i had a very interesting day yesterday waking up with a heavy heart. I stayed with that feeling, i held it tenderly, i didn’t run from it or avoided it, i stayed with it. I didn’t observe it, I felt the hurt and the fear and the heaviness in the world and in my own being for as long as it took to change, naturally.
Then it lifted like a fog slowly, slowly as I went about my day. Then I had two epiphanies, which i know were a direct result of being truly with my feelings fully, that is what created the shift.
I called an old friend who is living north of San Francisco to see if she and her husband were alright. We had a long hour conversation touching on these subjects. She is a very practiced Buddhist and mindfulness meditator, a Gardner, jeweller, and a beautiful grounded humble loving beautiful compassionate soul. It was wonderful.
So my advice to you is this; no matter what the planets are doing as they are always doing something influential. The key is to stay in touch directly with whatever comes up, depression, angst, paranoia, fear, dread, longing, cynicism until it shifts. This is what sparks the beginning of the Awakening.
You are not all of these emotions you feel they are yours and you can embody them and experience them but they are never all that you truly are. That is why establishing the witness, mindfulness state is so important but it’s not to negate our feelings which is a negation of the Divine Feminine.
The card of the Day is #20 in the Muse Tarot Called AWAKENING usually called Judgement from Judgement day in the Book of Revelations. The card is called The AEON or New Age in the Thoth deck. We are in a double Awakening year.
2020 remember Hindsight is 2020.
Many people are awakening but there is so much to awaken to. Just like A.A. Awakening Anonymous must admit that they’ve been asleep for most of their lives. As a person who came in awake, its a hard struggle to stay awake as everything is designed to put you to sleep and keep you somnambulistic. Wake up now because its 2020. Keep waking up. There is so much more to see. This is not the same as being “WOKE.” It is a sincere deep effort on your own to find your true self. It takes time and effort. This is a waking dream out souls are having. We have our personal dreams, the Collective Dream and your Sacred Dream. You have to wake up to all of those too.

December 28 Mars in Pisces conjunct Chiron today @ 28+ degrees PISCES
this translates as the last critical 29th degree, the very last degree of the Zodiac, the karmic fulfillment point. This aspect has been building up for a while now and I am sure you have felt it. Mars in Pisces since November 15th, leaves on December 31 which is excellent timing for a new year.
This is the most acute point of vulnerability now as Mars’s is a spiritual warrior.
For all empaths, psychics, intuitive’s and energy healers I know that many of us have been feeling sick, exhausted and overwhelmed by this karmic world soul wound healing releasing process energy. Everyone is feeling it.
Spiritual Healing is what this aspect is all about. Remember that you are an infinite spiritual being. Take this time to work with your spirit guides, guardian angels and other invisible helpers.
