The Key to healing

Mercury and Venus in early degrees of Libra are opposite to Chiron, the Wounded Healer whose symbol in astrology is a Key. Chiron is Key to healing our wounds.

Wounds from old conversations and communications may be from long ago will be brought up over the next few days because Chiron is Retrograde. Talk about those wounds and that splinter in your mind, this is a good thing as it allows the wounds to breathe and be given a voice.

Yes in Numerology it is 2 22.  

VERY HIGH PRIESTESS energy as number 2= The HIGH PRIESTESS in the Tarot.

She is the Unconscious the dreamworld, the womb, the Moon, feelings  instinct.

#22 is a MASTER NUMBER  symbolizing ENLIGHTENMENT.

It  is the most powerful symbol in the TAROT.

Signifying THE FOOL in the TAROT representing zero- nothing pure potential, all that Is and the attainment of that as well. # 22. 

 It is also the 35th year, OMG I can’t believe that myself.

Of the Anniversary of a very powerful event in my life and two others as well.

It was the day we witnessed a miracle.

A real spirit guide appeared on this night in 1979 in Isla  Mujeres, Mexico. It was unknown to us at the time, we were told it was an island where pirates kept women. that there was a Mayan Goddess Temple here and that’s why it was called the ISLAND OF WOMEN.

Two witnesses and myself saw the STAR BIRD, a real, actual, inter galactic spirit messenger in the sky.

The Moon is in Sagittarius so that’s perfect for doing meditation with Neptune having squared the Moon already today.

Light some incense put on some nice spiritual music.  

Close your eyes and see the STAR BIRD Come into your mind’s eye.  It is dark around 10:35 pm on the beach looking out over the sea. LISTEN and allow the STAR BIRD’s energy to appear like a shooting star from the left to the right. It stops in mid heaven.

See the INFINITY SYMBOL being created from left movement downwards and curving back over and around and then right. 

ALL TIME IS NOW, we are INFINITE STAR BEINGS.

Then the STAR BIRD gets bigger and descends rather slowly and takes the shape of a bird made of starlight with wings shaped like an eagles and a small head like a  dove.

Breathe in the ancient memories and knowledge buried in your cellular consciousness. 

We are the STARS, we come from the STARS, many ancient civilizations world-wide honor and remember and know.

Various shamans and channeler’s have told me the STAR BIRD is a messenger from SIRIUS.

Beautiful prayers and Blessings for you

I had a wonderful time teaching my workshops at the Grail Springs Spa this past weekend. It’s am award winning spa in Bancroft Ontario about 2.5 hours north east of Toronto. A very magical spot,very intimate, the spa can only hold less than 30 people. I love to teach and initiate Tarot virgins.

It rained for most of the weekend, the trees were, just a few beginning to change colour.

An auspicious Tibetan native High Lama, the Venerable Khenpo Sonam Rinpoche from the Riwoche Temple of Toronto offered a very powerful fire ceremony to purify the world of greed, ignorance, suffering for the Equinox. It felt huge to me. The energy just went whoosh and I felt the power of the ceremony clearing away lots of negative energies in the world. Thank You. Each participant received a Kata or prayer scarf as a blessing. Very honoured to be there.

My 2 nights of workshops focussed on working with the Tarot, and of course the usual amazing synchonicities came up. The person who is the most freaked out usually gets The DEVIL card. I try to explain how the devil is a good thing. It is their shadow, their denied parts. It is a necessary part of creation. You can’t have the light without the dark.  The person who is the most vulnerable and in major transition always gets the DEATH card or both. The Grail is a place to go for refuge in a very physical and spiritual way. Two women in the small group were forced to leave marriages of over twenty and twenty five years and start their lives anew. Some people are fighting serious illnesses- cancer and are detoxing. 

I send all my participants to bed on the first night to sleep with one of the Major Arcana they have chosen under their pillow to dream with it. The one who sleeps with the Devil usually has an upsetting night. Some people are comforted by the Symbols of change-Death and Rebirth-  Judgement # 20.  For others there are stages of letting go, The HANGED MAN- trusting- THE FOOL, FAith- The MOON,and so on.

I led my Autumn Equinox ceremony indoors it  was too wet outside. For most people it was their first time being in ceremony. I used my sacred Native drum. I had meditated on what was needed. ENERGY sharing. marrying the masculine and the Feminine. Alchemy.

I also got to do a wonderful meditation and yoga class they offer at the Grail. Simply chanting OHM, or HUE for 40 minutes was so powerful. 

We also talked about the Sun’s magnetic field being at ZERO point now and its magnetic poles are about to flip. Here’s an article

You could see it as a possible “Solar awakening” if a Huge CME- happened,which is not mentioned in this article, which could take out all electric transformers on the planet all satelites etc. leaving us in the dark ages, so that we would have to co-operate to survive. Or perhaps we won’t feel it at all.

I did have a vision of  huge CME- Coronal Mass Ejection coming years ago and wiping everything out.  But my daughter who was 10 then, said but it would only last three days.

Energy is intense today and still post Eclipse as well so

TAROT TRUMP # 12

When most people see the Hanged Man they want to turn the card the other way around. “right side up.”

But this is the way it’s supposed to be with the upside down man hanging by his ankle from a tree, which is the traditional context. The 12th card is an initiation card- an emotional baptism,  the symbol of the planet NEPTUNE- the trident on the card. This is a spiritual baptism, an immersion into NON-EGO.

MEANING

Like the symbol on the card this is about SUSPENSION. Suspended animation, suspending your beliefs. A void state. Don’t avoid the void.

The way you thought things are isn’t working. You must ALLOW, let go of your will. Surrender.

The Hanged Man  puts the focus squarely on whatever your HANG UPS are right now. 

The Hanged Man is also the martyr or scapegoat who gets blamed by other’s and willingly sacrifices himself. 

Forgiveness is also a deeper meaning. The card energy is similar to Christ sacrificing himself on the cross for others’ sins. Issues of transmuting guilt, blame, projecting onto others your own shame, or sins.

The Hanged Man is also the Norse God ODIN  being suspended from the World tree Ygdrassil in order to obtain Higher Knowledge. The Ruins were devised from this mythology.

Turn your head towards the earth, towards instincts and intuition.

Everything you have been taught is ass backwards. 

LET GO AND LET GOD.

Years ago I attended an amazing spiritual tarot initiation workshop given by a man who is a long time Tibetan Buddhist teacher, a Mason, who has devoted 45 years of his life to being on the spiritual path. The participants all had to embody literally each of the Tarot trump majors. I got to be THE HANGED MAN. I was suspended upside down by my ankle from a pole and hung -not too far off the ground. It hurts to be the HANGED MAN.

Not  just I GOT YOU BABE for INFINITY but it’s a Traditional Irish and Pagan Holiday Celebrations

The song would more aptly be LIGHT MY FIRE- by the Doors, of course. 

Groundhog Day was and is celebrated in the Modern Irish Calendar as Saint Brigid’s Day,or Bride’s Day, both a Catholic and Pagan Celebration of an ancient Goddess tradition,.

Known as Imbolc to Wiccans/Pagans, Christians overlaid the Ancient Goddess worshipers’ holiday renaming it Candlemas or the fest of the Purification of the Virgin. This celebration also relates to the midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox.

It is a “cross-quarter” day in the 8 rounds of the Wheel of Time in the Solar based year. Since the Celtic Year was based on both lunar and solar cycles, it is most likely the holiday would be celebrated on the Full Moon nearest those 2 midpoints, when early spring flowers would begin to rise and snakes would come out of the ground.

The SNAKE is the precursor of the Groundhog, which the Romans replaced with a Hedgehog, which we… On Feb. 2^nd.

Ancient peoples of Ireland kept this day as very sacred. At the Megalithic and Neolithic sites in Tara, Ireland, the inner chambers of the passage tombs are perfectly aligned with the rising sun of both Imbolc and Samhain attesting to the value placed on this day.

Triple Goddess/Saint Brigid/Bride’s Sacred Day

In the Scottish Highlands where she was known as Bride, every morning the fire was kindled with an invocation to Bride:

According to Robert Graves,she is the most Ancient Triple Goddess worshipped since time out of mind. The Goddess rules over scholars and poets. She is the Goddess of fire and inspirations in Ireland, the Goddess of poetry, creativity, smithcraft and healing. She also rules healing with water, and divination. She is said to rule over people who work with cows and chickens, brewers, fugitives, midwives, infants, printers, sailors, travelers, New Zealand, & Irish nuns.

This day symbolizes a time of transitions, initiations, new beginnings, of planting seeds that will sprout later. Brigid/Birgita represents the light half of the year,Her power brings the people out of the dark season of winter into spring, so, it is a very important time of the year.

Brigid rules the Waters. Many healing springs are dedicated to Brigid. Natural bodies of water also signify Her presence, particularly where three streams joined together. She also rules Fire, so it is customary to make candles for the coming year and bless them on this day.

Protecting Goddess

In her aspect as Brigantia, she carries a spear, an orb of victory, and wears a war crown. She symbolizes protection of the country from invaders and slavery.

Midwives

As Patroness of Midwives, she was invoked at the door of the home where the woman was giving birth, by the midwife. Who speke:

Bride, Bride, come in! Thy welcome is truly made, Give thou relief to the woman, And give thou the conception to the Trinity.

Brigid is the guardian of every newborn, their cradles protected with a woven Brigit’s Cross, an equal armed cross. Upon a safe delivery, the infant was blessed or “sained” by the midwife, with 3 drops of water on the child’s forehead, dedicating the Child to the Triple Goddess.

The “Holy Trinity” in its modernized Christian aspect, was just an overlay of the Goddess Triple Aspect since time out of memory. A candle was carried ‘round the bed sun wise three times. As Brigid is a Solar Goddess. We think of the Sun as masculine but originally all aspects of the Universe were considered Feminine.

Brigid Ruler of the Hearth

Especially in Gaelic Scotland, Brigid’s dolls are placed near the hearth on her Feast Day. The doll is usually dressed in white. A white wand is placed in her bed as a fertility charm. As she is patroness of agriculture, pastures, livestock, and abundance. An offering is made to her of dairy products. The Brigid doll is kept throughout the year near the hearth hung on a wall, or by a door, as a talisman of protection, then burnt the next year.

Light a Candle and Invoke the Goddess at this time-

I kindle this candle in the name of Brighid, Goddess of Smiths,

I sain this house in the name of Brighid, Goddess of Healers,

I smoor this candle in the name of Brighid, Goddess of Poets.

One folk tradition still continues in both Christian and Pagan homes on St. Brigid’s Day is that of St. Brigid’s Bed. Girls and young unmarried women create corn dollies to represent Brigid, these are adorned with ribbons, baubles shells or stones. A bed is made for the doll to lie in. On St. Brigid’s Eve Jan 31, the girls gather together in one house and stay up all night with the doll, are are later visited by all the young men, who ask permission to enter the home, and then treat the young maidens and the dolly with respect. The next day the girls carry the doll through the neighbourhood from house to house, where she is welcomed with great honour. Adult women stay home to welcome the Brigid procession and offer snacks and coins to the young girls and maidens.

Brigid is said to walk the earth on Imbolc eve. Feb 1st. Before going to bed, each member of the household may leave a piece of clothing or strip of fabric outside for Brigid to bless. The cloth are brought inside the next morning, believed to now have the powers of healing and protection.

BRIGID is alive and well.

The name “Britain” is a derivation of Brigit’s name. Britain was named for an ancient Celtic tribe, the Brigantes, who were the largest Celtic tribe in the country in pre-Roman times who worshipped Her as their Deity.

The tribe originated from an area now called Bregenz in Austria near Lake Constance. The word “brigand” comes from this tribe of fierce warriors. Her symbol is a flaming spear. Her worship spread, leaving behind places named in Her honour-Brittany in France, Brechin in Scotland, the name Brent, in England, any name containing Bride.

Britain’s symbol, the Goddess Brigantia, still found on their 50 cent coin is Brigid in her aspect as Goddess of the Land. In Old German/Yiddish the word “Fabrent” meaning burnt, honours this Ancient Goddess.

Britney Spears is carrying the modern archetypal literal name of Brigid, and strangely enough one of Brigid’s symbols is a flaming spear! Britney Spears her name literally is  St. Bridgit
