Day of the Dead Retrograde Psychopomp

November 1st, All Saint’s Day originated as a very ancient pagan festival which today in Mexico is a two-day Festival to honor and celebrate those ancestors who have passed on from this world. To the Native Indios in Mexico and throughout Central America death was never an end to Life but only a beginning, a transition back to Source and on to another life. Most indigenous people world-wide honor their departed relations, and remember them not only on one or two days in the year but daily, setting plates of food for them at the table after they have  passed into the Spirit world.

November 1st Mercury has just turned Retrograde on Halloween at the 27th degree Scorpio the sign of death, making this Day of the Dead even stronger as the veils between the world’s are thinnest integrating the Scorpio Death and rebirth motif.

MERCURY Hermes or Thoth, the Divine messenger was one of the Few Greek Gods who was also a Psychopomp. This title means that he could travel into the Underworld, the realm of the Dead, Hades, and return to the Upperworld at will.

This is a wonderful day to commune in seances, to do mediumship work, and to dream of your ancestors as the veil between the worlds is thinnest.

In  China, 3 oranges are usually left as an offering to feed the departed spirits, whose help from the other dimensions is of great value. Aborigines, shamans, ordinary people tap into the knowledge of their departed loved one’s spirits regularly who protect, watch over and guide them.

November 1st, Dia de Los Muertos in Mexico is celebrated by the wearing of wooden skull masks called calacas and dances to honour of their deceased relatives are held. Wooden skulls are placed on special family alters. Sugar skulls, marked with the names of the deceased on the forehead are eaten by a relative or friend. It’s a kind of ritual cannibalism, the eating of an effigy of the dead means that a person’s spirit is within you, feeding you.

Ancient Aztec civilizations held the festival on the 9th month of the Aztec solar calendar, approximately at the beginning of August and was celebrated for an entire month, ruled by Goddess Mictecacihuatyl. She is known as the Lady of the Dead and was believed to have died in childbirth. So the festival was traditionally in honor of children who also had died at birth. Rituals were also dedicated to Huitzilopochtli { Sinister Hummingbird} a war deity.

Christianized to coincide with All Saint’s Day or All Hallows Eve, in Spanish: “Día de Todos Santos, Mexicans now celebrate the day of the dead during the first two days of November.

There is also the Saint of Death.

Mictecacihuatl pronounced ‘Meek-teka-see-wahdl’  is Queen of Mictlan the Underworld, called Hades in Greek Mythology, ruled by PLUTO/ SCORPIO in modern Astrology, she rules the Afterlife.  Mictecacihuatl was represented as a skeleton with jaw agape to swallow the stars during the day.

Mictecacihuatl Lady/Saint of the Dead

On November 1st and 2nd Mexicans visit the cemetery where their loved ones are buried. They decorate gravesites with marigold flowers and candles. They bring toys for dead children and bottles of tequila to adults. They sit on picnic blankets next to gravesites and eat the favorite food of their loved ones. It is a time of celebration.

The ancient festival is also being honoured by Native and Afro- Americans. Incense is also offered, and the deceased favourite music and foods are cooked for them.

Honouring Your dead Ancestors

It’s many years since Dec 14, 2011, when my Dad passed away and even more years since my mother passed away Sept. 18, 2009. I am an only child and my husband and I were caretaking my mother up until her death and my Dad after he was in a nursing home for the last years of his life.  I have tracked them since their passing. On this night I honour my parents, my aunts and uncles and friends who have passed on. Also, those who inspired me, artists, musicians, poets, inventors.

Take time out to honor your ancestors too or those who have gifted Life and have now departed. On these days Light a candle, meditate on your departed loved ones. Thank them with thanks gratitude and reverence. If you have had a miscarriage or abortion allow tears and the sadness to move through you. This is  a real grief that women are not allowed to honour. These days are specifically for children who died.

When the veil between the worlds is thinnest, the departed will most naturally speak to you in dreams and leave signs. You just have to ask. Nothing to be afraid of. Modern Western civilization fears death, and are cut off from the  wisdom that the spirits of the ancestors bring. Death is merely a transition to another dimension. In fact the dead are always very close at hand. To fear death is to fear life, sexuality, pleasure, embodiment.

In Astrology the realms of death and the dead are traditionally under the Rulership of SATURN who was known as The Grim Reaper. Saturn rules the physical plane, the bones, time, old age.  After the discovery of Pluto’s,he became known in Astrology as the Lord of the Dead as he was in ancient mythology. It will be very interesting when Saturn enters his own sign of Capricorn on December  19, 2017.
All of us will die and transition into other dimensions and some of us may come back. Most of us do , as we already have.  You know this, you are cosmic star dust from the beginning of the Universe. YOU are all One with ALL THAT IS WAS and ever will be.

Past life karmic healing November 1

Nov. 1 It’s the Day of the Dead/All Saint’s Day in the Catholic version of this ancient pagan custom. It’s perfectly aligned with Scorpio season the Sign of Death and Rebirth.

In the Tarot, #13 arcana is death and the symbol of Scorpio upon it.

Tarot cards Death Tara Greene

MERCURY in Scorpio trines CHIRON the shamanic healer late tonight in PDT early a.m. November 2nd.

Past life karmic healing is what to do right now. Chiron is also squaring Saturn Lord of Karma in SAGITTARIUS and Lilith the negated feminine half of God. That is why we are seeing so much sexual abuse stories in the news.

This is the perfect alignment to contact the spirit world with. The veils are truly open between the worlds on this day according to ancient pagan customs which the Catholic church integrated.

Los Día de Muertos

The Day of the Dead is celebrated in Mexico with visits to the cemeteries, feasts, and foods, like candied sugar skulls, shared with the dead ancestors, candlelight vigils and festivities. Death is not to be feared. It’s merely another dimension of life.

Link to previous article https://infinitynow.wordpress.com/2012/11/01/day-of-the-deaddia-de-los-muertosremembering-our-ancestorsthere-is-no-death/

Try to take the day off, just to meditate, to dream, to soak in the tub or by water and meditate on the mystery of water, our consciousness, and our emotional bodies.

This is what I am doing and will continue to do on this Holy Day.  I will be meditating to connect with my mother, father, grandparents, aunts and uncles, friends and those who I admire who have passed on.

Go to a cemetery if you can. Light a candle, and say a prayer of gratitude to “All my Ancestors.” All of those people who have made it possible for you to be alive now. This is the entire body of humanity whose combined efforts have created this world.

There are always multiple dimensions around us all the time. I have always been aware of it. Have you? I have always been psychic, so seeing and sensing other spirits, energies, and experiencing miraculous or unreal things is normal for me. I know the truth of other dimensions as I know that is where I and we come from.

When my mother passed away in 2009, my husband and I went to the hospital about an hour and a half after she had passed away. Her body was in a palliative care room. I had never seen a dead body before. I hadn’t slept all night, I guess I knew on some level. My husband who is also psychic was with me. I could see her body was a burnt out shell. My mother was 84 and had been sick with cancer and other ailments. What was amazing though was that hovering above her body about a foot thick and running along the whole length of her body was what seemed like a river of water with sunlight sparkling upon it. It had depth and weight but was see through. I had read about this, of other mystics saying that the soul or spirit looks like a river with sunlight.  I asked my husband, do you see her? He described seeing the same phenomena. I was really overjoyed to see my mother’s real self which I could not have seen when she as alive. I remember telling her telepathically how beautiful she really was, and how glad i was to see her true self. It was a huge relief.

We are all made of Light and our emotional bodies are connected to our eternal spirits and to our souls are of the nature of water.  Light is our true self. You can sense this too. We all can.

HOW TO CONNECT WITH SPIRITS

1. Suspend your rational mind. What you have been taught shapes your view of reality. If you had been taught, like all indigenous cultures were and are that your ancestors are always with you and you can interact with them and all of nature’s spirits you would see it and feel it and know it.

2. Your intentions and your emotions must be really engaged to call spirits to you.  Call those you loved, your pet animals who have died, your parents, or other important people to you.

3. Do some light exercise to relieve any tensions. Be patient, walk in nature or take a cleansing bath. Close your eyes as you walk, trust your senses. Feel the soft winds on your face. Eat blindfolded. This increases your other senses.

4. Trust your senses. Not everyone is a visual person. In your meditations,  you can sense of feel energies shift very subtly. Some people are clairaudient, they hear but do not see. Learn to tune into subtlety. We live in a loud, cacophonous, hard beats, staccato world. It takes practice to sense subtleties.

5. Trust that spirits are all around you. We all have Guardian Angels that watch over us. Know that your rational ego mind is only operating on 10% bandwidth but 100% is what is really going on. That is the truth. Taking psychoactive drugs or ayahuasca only removes the barriers or doors of perception. You can reach these states naturally through deep relaxed belly breathing, intention and trust. Allow yourself to receive. Think of yourself like an empty balloon or open vessel. The being “open to the thrust of Grace” is important.

Happy contacts and Dreaming. I will report on my meditations later.

Blessings to you.

The veils between the worlds open.

Halloween, known as Samhain is the ancient pagan New Year. This is the night when the veil between the worlds is the thinnest. Traditionally this is the night when you honor your departed ancestors, with ceremony, candles and prayers. It is the day to hold a seance. Set up an altar to honor those you loved and who loved you. Your physical DNA and the emotional and physical traits and talents of your ancestors actually lives in you.

Samhain rituals, wicca, pagan, Tara Greene

SAMHAIN SHAMANIC RITUALS

Bring out your crystals and special blackened water bowls to scry with.  Go visit your dead ancestors at cemeteries. If you have lost loved ones in the past year, ask these spirits to comfort, guide and support you. This would be the best day to tune into David Bowie, or Prince, two of the most beloved musicians who passed on in 2016. I will be channeling both of them tonight and will report afterward.

It’s also good to take a nature walk. Samhain rituals include bonfires, dancing, feasting and building altars to honor the ancestors. Some pagans bake special loaves of bread and leave offerings to the spirits outside their homes.

In some Wiccan traditions, the Goddess has become the Crone.

samhain crone, Halloween, tara Greene

She is the Old One,  the wise woman who we turn to for wisdom from experience. Her counterpart is The God,the Horned One, the great antlered stag, the very masculine, sexually potent God of the Hunt. We honor the two at this time.

Bring in symbols of the God, antlers, acorns, pine cones, phallic symbols and symbols of the Goddess, red flowers, cups, and pomegranates.  If your tradition honors a specific pair of male and female deities, feel free to substitute their names in this ritual wherever it says God or Goddess.

Horned God, Halloween wicca, Tara Greene

Horned God, the Goddess’s Consort

Cast a circle to mark a sacred space. Before starting the ceremony, place three sheaves of corn or wheat around the ritual space. Place a statue or other images of the God and Goddess at the center of your altar. Around the statues, place five candles, red and black for the darker aspect of the Goddess, and green and brown to symbolize the wild male God and nature, and white for the central hearth and home and the New Year.

Near the center of the altar  put a plate of dark bread, for each person present, and cup of wine or cider.  The youngest person present acts as the Handmaiden, and the oldest as the High Priest (HP) or High Priestess.  If you’re performing this rite on your own, act both parts.  The H.Ps. lights the red and black candles, and says:

“We light the candles  in honor of the Goddess.
She is Maiden Mother and Crone.”

Next, the H.P. lights the brown and green candles, saying:

“We light the candles in honor of the masculine God.
He is wild and fertile and tonight we honor him as the Horned God.”

The Handmaiden takes the bread and walks the circle, offering each person a piece.  The H.P. says

“May the blessings of the Goddess be upon you.” The cup of wine or cider is passed around, and each person sips from the cup. As they do, the H.P. says:May the blessings of the God be upon you.”

The Handmaiden then lights the fifth candle, for the hearth, saying:

“This candle is lit in honor of hearth and home.
The mother and father, the Goddess and the God
watch over us tonight as we honor them.”

The High Priestess says

“We light the candles for the most powerful Goddess
and her mighty horned consort, the God,
and for the safety of hearth and home.
On this, night of Samhain, the Goddess is a wise Crone,
and the God is a wild stag, and we honor and celebrate their Union.”

The H.P. states

“This is the time between the worlds, a time of life and death.
This is a night unlike any other night.
Ancient ones, we ask for your blessings.
Goddess, great Crone, mother of all life,
we thank you for your wisdom.
Horned One, master of the wild hunt, keeper of the forest,
we thank you for all that you provide.”

Everyone can give thanks in their own way. Place offerings to them on the altar.

Once all the offerings have been made, and thanks given, consider the gifts that the gods have given you over the past year, and show your gratitude. Meditate on the new beginnings of Samhain. State new intentions for the New Year.

As this is also a New Moon in Scorpio the energy is stronger than normal on this day.

The Scorpio Moon sextiles Pluto in Capricorn trines Chiron in Pisces inconjuncts Uranus in Aries and sextiles Mars in Capricorn.

Scorpio is ruled by both Mars and Pluto as co-rulers so there easy access to this Moon deepens our ease of access to the Depth, the Underworld, Pluto’s realm, the realm of the Dead. This is the fertile land of the ghosts, ancestors, and our spirit guides.

The inconjunct of Scorpio Moon to Uranus  brings in an element of surprise and chaos. Ride the electric current of Uranus energy to the farthest out unbeknownst worlds. This is inventive, pioneering, brave new horizons.

The MOON is VOID of COURSE at 7:44 pm PDT/10:44 pm EDT/ Nov. 1st @ 2:44 a.m.

November 1st is the Day of the Dead in Mexico

SUN trines NEPTUNE in PISCES  in the wee hours. I would stay up late Halloween night to really tap into this energy as it is super powerful and may blow your mind. Stay in the void the place of total creativity and potential.

I will be doing ceremony ritual and meditating, remembering my mother and father and ther ancestors. Sending you many blessings for the New Year.

Halloween Horoscope preview by Tara Greene

vintage Halloween Tara reene

Halloween at Midnight UT

astro_2gw_103_halloween.54100.51638

Daylight Savings Time ends at 2:00 am on Halloween Night which is actually November 1st/ the Day of the Dead an ancient Festival in Mexico and for  witches, Wiccans, druids and neo-pagans it is the beginning of the spiritual New Year. It is the day when the veils between the living and the dead are thinnest and the best day to do divination work, to have seances to connect with the dead, to do scrying with a special bowl of water use crystals, runes, or tarot cards.

It is a celebration of the end of harvest and the beginning of the coldest half of the year. The name Samhain is pronounced saah-win or saa-wen.

Astrologically

the Moon enters Cancer early in the morning of the 31st. There is only one hard aspect  between the Moon and Saturn. A lovely trine from the Moon to Neptune means this Halloween will be excellent for visioning for oracles, divination, dreams connecting easily with the spiritual realms. Moon trines Sun in Scorpio in the early evening.

If you are out late past midnight partying or scrying the Moon opposes PLUTO LORD OF THE DEAD at 1:53 am PDT/ 3:53 am EDT which is the absolute best time to connect with the other side.

The secular Halloween in American is totally different than than the original pagan celebration. Although the use of imagery of cemeteries, ghosts and the popular icons of witches in pointed hats with their familiars black cats are used, secular Halloween is about dressing up in costumes, which has become a million dollar industry as adults have taken to celebrating this holiday more than children. Trick or Treating door to door and decorating houses with scary  stuff  and carving pumpkins, a symbol of a harvest fruit,  is also part of the celebration.

Samhain is really a spiritual celebration of death as part of life. It is a day to honor your ancestors. In Mexico it is a happy celebration and everyone goes to the family cemetery to picnic beside ancestor’s graves to remember and honor them and keeping them in the family. Dinners always have empty place setting to honor the ancestors.  It is a great night to reflect. A bonfire is usually lit outdoors.

THE VEIL BETWEEN THE WORLDS IS THINNEST ON HALLOWEEN

Use Halloween as a time to invite and call upon the PSYCHOPOMPS, deities of the Underworld, of which Pluto reigns over. These deities also govern resurrection. Eating pomegranate the symbol of the dead is recommended.

Call upon the CRONE GODDESS, Hekate, Kali,Persephone,

Ereshkigal is the first lady of the underworld, one of the oldest myths that we know of connected to the descent of the of the Goddess Inanna.

YAMA is the Hindu God of the dead.

Mictlantecuhtli and Mictecacihuatl are the chief God and Goddess of the Dead in Mexico.

There are many Chinese Gods of the Dead and Ghost Kings. As well as Korean and Japanese.

Osiris in Ancient Egypt and Anubis are chief Gods of the Dead.

Odin, Hel and Freya are the Norse Gods and Goddesses.

Azreal is the Archangel of death in Islam.

Also call upon the Horned God of Nature, Pan into your circle. This is a day to understand and honor the cycle of life, death and rebirth. If you have lost loved ones in the past year, seek comfort from speaking with them on this day. All of your ancestors who have passed on into the other worlds are more easily available and may come to you in your dreams as well. This is a sign that there is no death, only change of worlds.

Day of the dead, All soul’s day sexting

We are at the 11th month.   November 1st is the Day of the Dead  in MEXICO

It is of ancient pagan roots, like Samhain.

Traditionally intact cultures always honor their departed ancestors. It’s a huge celebration with sugar skulls, marigolds, and picnicking at cemeteries with the whole family.

The origins of the modern holiday dates back thousands of years to an Aztec festival dedicated to a Goddess called Mictecacihuatl. She is the Queen of the Underworld, presiding over Festivals of the Dead. Known as the Lady of the Dead or Santa Muerte, she is a skeletal figure who used to be privately worshipped at home alters, now she is seen in public in Mexico. She would seem very cool to lots of hipsters these days.

Inspirational Card of the Day

Day of the Dead Astrology Tara Greene

It seems more holistic to have a Goddess of the dead rather than Patriarchal old Pluto. I just realized that his snatching of Persephone to the Underworld must be the in-story explaining how the patriarchy took over from the original Matriarchal cultures, when Persephone Herself was Queen of the Dead, and her mother Ceres the Goddess of Life.

Women ruled both poles of Life, Life and Death. Women were traditionally the midwives bringing in new life and the death escorts, the medicine women, herbalistas and shamans who helped people to make passage from the physical world back  to spirit and the Goddess from whence they came.

SEXTILING day aka sexting

GREAT DAY for you to prove to yourself that spirit is real.

Venus Point, Scorpio decan, cups

well that Zero degrees Scorpio solar eclipse felt pretty intense to me. YOU?

We have shifted out of the LIBRA air element and in to deep SCORPIO emotional waters of the womb of birth and the womb of death for the next month + VENUS and the mOon  right now..

Moon is Trine to Neptune Oct 24

Moon sextiles Pluto and trines Chiron

we will make sense of the deep deadly waters. blood, and sweat spilled.

RIP to the poor Canadian soldier killed on Parliament Hill and the other killed in Quebec,

Scorpio Moon is quincunx Uranus

some changes are easier than others.

In the Tarot specific COURT cards and minor cards rule the decans -which are 10 degrees of the Zodiac and 3 decans per sign. A total of 36 decans in total.

The first 10 degrees of SCORPIO is ruled by the PRINCE OF CUPS

The Prince of Cups is very much Prince GALAHAD from the GRAIL legend. He is the son/lover of Elaine and Lancelot renowned for his gallantry and his purity. Even though he was conceived in deceit, he symbolizes innocence. He alone is the chosen one who as another like King Arthur can pull the sword from the stone and as a Knight of the Round Table he goes to seek and finally sees the Grail. He is the only one worthy enough and Galahad ascends to Heaven as he was granted the wish to choose his own death.

WHAT is the Holy GRAIL?

Originally the cup which Jesus drank from at The last Supper and which Joseph of Arimathea used to collect Jesus blood at the crucifixion, to Christians it is the holiest of symbols, signifying the receptacle of union with God. Some say it is entirely mythological some say it is real and the Knights Templar had it in their keeping and it is secreted away still.

What is the Holy Grail to you? What does it symbolize? Can you imagine such a thing?

What would you be willing to do to for that UNION with God in whatever form you have of it?

What would you do to see it? taste it? touch it? Hold it? Become it?

It can also symbolize the beloved, a real human being personifying the qualities of the Holy Grail.

This card also symbolizes embracing one’s own passion and desire.

Venus will be under the rulership of the Galahad Prince of CUPS energy until November 1st ALL SAINT’s DAY.

The Sun until November 2nd.

Sugar skulls, marked with the names of the deceased on the forehead are eaten by a relative or friend, It is  a kind of ritual cannibalism, the eating of an effigy of the dead means that person’s spirit is with in you, feeding you.

Rituals were also dedicated to Huitzilopochtli { Sinsiter Hummingbird} a war diety.

She is like PERSEPHONE in Greek Mythology. Mictecacihuatl was represented as a skeleton with jaw agape to swallow the stars during the day. INteresting that she swalled STARS/PLANETS.

The ancient festival is also  honored by Native and Afro- Americans. Incense is offered, the deceased favorite music and foods are cooked for them.

Honoring Your dead Ancestors

When the veil between the world’s is thinnest, the departed will most naturally speak to you in dreams and leave signs. You just have to ask. Nothing to be afraid of. The modern, civilized religions, fear death, and  are cut off from the natural wisdom that the ancestors bring. Death is merely a transition to another dimension. In fact the dead are always very close at hand. To fear death is to fear life, sexuality, pleasure,

DEATH is SATURN’S domain, Lord of death, bones, the Grim Reaper.
ALL of us will die and transition, as we already have.  You know this, you are cosmic star dust from the beginning of the Universe.

YOU are all One with ALL THAT IS WAS and ever will be.

Halloween astrology chart Tara Greene

Moon’s in Libra October 31

We’re trying to balance it. Librans should be hosting Halloween parties and in their glory gory.

But this is most definitely a Bloody red MARTIAN infused Halloween.

MARS RULES SCORPIO and you know what the planetary line up is right now. Sun, Mercury- exact conjunction tomorrow! Saturn and North Node.

Mars in VIRGO- persnickety, worrisome, futzing the details, hard-working Halloween/NEW YEAR.

Do be careful of how much candy or alcohol you consume as MARS in VIRGO means plenty of stomach aches, food poisoning etc.

Definitely that bad apple energy. Be vigilant with what you child brings home.

I predict many extra-exotically costumed E.T’s, Martians, Arcturians, Sci- fi characters, Al, Flukeman,   etc.

Flukeman X files Astrology Tara Greene

FLUKEMAN from the X-Files

Mars TRINES PLUTO and opposed Chiron earlier Halloween day- big riches and healing opps.

Mars quincunx’s URANUS in ARIES in the a.m. Pretty grouchy, off kilter, wacky energy tonight. Anything is possible.

MARS and Pluto are exactly TRINE at number 9,number 9, number 9…

Mars is opposite Neptune in PISCES – super psychic , woo- woo, you will definitely see ghosts and goblins,

Your hair will rise on end, prepare to be freaked out.  You may photograph spirits and orbs,

You will hear weird creaking sounds, moaning from graveyards, get answers from the OUIJA board, but I recommend you

NEVER USE A OUIJA BOARD, they attract very low-level entities.

If you do a séance be prepared to be converted.

Halloween has the CARDINAL CROSS energy which is EXACT November  1st

INTENSE.

Libra moon quincunx Chiron in Pisces – a great deal of healing, forgiveness and compassion is available if you don’t fight it. November 1st EDT.

Libra moon Squares Pluto- Lord of the Dead- ask for forgiveness. November 1 EDT

Moon opposes URANUS at 10:27 pm PDT

there may be some weird horrow show that actually happens, a bombing, some crazed maniac with a real chain saw, stabbings!

I hope not. At very least people will be erratic and unpredictable.

VENUS is conjunct the Galactic Centre. Use this energy. Download GALACTIC LOVE.

Don’t leave home without your invisibility cloak and broom.

HAPPY SAMHAIN. I am a green witch.

I will be leading a seance at Hart House, Univercity of Toronto and calling in Vincent Massey’s ghost.

Day of the Dead,Dia de los Muertos, remembering our ancestors, there is no death

Nov.1 day of the dead ritual tara Greene

ALL SAINT”S DAY Dia Los Muertos

November 1st is a very ancient Mexican Festival to honor and celebrate their deceased ancestors. To the Native Indios in Mexico and throughout Central America death was never an end to Life but a beginning,a transition. Most indigenous people world-wide honor their departed relations, their ancestors and remember them not only on one or two days in the year but daily, setting plates of food for them at the table after they have  passed into the Spirit world.

In  China 3 oranges are usually left as an offering to feed the departed spirits, whose help from the other dimensions is of great value. Aborigines, shamans, ordinary people tap into the knowledge of their departed loved ones regularly who protect, watch over and guide them.

Honoring Your dead Ancestors

It is 10 month since my father passed away on Dec 14, 2011, I miss him terribly. I am an only child and my husband and I were care taking my mother up to three years ago until her death and my Dad as well even though he was in a nursing home for the last year of his life. My father Harry lived to be 98 years old. He always sang to me, he was a wonderful dancer, told jokes and old family history about Vaudeville and early Toronto cinema stories. I miss my mother too. I have tracked them since their passing. On these night I honor my parents, my aunts and uncles and friends who have passed on. Also those who inspired me, artists, musicians, poets, inventors.

Take time out to honor your ancestors,or those who have gifted Life and have now departed. On these days Light a candle, meditate on your loved departed, think of them with thanks gratitude and reverence. If you have had a miscarriage or abortion allow tears and the sadness to move through you. This is  a real grief that women are not allowed to honor. These days are specifically for children who died.
