Marshmallow Mars in Cancer trine Neptune

June 25  Mars in Cancer is so mellow I am naming him a Marshmallow. 

The Cancerian Moon energies linger on repeating the Moon-Venus sextile and the MARS-Jupiter square from June 24 in PDT.  Mars is pretty active these days as is always the case. Wherever Mars is that’s where the action is. Also the rage, defensiveness, aggression, independent energy and wars, explosions, guns, and fires. 

Cancer Moon is inconjunct to SATURN in SAGITTARIUS

Keep the home fires burning or trot off to exotic distant vistas? But Mars in Cancer wants to stay home. Feeling that pull into different directions and can’t quite figure it out yet.

Rebellion at home is urgently felt. The pot is being stirred.

Moon trines CHIRON in PISCES

This ultrasensitive Cancer New Moon will cause many a tear to flow. This happened at the New Moon Ceremony I was leading on the 24th. A few women couldn’t hold their emotions down any longer and had to cry. It is very healing to let those tears flow and feel those deep wounds and to honor them, to give them their due. The healing comes from going into those wounds that Mars in Cancer may also be defending.

MARS TRINES NEPTUNE @ 14+ degrees Cancer/Pisces

As Mars is conjunct to Fixed Star Sirius and the U.S. SUN this aspect puts everything under a big dreamy fog. Everything feels like a big smoke and mirrors show, a shell game, an illusion. Fantasy, delusion, projections feature. It’s hard to know what’s real and what is an illusion. Mars is the protector of the home, of women and children and this trine brings an urgent call to be more protective of women and the innocent and to investigate where their needs are being violated. This ties in with the sex trafficking, abuse of children reality which the media is trying to cover up. 

Mars in Cancer trine Neptune is literally a warrior woman – Mars in Cancer- and a successful film, guess which one?

Mars in Cancer is defensive about feelings and can easily go into denial and reach for the alcohol, drugs, shopping, whatever the drug of choice is. 

The Upside of this energy is a very nurturing compassionate drive to act on the behalf of the underdog; the black men who are being shot or tasered by white police in the U.S. or the suicides of teenagers, or the poor living in unsafe housing. 

Idealism is strong, follow your desire to bring more beauty into the world. Be the change you want to see in the world.

It’s also very easy to connect emotionally and spiritually in relationships. The desire for the soulmate is strong.

You can sense and know psychically the others’ inner soul.Wanting to fall in love and create family and emotional security is a huge drive.

Loved ones who have passed on may appear in our dreams.Do Pay attention to your dreams, recall could be strengthened.

Visualize the home, family, and unconditional love you desire. Send it to yourself. This is a lovely aspect. Use it well.

Learning through failure, Venus quincunx Neptune

July 21 That Aquarius Moon keeps us detached and tuned into a Higher  consciousness. A way of seeing things from a new different and cast perspective. That is perfect as we need that cool, far out way of seeing things to be creative with the dance that two major planets are doing today.

VENUS the Love Goddess in LEO where she is the Bling QUEEN, thirsty for power, glory, and often too egotistical in her tooth and claw is quincunx to Neptune in Pisces. Venus and Neptune in general have a super strong connection as Neptune is Venus’s Higher octave, a higher frequency.

Venus is the planet of personal love, human love, infallible, imperfect love. Neptune is perfect love, immaculate love, unmessy, no-laundry warts or farts, superhuman, unconditional, “soul mates”, Godly love which asks for nothing in return.

A quincunx, aka an inconjunct, is a fancy word for a 150 degree aspect between any two planets and they are always in different elemental modes, speaking two different languages without a translater. No capish. 

So here we have Venus in Leo in furs being very passionate, demanding, heartfelt, strong, courageous, its all about me, an egotistic, natural grandstanding leader. Guess who?  This can also be a racist. Neptune in Pisces with no ego, boundaries or sense of self, is connected with martyrs, shooting oneself in the foot, addictions, delusions, false gurus,  film and photography, the false media, the collective psyche and endings. Neptune in Pisces is spirituality, creativity, charity, compassion, psychic energy, ghosts, escapism through drugs, video games, Pokémon, sex, consumerism, debt, projections, ascension, yoga, relationships, the gym or whatever your drug of choice is. 

This aspect spells a big disappointment, a huge let down.  Our leaders are not who they pretend to be.

Venus in Leo wants what she wants; when, how and where she wants it. She thinks she is superior to the little people. The recent Taylor Swift/Kim K/ Kanye sneaky taped who’s the liar now, brouhaha is also one of these manifestations. The illusion is out of the bag. The stars are bitching at each other, who can outprank who?

Venus in Leo inconjunct Neptune in Pisces is also the female version of GHOSTBUSTERS!

 For many in America these days; sorry I am focussing so much on the U.S. election but it is important as a play, a collective consciousness symbol out on the world’s stage show.

For BERNIE SANDERS fans; it’s a huge let down. After he mocked, put down and said the truth about Hillary Clinton, his opponent for months he is humiliated and forced by the Democrat powers that be to back her. He has been threatened I believe. Now the truth is also that the millions that backed Bernie need to come together to absolutely defeat that rascally Trumpster. 

For Many REPUBLICANS- Ted Cruz especially, who refuse to back the Trumpster, the GOP party is falling apart. Trump is too much the showman, the shabby sham man with the glitzy  gold apartment and his name on buildings world-wide. 

On a more personal note. If you are driven by ego, by selfieness, hungry for power your delusions, your fakery, your self aggrandizing pitch will fail. 

These are intense times. Many “New Age” pretend insight givers, channels, pseudo-astrologers and the like keep pitching, higher dimensions Ascension to the 9th Dimension or whatever, I could name names but I won’t. This is not the time for this anymore. Saturn is is Sagittarius -square Neptune. This is about REALITY, death and taxes, Saturn stern stuff, and limits to outrageous lies. The dirty, fallible, disappointing, death will be your end stuff. In case you haven’t noticed the world is ratcheting up for some very nasty wars.  This is the time to be very realistic, to see through all the lies, the false personas on all levels.

It’s time to act from your heart, to have the courage and the daring to speak your truth. To stand up for what you feel is right. Neptune in Pisces is revealing the unconscious motivations of many. Venus in Leo rules the innocent heart, the heart of the child. Many innocent children were bombed in Syria yesterday by U.S. and French planes.  

If your heart is coming from the right place, innocent, whole and loves everyone as equals then love can conquer all.  Get your head out of the sand, take a stand. 

Don’t buy into the lies of galfriends boyfriends. You don’t need to be treated like that. When Jupiter enters LIBRA on September 9, which is 9 9 2016=9. The energy will shift into somewhat more balanced.

Groundhog Day /Candlemas I got you babe

February 2nd in modern secular times we have the mash up of Candlemas and Groundhog day. 

What’s candlemas?  

Originally an ancient pagan holiday.  At the beginning of February, in honoring of the myth of spring, wherein Pluto stole Proserpine/Persephone, and her mother Ceres/ Demeter sought her in the night with lighted candles. The custom was to walk around the city with lighted candles in honor of the Goddess. Because the Christians could not destroy these ancient customs, they called it Candlemas  and made it in honor of the Blessed Virgin.

February also takes its name from Februa meaning “religious purification”, and means “the month of purification”, or “the cleansing month”.

Candlemas is celebrated as the 40th day of Jesus’s birth where he was presented in the Temple in Jerusalem for blessing by the Rabbi.. Mothers stayed in their homes with newborns until  the 20th day. Simeon then prophesied to Mary: “Behold, this child is set for the falling and the rising of many in Israel, and for a sign which is spoken against. Yes, a sword will pierce through your own soul, that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed” it is recorded in the Gospels.

In modern archetypes, Groundhog Day has become an icon for the literal theme of the movie about “seeing your shadow” which the groundhog may or may not do on Feb 2.  The Movie, starring Bill Murray from  1993 directed and written by Harold Ramis. has the protagonist in a karmic time loop. He woke up every day experiencing the same things over and over and he cannot die.

The message is: WHAT KARMIC LESSONS are you still stuck on and repeating over and over, like Phil Connors in the film? 

 

Think about this during Mercury’s Retrograde in Aquarius.the sign of liberation. 

Make this your Groundhog day mantra.

Where am I stuck in my life?  What am I resisting? 

Why do I keep repeating the same old same old lessons?
