We have been desecrating destroying, raping, dominating, fracking and pillaging her resources without any forethought of the consequences for the last many hundreds of years, since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the Western world.

The rest of this ceremony/meditation is to honor the earth Mother through the Cardinal Cross of the four elements. From your heart, send your love to her, thank her,with true gratitude.
Ask your Higher Self or Guardian Angel{s} to come into your heart and the circle of elements. Spirit is the 5th element in Chinese and ancient mysticism.
My INTUITION sees two angels on either side of each individual.
Sit with the feeling, vision, intuitive sense of your Guardian Angel being in your heart, and connecting to the 4 elements and to Mother Earth for as long as you can. Your heart is the CRUX, the center of the Grand Cardinal Cross.
Ask your higher self what you can do to help bring balance and harmony to Mother Earth.
Ask what part are you meant to play personally in the Grand Cardinal Cross initiation.
Ask what you need to bring balance within your own body, which is composed of the 4 elements.
Ask how you are to do this.
Make a vow on the 4 elements to do one thing every day to honor your Mother the Earth and to help bring balance, respect and honor to her. It could be never using plastic bags again or plastic water bottles again. There are thousands of ways and things to do.
When you feel ready, thank the Angels, the 4 directions and spirits and release them back to their specific directions.
Write down whatever messages you received and place them on a wall or mirror where you can see them everyday.
