Love her, hate her or totally indifferent to the hype, the state of transgender is a hot topic. Naturally there are a very small percentage of the population who feel born into the wrong sexual body, as are hermaphrodites. Transgender does occur naturally, there is a group of people who naturally change sex at puberty, a genetic mutation of sorts. Much of the issue has to do with Patriarchal cultural stereotyping.
