Shirley Temple, her life Astrology from Tara Greene

America’s original child star,Shirley Temple passed away at 85 of natural causes on Feb 10. She was the biggest film star in the world at 6 years old during the Depression. Hugely talented, Temple sang, tap danced, acted and charmed all of America, lifting spirits and bringing joy and hope during those troubled years. Temple’s famous blond curls and dimples set fashion trends and made dancing lessons obligatory for any stage mom’s child  She got her own juvenile Oscar in 1935. She was the reigning queen for 4 years in the 30’s, making 8 films in those years which were the biggest box office draw. Later she became an Ambassador and one of the first women to speak out publicly about having breast cancer.

She was awarded many times with numerous honors and a lifetime achievement award by the Academy in 1985. Shirley had three children, two marriages- one for 54 years, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She appeared to have a relatively normal life for a child star who grew up on Hollywood lots and had such intense wealth and fame.

I saw her black and white films as reruns on Tv when I was a child. Shirley was so pretty, charming and charismatic. I memorized the words to her songs. You couldn’t help but love her she had real star quality.

Lets find out who Shirley was. Astrology IS an ancient science used to decipher a person’s character and shows what planetary factor’s are  in effect at death. Shirley Temple was born just before the Great Depression in April 23 1928 in Santa Monica California.

Bram Stoker, Dracula author, V for Vampires,Venus in Libra

Well all day today Nov. 7 I though about writing about Venus in Libra..because Venus is in Libra now from October 28 – November 21

because I  was born with Venus in Libra so know very well how she operates

Then I  decided to quickly check into the Vampire author’s astrology chart.

I used midnight birth time for Bram Stoker, more Vampire  like.

Bram was born in Dublin, an ancient city known for its many a famous Irish Bards like James Joyce of Ulysses fame. U2 as well.

I had  a U2 song suddenly start playing in my head earlier in the evening, You know how these things work don’t you?

Stoker born with the Sun at exactly 15 degrees of Scorpio where it is the strongest. He was  also born on a NEW MOON, a dark moon,a scary Moon. As a Scorpio, a double Scorpio- with Sun and Moon conjunct he would naturally be attracted to the SCORPIO Dark  Side with all things forbidden, taboo, sex, death, power, lust, transformation.

The Gothic horror novel of which he wrote a few was originally published in 1897.

I was wondering why I was off topic from my intention when I saw that Bram also has VENUS in LIBRA.LOL. Well You gotta trust the Universe.

Venus is at 5 degrees Libra. Stoker also has the North Node at 9 degrees Libra conjunct Lillith at 12 degree. Lillith was known as a succubus, night hag, a monster who drank men’s semen in nocturnal dreams, who was blamed by the Patriarchy for doing her own thing, for being independent, for thinking for herself, for basically disobeying G*d. Perhaps Lillith was Stoker’s original idea for Dracula?

With the Midnight hour birth time what degree is Ascending?

Zero degrees of Virgo, which I thought about earlier today..Hmmm

The midnight chart puts Stoker’s SCORPIO Sun Moon exactly at the Bottom, on the IC, the Midnight of the chart itself.

Uranus right now is exactly opposing Stoker’s birth Venus.

So perhaps a Uranian surprise honor or a tie in to modern Twilight publicity.

Intrigued as what THE ARTIST was, asmy background is as an artist, my husband is an artist, I thought I’d check it out. I checked a Tweet. Sounds like a new hit pop song. THE ARTIST is a new film. TIFF is on right now, The Toronto International Film Festival.   read the review.

Interesting a 2011 Silent Black and white movie which will be premiering at TIFF today. One of the reviews mentions that it is quite an audacious thing to bring back silent Movies, and that the reviewer felt it was so good that it could be nominated for an Academy Award and there hadn’t been one in 84 years for a silent movie. {There were exceptions Un Chien Andalou, City Lights, Modern Times all early 30’s movies.}  

The very first  Talking Picture The Jazz Singer premiered in 1927 featuring my favourite singer as a child,the great  Al Jolson.

Jolson’s famous line “YOU AIN’T HEARD NOTHIN’ YET” was literally true in the movie. The audience ain’t ever heard actors talking in synch yet till then.

As a practicing Astrologer when the reviewer mentioning “not in 82 years” the BINGO!  went off. I immediately realized there is a synchonicity here.

I find it interesting that a new Silent Movie comes out at exactly the same cyclic beginning as Uranus was creating the very first Talking Picture. Uranus BTW rules technology and by extension computers,scientific, medical, outer space, nanotechnology. Talking Pictures ushered in an entirely new entertainment experience in the 20th century. Are we going to go backwards?

Is the New Revolution to simplicity? Yes a lot of people are going for the Slow Revolution in Food, culture, Towns. As earth changes get heavier and stronger Mother Nature may just have The Good Old Days comin’ round again.

Hollywood always has an amazing 6th sense or prophetic ability to see the future. And besides all it would take is one huge Solar Flare to wipe out everyone’s computers,have airplanes fall from the sky, shut down all corporations, banking, communications, etc. You get my Continental Drift here? 

The Vanishing American

Speaking of more Silent Movies synchonicities. The other funny coincidence was I was watching TCM late one evening, and I rarely watch TV. Robert Osbourne the host was introducing a black and white SILENT movie made in 1925, a Western,called The Vanishing American. A very unusual Western shot on location in Monument Valley and it depicted the history of man and showed Native Americans not as savages or primitives but  in a positive light. Most of the background cast were real Native Indians except for the lead actor which was also very modern and future oriented.

I found this movie to be phenomenal, rent it or buy it, but do see it. It was so well made, photographed and acted. The costumes were real Hopi Indian silver concho belts and traditonal butterfly hairdos. I was totally awed by it. I cried at the end. I thought now this is a real art, how to move the emotions so much, without needing to say anything. Of course it is a real tear jerker.

I hope in this New Age of constant talk talk talking, that a new cycle bringing back some real peace and quiet, a  SILENT ERA would be a very welcome thing.

I love Native American everything,culture, drumming, prayers, art, ceremonies, mythology, spirituality. I have been practicing and learning Native Traditions, Cherokee,Lakota, Plains, Inka over the last 20 years.

I love the American South West, I loved in Sedona, Arizona in 87-88 and my husband Napoleon and I love the entire South West. He has visited camped out in and painted the South West and we especially love Death Valley California,Utah,New Mexico etc.

Deserts

I have also travelled through and lived by deserts in some other parts of the World. The Sahara Desert in West Africa and the Sinai Desert in Egypt and Israel and the desert in Osoyoos British Columbia. Those are other stories.

27 degrees of Leo is conjunct to a very famous Fixed Star REGULUS, the heart of the Lion. This famous star is connected to the ArchAngel Raphael the healer of the heart.  His South Node representing the Past, is at 27 degrees of Aquarius in his first house.

For these 2 days Light workers gathered at various high energy vortex power spots around the world, Mt. Shasta. Niagara Falls, Sedona Arizona etc. 

I happened  to be drawn to living in Sedona a year before there and arrived there at Spring Equinox in 1987 to find out unbeknownst to me consciously and after the fact that 10,000 people were scheduled to arrive on  these dates in a town of 7,500 people. They did. I was there on Bell Rock and the Airport Vortex doing movement meditations. It was on National News.

My point is folks, that Venus the Goddess of women, beauty, love, harmony, balance the Arts is going to Kanoodle with the Sun on this very same date bringing the point that as in the Harry Potter Deathly Hallow’s part 1 – the Golden snitch says “I OPEN AT THE CLOSE.” cryptic words those.

So we are back to where we began this little story, Venus, the Sun , Leo, The President, Golden Girls- Marilyn Monroe, Happy 50th, anniversaries.

St. Patrick’s Day,the Luck ‘O the Irish,the pagans by Tara Greene Astrology

St. Patrick, Catholic Irish Saint,is known for driving the snakes out of Ireland. That story  is actually a cultural re-visioning. St. Patrick, identified with the shamrock, was no Saint and not lucky at all for the pagans who worshipped the Goddess. Ireland since time out of mind was a pagan, Wiccan, Druid, Nature, Goddess worshipping land. These people were demonized and ripped off by St. Paddy. 

St. Paddy is NOT Irish. Born in Scotland  to Roman parents around 387 AD.  Taken prisoner at 14, he was sent to Ireland as a slave. He studied the language and learned the customs of the people, original Nature loving, pantheistic earth worshippers. 

As the story goes, Patrick prayed to God. He had a dream he was to leave Ireland but the Irish people were calling him back. He studied to be a priest. He became a Bishop and was sent back to Ireland to teach the Gospel. He arrived at Slane on March 25, 433. Patrick converted many thousands of people including Irish Kings who were moved {or threatened} upon hearing Patrick’s message. He himself had many disciples who were all later canonized. He preached for over 40 years, apparently worked many miracles, and wrote of his love for God in his confessions. He lived in poverty, travelled and endured much suffering and died March 17, 461 AD. at Saul, where he had built his first church. It’s 1,550 years since he died. 

THE SHAMROCK

Patrick used the shamrock, as the symbol of the holy Trinity. The SHAMrock or clover {note the sham pun in shamrock, puns are always give a ways} is originally an ancient PAGAN SYMBOL of the GODDESS, the original Holy TRINITY, the TRIPLE GODDESS, whose phases we see as the Moon waxing and waning.  

The Triple Goddess, like the Roman God Janus, who was also an overlay of the original Goddess worshipping religions, represents the past present and future. Christianity like Hinduism, Judaism, Islam always incorporated former religions but then skews the original meaning, usually inferring the opposite.

St. Patrick was famous for driving the snakes out of Ireland, meaning he drove the pagans out/converted them. The snake is a euphemism; the snakes symbolize the Goddess, rebirth, sexuality, eternity, and wisdom. Snakes were always her honoured symbol. In the re-writing of the Goddess history, the propaganda popularly known as the Bible, tells how in Genesis, the snake was turned into evil and Eve made to be seen as wicked, the original sinner, forever dooming women to hardship in birth, and never able to repent.

It is the worst most wicked, horrible, most ridiculous LIE,  filled with self-hatred, hatred of life, divorced from nature. It  was of course built on the foundations of Judaism and the old testament which was the historical very violent story of the crushing of the Goddess religion, the defamation of the Feminine.

Everything the Goddess stood for, love of Nature, the Feminine relating principles, honouring life, children, sexuality etc. was made bad, indecent, devil worship by the Catholic Church and the Bible.

Christians thank him the conversion of the ancient Irish pagans. But in the name of Christ who tolerated all peoples, honoured women and preached love of thy neighbour, pagans especially women,who were labelled witches and -worshippers,were tortured to convert, and had their properties and rank stolen from them.

 To some Pagans, wiccans, druids, Goddess worshippers St. Patrick is a despised person who drove the Irish people from their original faith.  Some Wiccans may actually enjoy the celebration because of its “hidden” Pagan meaning, and smile when they see devout Christians wearing the shamrock, the Goddess’symbol proudly.

As in the Mists of Avalon, the re-telling of the Arthurian and Grail legends from the original Pagan Goddess worshipping aspect, the Goddess in any name is still Her energy. Goddess worship is earth honouring, egalitarian, matriarchal. 

Just as the white people carry a collective karmic debt and shame for destroying Indigenous peoples earth worshipping religion and cultures. In Canada,there is now a token giving back, as in the Queen Charlotte Island being renamed in their indigenous tongue and land treaties give native people back the lands and bones or historical relics taken in colonialized plunder, as in Egypt and China that were stolen from them. 

Perhaps we should rethink St. Patrick when we’re out in the pub drinking green beer, wearing shamrocks, and singing When Irish Eyes Are Smilin’ and Oh Danny Boy and at least toast THE GODDESS. Because as She says: “All acts of love and beauty are my worship.” 

And speaking of Ireland. The name Tara, popularly connected to the Hills of Tara, and the Kings of Tara is originally a Goddess name. Tara, whose ancient worship continues today,She is still worshipped daily in India and Tibet.  Green Tara whose name is originally SITARA, means the Stars. Therefore she is just like the Egyptian Goddess of the sky, where all life originated, the goddess Nut, or Nuit, aka the Milky Way Galaxy. Hey we don’t call it a Guyaxy. 

Sitara, her name means the Galaxy, all that is, She is the original creatress, Mother Nature. The Sitar is her heavenly music, the music of the cosmos. Her worship is so ancient and widespread it ran from India all the way to Ireland.

In English Tara =Terra in Latin meaning The EARTH. Eartha or Artha in Sanskrit means the Earth. All the names have an etymological root from Sanskrit considered to be a holy language. So in India and Tibet the mantra, the prayers for Tara invoke her vibration, as chanting OHM is considered to be the original word of God. Tara actually has 21 different manifestations, colours and dances representing her powers.  Green Tara is Mother Nature.

I think the eclipses are more powerfully related to earthquakes, tsunamis etc. as potential power triggers. Traditionally eclipses were always seen as harbingers of bad luck, ill omens, the dragon eating the sun or moon. Of course solar end Lunar eclipses happen on average of 4 times per year. Old superstitions before people understood what eclipses really were about. Still, where the eclipse shadows falls on the earth are the places most affected.  

MARCH 11,today Uranus enters ARIES @ 4:54 pm PST entire new cycle

March 12 @ 00:54 am GMT    March 12 9:54 am Tokyo time. 

Uranus has sent literally and lethal shock waves out from the ocean’s depths and created cataclysmic damage to people and property in Japan and threatens many nations in the Pacific rim put on hi alert for dangerous tsunamis.

A new  higher truth 1.5 year cycle of consciousness begins when the North Node of the Moon {The Dragon’s head or Rahu in Vedic Astrology} shows what the collective consciousness is open to.
