the US is horrendous. The mistreatment Of all children is a generations long perpetuation of the patriarchy. The sins of the fathers goes back to the beginning of biblical times.

I am heartened that the wounded child movement and children’s rights and those who take responsibility for not harming children is supported. Prince Harry’s stand against not inflicting the same unconscious pain into his children by doing years of therapy is a great support. I can’t believe no one suggested he and William needed therapy after their mom was killed. It only happened 24 years ago!

Mars in Leo Can be very helpful to find a creative ways to heal using expressive arts therapy. Leo rules the heart, the whole child who shines like the Sun the #19 card in the Tarot. With two innocent naked children playing under the sun. The sun rules Leo. Simply take your inner child out and play! Do all the things children naturally do, dance, sing, make art, get in a sandbox, swing on a swing, go to a playground, hula-hoop, play games, dress up, role play..

There’s lots going on June 13 to aid your creative and spiritual Healing as Sun squares Neptune too. Creative visualization is a very powerful tool. Meditate on seeing your inner child happy joyous resilient proud free glowing the way children naturally are. Especially if you had a difficult childhood this reparenting and reprogramming brings real results. Imagine your childhood the way you wold have liked it to be. June 2: Venus enters Cancer until June 26/27

It’s all about the feels, mothering, nurturing, home cooking, family, children, sentimental, extra moody, especially on a Full Moon where you may turn into a Mermaid.

VENUS IN CANCER IS ALL ABOUT SELF-LOVE

Take me to the river, it’s a great time for cleansing, juice fasting and washing away any old toxic relationships especially with Mercury retro n Gemini right now.

Home is where the heart is, and the heart IS the home. 

This energy turns our hearts and our tummies homeward bound.

This is a deep heartache from old childhood family issues coming up to be healed. You will be feeling doubly sensitive and sentimental with the Moon in CANCER. If you need to cry yourself a river, do so it’s very healing.

Heartbreaks that need to be revisited and mended also need your attention now. If you take a too fiery Aries approach and don’t tend to these old wounds they will never completely heal and it will stand in the way of you finding true love.

Healing toxic anger Chiron Retrograde in Aries

Chiron, Wounded Healer Centaur/Shaman turns Retrograde in ARIES July 11       @ 9 degrees 26 minutes of the fiery warrior sign until December 14 @ 4 degrees 57 minutes Aries. This 5 month period is a time to heal TOXIC MASCULINITY, and our anger in general which is intergenerational PTSD anger, our instinctive defences and any walls we have put up to being intimate within ourselves.

Anger is energy, there is righteous anger and justifiable defences and there is unconscious toxic anger and defences against being open and intimate. Men have been taught to be warriors women have been taught not to be warriors.

Mercury is also Stationary Retrograde about to turn direct July 12.

July 14 Expect major headaches, impatience, irritable, arguments as MARS in Aries its ruler conjuncts Chiron Wounded Healer JULY 14 @ 9+ degrees at STATIONARY RETROGRADE degree, the most powerful. The men could cry rivers. The greatest strength is in intimacy, listening, empathy and vulnerability.

share your wounds, talk about them. Men should be gathering in groups in homes and talking about their family wounds. I know of some new men’s groups with younger men. While I was at the Grail Springs Wellness there were two men there who were totally supportive of all the women there. They knew that it is women’s time. They were fully into supporting and not suppressing women. Women need to know that these kind of enlightened new men are out there. They are health conscious, spiritually open, strong in their masculine and gentle in their feminine.  This is the new evolving male.

Mars in Pisces pray for Smart Compassion

There are two types of compassion. Idiot compassion and smart compassion.

What is”Idiot compassion”?

while it sounds very odd and “blamey” the term originated from Tibetan Buddhist teacher Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Pema Chodron and my own root guru Namgyal Rinpoche https://www.namgyal.ca/ talked about this. It is a form of co-dependency. It is also very much built into ideas about romantic love. Idiot compassion “refers to something we all do a lot of and call it compassion. What is smart compassion?

This is a very hot topic these days. As victims of sexual abuse and rape find their strength to admit what happened to them, many victims buy into the Christian and spiritual “New Age” belief that you should thank and forgive your perpetrators. It is only truly most important to forgive yourself for any shame or self-blame, as you were innocent. The victim must thoroughly hold that wounded child and re-mother and reparent them with unconditional love through the Great Mother/Father God/dess, until they feel healed and whole, an ongoing process. It is wise to let go of the emotional ties to the perpetrator and not be stuck in that horrible wound to free oneself.  Simply pray for the perpetrators healing for one’s own sanity and to move on with the strength and wisdom gained from a terrible experience. In New Age thought thanking the perpetrator for abusing you so that you could have this experience is a popular notion. This idea keeps fueling, aiding and abetting all abusers and abusive cultural “norms” unconsciously and consciously. It keeps a co-dependent relationship going -can’t be abused without an abuser. While this is true, those who have been abused need to solely become their own rescuer as no one can do it but themselves. The abuser is wholly responsible for their own actions which they will have to deal with through their own karma. It’s not the job of the abused to do so at all.

The abused only need to become consciously aware enough to see and feel their own unconscious patterns which have been passed down through DNA through generation after generation of sexual, emotional and spiritual abuse by the hierarchy and religions of the Patriarchy. It is a lineage that has gone on for thousands of years. But now- enough is enough. 

Also while Mars is in Pisces it will bring rain to help stop the fires, But that brings with it the possibility of mudslides. So lets pray for exactly the outcome we want. This much rain, no or minimal mudslides.
