2015= LUCKY NUMBER 8. The Trump called JUSTICE {LIBRA} in the Tarot.

 A year of RE-BALANCING MIND, BODY, SPIRIT.

It is the year of the Fisher King and seeking the Holy Grail.

 The astrology signs of ARIES, CANCER, LIBRA, CAPRICORN, LEO, VIRGO, SAGITTARIUS and PISCES are featured for most of 2015 and SCORPIO a bit in the summer.

2015 will be less intense than 2014 but more so in other ways. The last of the 7 exact Cardinal squares between Pluto and Uranus ends in Mid-March. But that doesn’t mean their effects are over. In fact I believe that they really start the revolutionary changes like the 60’s now. There will be powerful eclipses at the end of March and April.

The year will be divided up into 3 distinct phases.  

Upbeat and optimistic with more energy until mid-June. Very heavy emotional, violent and unstable from mid-June- mid- September. Grounded, focused, with a change in values, the budget, environmental concerns, virus scares, economic downturn, back to the land and spiritual awareness by the end of the year.

We now have 3 major planets in FIRE, Jupiter in Leo, Saturn in Sagittarius and Uranus in Aries as opposed to all the WATERY emotional element we have been in for the last two to three years.

Fire, water, earth. All of the Mercury Retrogrades will be in air signs. We will also be in a Wood Sheep {goat} year in the Chinese Zodiac.

MARCH 20***** TOTAL SOLAR Eclipse on the SPRING EQUINOX at the 30th degree of PISCES.

The VERY LAST of the last degrees. This is the MOST CRITICAL of all degrees. Karmic endings. The point of enlightenment, one has finished all the karmic lessons. Either head off to total bliss and enlightenment or and return to help others in a new karmic cycle. This symbolizes a huge karmic spiritual cycle ending.

APRIL 4  TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE BLOOD MOON PASSOVER

*****Total LUNAR eclipse at 14 degrees of LIBRA ,a BLOOD MOON on Passover re-activates the Grand Cardinal Cross energy of April 2014 at 14 + degrees Libra. Like a REPEAT of the April 2014 Intensity.

The April eclipse strongly impacts the U.S from the Grand Cardinal Crosses to its Natal Sun at 13 degrees Cancer and Saturn at 14 degrees Libra which symbolizes leadership, history, laws and its vitality.  There will be revolution again from within and outside. 

Partial SOLAR Eclipse September 13 at 20+ degrees Virgo

Opposite Chiron the wounded healer. Agricultural losses, food supplies no available. Weird behaviors. Addictions. Loss of many jobs, unemployment rates skyrocket.

 OVERVIEW 

The first six months feel optimistic, passionate, and inspired with Jupiter in Leo. It will be bold, over-confident, glitz and glamour, very SELFIE, with over the top until mid-August 2015.

Saturn’s entry into Sagittarius in December 2014 until Mid June 2015 and again from mid-September to 2017 changes the everyday reality playing field.

Sagittarius being grounded by Saturn brings inspiration and truthing a reality. Sagittarius is optimism, and JUSTICE in a year of justice, Trump # 8. Protests against police abuses of blacks and racism will get more powerful in the U.S. with worldwide protests against corporate and financial giants. The revolution is still gathering speed.

SUMMER will be very emotionally intense, from mid- June to mid- September. A pot boiler of ancient vendetta’s, vigillante like violence, revenge, hellish shadows and all the hardest lessons of Saturn in Scorpio for the final clear out for the next 29 years.

When Jupiter enters VIRGO August 11 the entire energy shifts down into low gear. Things will be budget-conscious there may be lots of work or not enough. Food, the environment, balancing the books, getting back to the land, working for the environment. Discipline hard work and good old fashioned simple values based on REALITY. I predict Justin Trudeau will become Canada’s next Prime Minister. Justin has a rare six-pointed STAR OF DAVID or Merkabah formation in his natal chart. He will bring new hope, restore environmental conservation and a new mandate for Canada, Trudeau will also restore Canada’s once pristine image on the world’s stage as a peacekeeping not soldiering country.

Will be slow, oil prices dropping to halt Russia and Putin, will make some things cheaper. Alberta will initiate taxes. The markets will continue to be volatile. Canada’s dollar will be weak.

TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS leading up to a 2016 Stanley Cup win again.
Their last Stanley Cup win was in 1967 and believe it or not the planets will be aligning again in the same way for them to unexpectedly pull a few hat tricks out. They could win again in the 2015-2016 season. We will only see the beginning of that in the fall of 2015.

World Affairs 

TERRORIST ATTACKS – RED ALERT!!!!

High alert for 2015. Worldwide. Terrorists are trying out new sophisticated infrastructure terrorism, through water, and food. No need for bombs. In the fall there will be much paranoia about what one can eat and drink. Governments in North America and in the EU will be frantically trying to contain it all. Muslim terrorists keep attacking, kidnapping and beheading more infidels. There will be terrorist attacks during the Pan Am games in midsummer in Toronto. Africa terrorism becomes bolder and more widespread.

RUSSIA
Major upheavals in Russia as their economy is being forced to fall by lowered oil prices. There will be Internal revolution. Ukraine continues to be a hot spot.

AMERICAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION preview

The law of ageism could be revised in the U.S. as Governor Jerry Brown may run for president. This was pointed out by comedian Bill Maher. Republicans are in chaos.

TURKEY

 Must defend its borders from terrorists entering from the south east. Refugees will be turned away as there are too many of them streaming from Syria.

Cuba

Allowing Americans into Cuba cause an influx of wealth but also pandemonium. Many Cubans will be leaving for the U.S. in droves.

Major economic collapse in France and Italy. The EU must renegotiate.

PAKISTAN

Will be in a kind of civil war trying to oust terrorists because of the killing of those hundreds of children in December. There are so many closet terrorist factions.

NORTH POLE PASSAGE WARS heat up.

Denmark, U.S. Canada and Russia will be having a literal cold war over who owns what. The legal battles begin.

CYBER HACKING

More and more attacks on corporations worldwide. This could bring many corporations to a halt, including credit companies like American Express, to their knees. People will be very paranoid.

CHINA

Will see more protests in Hong Kong and all over China. Their economy is slowing down.

IMMIGRATION

Will stop. Countries in Europe and Turkey are in turmoil from Syrian and other refugees fleeing their homelands. Many countries, Canada included will deport Muslims suspected of having Terrorist connections and all their families.  There will be huge migrations of Muslims back to their destinations countries. Borders will be under lockdown.

AIRPLANE DISAPPEARANCES

There will be many major plane crashes and explosions in mid- air in 2015. I see another plane disappearing into the ocean very similar to the one from MALAYSIA in 2014.

HEALTH

EBOLA, Not going away, will become pandemic and Many more new viruses will appear and will threaten travel with Jupiter in health-conscious Virgo opposite Neptune in Pisces late 2015 and into 2016 squared by Saturn.

MAD COW DISEASE in England again. Many food scares, pork, chicken etc., more people becoming vegans.

Science & Technology

Major technological breakthroughs in mind mapping. Scientists discover new ways to stimulate the brain for learning complex processes, languages and stimulate memory very quickly. New discoveries to cure MS and Parkinson’s and new genetic advancement.

Jupiter in Virgo brings a grassroots. Learning from the past, herbalism will becomes mainstream, all naturopathic and homeopathic healing methods will surge in popularity. Osteopathy and cranio-sacral therapies also become popular.

SPIRITUAL HEALING will get very mainstream

With Jupiter in Virgo {the body} opposite Neptune in Pisces squared by Saturn, Spiritual healing, sound healing, crystals, color therapy, shamanism, ayahuasca, sacred plants, cleansing diets and positive outlook will all be factored into any patient’s healing methodology as standard practice. New schools will blend herbal remedies and essential oils to enhance well being will become popular. Eating to heal will also be very popular. People’s diets will change.

Jupiter in Virgo is Mind/Body and Neptune in Pisces is Spirit and Saturn in Sagittarius is education and higher thinking.

Women will realize the connection between toxicity from Birth control pills and infertility. Many women will go for natural birth control using basal temperatures and natural herbal methods. Toxic, cancer-causing tampons will be rejected in favour of natural organic pads.

Everything natural organic, simple and handmade, will be valued. Sugar will be removed from all commercial foods and especially from children’s diets.

WEATHER

The continued pattern of crazy extreme weather continues throughout the world. Although El Nino is making this a milder winter in North America. Very warm in England, and Europe. There will be record high temperatures with droughts, water rationing and electricity black outs to conserve power on rotation basis.  Extremely high temperatures in Australia, forest fires wipe out huge areas.  There will be major droughts which affect food supplies which may be in limited supply.

Much danger from tsunamis in spring of 2015 and fall 2015.

FLOODS

I see the entire Mississippi region quaking and totally flooding. Flooding on the East coast from Washington up to Maine.

EARTHQUAKES

Major earthquakes in Central America, down to Columbia. Indonesia, China, Turkey.

Volcanic explosions

In Italy and Iceland, Hawaii, get stronger. Yellowstone could also have a huge geyser eruption.

ARCHEOLOGY

Major ancient finds will appear in the Arctic evidencing very ancient advanced civilizations pre-dating every record we have. Evidence of extra-terrestrial involvement in humans will also be discovered. This changes the nature of religious beliefs with many people leaving established religions in droves…

Religion

Pope Francis in all his modernity will prove to be a great boon for Catholicism. Although major homosexual scandals will continue to surface. 

EDUCATION

There may be a turn away from Higher Education {Saturn in Sagittarius} which is very expensive .to an apprentice hands on system and more practical types of education. 

Environmental Protection

With Jupiter in Virgo in mid fall countries will work together to stop global warming which will be accepted as a scientific reality. Efforts to clean up the environment, stop fracking, limit the use of plastics, and emissions controls will move ahead strongly.

Space

Evidence of life on other planets. More planets could possibly have life discovered.

ANIMAL RIGHTS ACTIVISM

Will score huge legal victories. Saturn in Sagittarius loves animals and will go to court to bring to justice companies which treat animals cruelly. This will stop or slow the huge conglomerate farming methods for raising chickens cows and pigs en masse. Small farmers will flourish. Humane treatment of all animals.

ANIMALS will be recognized as having feelings and consciousness. This has already happened in India.  This will happen worldwide even in China where eating dogs and cats has been commonplace.

The stress to the environment and endangered animals will also gain more focus, money and new inventive ways to help save polar bears, whales, dolphins and other species.

TORONTO

I predicted John Tory would be elected mayor.

He would like to think he can rebrand Toronto TORYONTO.

John Tory will be communicating in some very idealistic ways. Some may see him as being a smoke and mirrors show, almost delusional and some may see him as very deceptive as Neptune crosses his Mercury in Pisces next year.  He also must be careful of alcohol and any pharmaceuticals as he is very sensitive. He does has a tendency towards addictions and this may be revealed…

Jupiter will be crossing his Pluto this year in his natal chart in the 2^nd house. He will be seen as favoring the wealthy and be coming on very strong for the first past of the year,

The original birth chart for Toronto in 1793 has its Mars at 16 degrees of Cancer and that degree will be under excruciating pressure from Pluto and Uranus in 2015 and beyond. This can mean violence in the city, murders, domestic violence, explosions etc.

PAN AM games will bring world attention but the city will be a mess of traffic jams, and infrastructure not being ready and I sense there will be political protests and even terrorism in the city during the summer.

In the Toronto amalgamation chart for Jan 1 1998 Toronto has its Saturn at 13 degrees Aries. It is still under the same type of pressure from the Cardinal Crosses but even more karmically. As Saturn symbolizes karma. JOHN TORY will be under enormous pressure. Chiron the wounded healer is passing away from being on Toronto’s SOUTH node- why we have been going through major karmic shiz for the last year and a half.

Jupiter planet of optimism prosperity and hope will be passing over Toronto’s North Node in the late fall in both the 1793 and amalgamation chart. That is a good thing. Jupiter brings expansion- do we really need more of this in some ways?  In Virgo this expansion means tightening the budgets and running a much tighter ship.

This should be a year of nit picking over budget concerns, every inch of the way. Cleaning up misuse of civic dollars and being very fiscally lean. The city will be cleaning up its act new sewers for all the condos will be a major concern. Virgo relates to services, cleanliness. We may have some virus scares again like the SARS virus.

In the fall; Jupiter rules sports and so for all the Toronto teams in general Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays Jupiter will be playing ball in their courts. This can also bring lucky expansion and new team members.

MEDITATE

On the image, feel yourself as the heroine in the card. Think about how the feeling of being overwhelmed energetically is affecting your life now. I can certainly relate to this. Too  many demands, too much to do, not enough time, energy is feeling blocked. Needing a little magical miracle helper to get yourself out of the stuckness.

I think this is how a lot of people are feeling from Saturn being in Scorpio for the last 2 years.

Don’t Kill the Magic by Magic  

New Year 2015 sneak Peak

I am posting the year 2015 birth chart. It can be used as the birth chart of the entire year ahead. 

IT Looks INTENSE 

GRAND CARDINAL CROSS

With SUN conjunct Pluto opposing the Midheaven at 10+ degrees Cancer in Times Square in New York.The midheaven will not be in aspect any other place.

Sun Pluto conjunction is Super powerful.The two indicate the Light of the SOUL joining into the source. The dark unconscious and the Light of creation work together. Sun and Pluto are squaring Uranus in Aries. This is more of the same energies continuing until we “get it.”   The planets which symbolize Evolutionary,  collective higher consciousness are square to the Nodes of the Moon.

The North Node is our highest directions, goals and aspirations at 15 + degrees Libra, and the South Node – the past, our unconscious instincts at 15+ degrees Aries is what needs to be released, Uranus is assisting with that. North Node in Libra helps us discern the truth, weigh the positives and negatives, stay balanced.

ELEMENTAL EMPHASIS

There is more of an impulsive, fiery spark,needing to learn to integrate with a majority of practical grounded earthy elements.There is way less emotional element to deal with and less intellectualizing and analyzing than in 2014.

The MOON is the mood of the people, the emotional response reflex. She is at 23 Taurus which is obstinate, earthy, seeking stability, beauty, practical comforts, can be lazy.

The Moon is trining Venus and Mercury in Capricorn indicating a strong year for Feminine feelings, practical intuition and ordered thinking. That is good.

The Sabian Symbol for the MOON at 24 degrees is ” An Indian Warrior riding fiercely, human scalps hanging from his belt.  I think this is self-explanatory. Yes there will be lots of Terrorism, vendettas and revenge going on.

Mars Jupiter and the Moon are in an out of sign “Fixed” grand square to Saturn at zero degrees Sagittarius. Saturn is karma and in Sagittarius this is KARMIC JUSTICE. The year 2015 reduces to the number 8 which is called Justice in the Tarot. 

Yes there will be much lobbying, legal matters, court cases, protests to overturn laws, and individuals taking it upon themselves to be the law. We will see more vigilante actions,like the man who killed the two policeman in New York recently. Anarchy is another word for it.

Mars in Aquarius is a very fast acting energy of CHANGE and technological innovation. I think of lightning bolts of energy zapping our minds with higher consciousness, group minded thinking, and freedom. There will be protests, more revolution and anger against old limiting structures of all kinds from various groups perspectives..

Mars rules the sign of Aries, so its placement governs Uranus in Aries and Uranus rules Aquarius. The two planets are in mutual reception. Changes will be lightning fast and can irrevocably break from past cultural norms.

MARS is opposite a Retrograde Jupiter in Leo. This is a major opposition showing war against those in power and the people. Jupiter Retro in Leo is the big kahuna, be it a corporation, a supreme leader, or excess in general in retreat, against the onslaught of the masses. 

Saturn is conjunct Asteroid Athena Goddess of War,

and civil justice again repeating the theme of legal issues and Justice. These two are square to planet Neptune at 5 degrees of Pisces and to Black Moon Lilith at 3+degrees of VIRGO, the T-square is not indicated on the chart. This bespeaks a very loud clamour from the DARK FEMININE,not a witch, she is the repressed and feared part of the Woman. She is the root of womens’s sexuality,and what all men fear in women’s strength. The women have the power to reject men. 

Lilith opposite Neptune

is bringing out the distorted way that women have been portrayed by men,as sex objects, as projections, and scapegoats of mens’ own desires and inability to harness and disciplining their own sexuality.This distortion is appearing in the news loud and clear as women declaring that they have been raped and abused and that these claims will be taken seriously.

Saturn square Neptune STAY SOBER

Neptune rules Hollywood and everyone’s addictions, lies and fakery which will be challenged by the hard cold reality of Saturn. Hollywood itself will be going through major challenges.

Bring your dreams down to earth. This planetary combo dissolves people’s versions of reality, justice and legal rights. Clearing the veils of projection and romantic illusions will be huge this year. Being sober and telling the truth will be very important. Addictions and debt will be major issues. Lower oil prices helps the economy move ahead. Honoring the elders will also be integrated. 

 Saturn is maturity and patience structure and reality. Saturn Square Neptune is the REALITY SHOW for religions, which could see major changes in faith.

VENUS is conjunct Mercury in Capricorn. Love, values and communications are grounded, goal oriented, and practical. If we take this chart as the chart of the year, Love and the economy will be corporate focussed, career oriented, more mature, conservative, less wild and ostentatious.

Birthed from a virgin episode of Seinfeld called “The Strike,” Frank Costanza, actor Jerry Stiller, Ben’s father in real life, George’s dad in the show, tells Kramer that Festivus is  a non-commercial way to opt out of Christmas and for those who are non-Christian to celebrate in their own way.

We did Festivus last year, and Christmas and Hanukkah and Tibetan Buddhist, pagan and indigenous ceremonies. We love festivities.

It only happens once every 29 years.  Festivus seems like a very Saturnian event. Its is humbug like. People shout each other down.  Rant and bitch at each other and wrestle. THE FESTIVUS POLE DANCES

In the episode, the tradition of Festivus begins with an aluminum pole. Dan O’Keefe was the creator of the original practice.  During Festivus, the pole is displayed unadorned. According to George Castanza’s father, “I find tinsel distracting.” Be creative, we lit our Festius pole up last year, in photo above. Make up your own Festivus pole dances.

The FESTIVUS DINNER

The on-air meal was shown to be some sort of MEATLOAF and spaghetti with red sauce. The original holiday dinner in the O’Keefe household featured turkey or ham followed by a Pepperidge Farm cake decorated with M & M’s candy. In the TV episode, no alcohol is served at dinner.  I’ll leave that to your discretion. Feel free to improvise. I doubt Gordon Ramsay will be dropping in on you.

The Airing of Grievances or the Bitching Match

The celebration of Festivus begins with the “Airing of Grievances” or the bitching match which takes place immediately after the Festivus dinner has been served. Each person must bitch at the others, and the world about how they have been let down, victimized and disappointed in the past year.  Airing your grievance is healthier than holding them in where they Fester, That’s another Holiday. Festerus.

THE FEATS OF STRENGTH

After the meal,The Feats of Strength are the final tradition observed. The head of the household selects one person  and challenges that person to a wrestling match.  Tradition states that Festivus is not over until the head of the household is pinned in a wrestling match.  Failing to pin the head of the household results in Festivus continuing until such requirement is met. It can go on and on if you wish!

In a CNN segment on the origins of Festivus, Dan O’Keefe spoke about the real-life origins of Festivus. O’Keefe’s father, who originated some of the now-recognized Festivus traditions, used a clock, not an aluminum pole. O’Keefe told CNN: “The real symbol of the holiday was a clock that my dad put in a bag and nailed to the wall every year…I don’t know why, I don’t know what it means, he would never tell me. He would always say, ‘That’s not for you to know.

Interesting that SATURN is FATHER TIME represented by a clock, which was bagged and nailed to a wall in a form of masked crucifixion or some other twisted rite.

Dec 22 One day after one of the most powerful Solstice’s ever with all those  razamatazz blingy extras going on. I’ve mentioned them enuf, you oughta know all that jazz by now. Right?

The Sun appears to stand still for 3 days. So really we could consider this a 3 day event.

Monday the MOON’S Day 

The Moon symbolizes your moods, emotions and feelings. The Moon physically we know this,it’s scientific swells the tides of the oceans on Full Moons and as we are 70% water, exactly the same proportions as the earth, so ipso facto. The Moon affects everyone’s emotions. At Full Moon high tide emotions at a New Moon like now, 3 days of introverted feelings. The MOON also governs the people in general.

Today Moon in Capricorn makes it easy to connect the dots between mind-body  and soul.

Capricorn moon is emotions rooted in body wisdom and knowledge. The body knows more than the head does. In the Tarot, Capricorn is THE DEVIL #15.

MY TRANSITS 

Yesterdays Cardinal Cross saw VENUS And PLUTO transiting opposite my natal Uranus in Cancer and squared by Uranus in Aries which is also exactly opposite my Natal Saturn. Plus Neptune is sitting right on my North Node in Pisces and is squaring my Sagittarius Sun which Saturn is about to get very close to. But I am very happy about that. Finally able to get really disciplined and finish things up.

2015 Tarot card prediction, year of balance.

I have posted my 2015 live Tarot Card reading on you tube which includes some Astrology. I also chose an extra guide and helper card for the year.

2015 is a Number 8 YEAR  indicating a very complex year. The number 8 is very fortunate in the Chinese system, symbolizing all of the directions. It is a  year focused on JUSTICE, keeping everything in BALANCE. Number 8  is usually associated with Libra, relationships and beauty. Eight is also KARMA,INFINITY and often also associated with the Trump of Strength like Leo. The challenge and karmic lesson will be to maintain balance on all levels. The beautiful Dutch Masters painting by Vermeer depicts the very essence of year 2015. A pregnant woman holds the balance. She symbolizes the Goddess Maat, karmic justice. 

I am also posting some extra notes. For each month I chose a card. I use the THOTH Tarot. 

January – The 9 of cups. Also called the Wishing Card it is a Blessing card. A completion on an emotional level. For those who only know how to give, it is time to receive in kind. For all of those very spiritual beings your truly selfless compassion will come back to you.  Also be very careful what you wish for.

February – 4 of Cups- The power in grounding your emotions and feelings. Completion of many relationships as a result of individuals conscious awareness expansion.

March –  Queen of Swords – Associated with the Astrology sign of Libra.  March 16/17 the 7th and last exact Uranus Pluto square which will activate everyone’s crown chakra. This will strip people of their masks, egos, of their old stories and identities. New types of relating, of focusing on what benefits all not just some. Court battles. A very powerful Solar Eclipse at the 29th degree of Pisces.

April – Trump #10 The Wheel of Fortune – Expansive, positive energy, Jupiter. Keep the faith, Risk taking, gambling. Total Lunar eclipse activates the Cardinal Cross again.

May – Princess of Cups, Court Card. She is the Physical manifestation of feelings. The earth of water.  She has the symbols of a dolphins a swan and a turtle. Wisdom. Turtle island {north America- Native rights, the swan- transformation, and dolphins- the oceans as our ancestral beginnings. we need to work on protecting water rights, the oceans and animal rights, purity 

June – 6 of disks – The balance in the earth, positive practical goals. The 6’s are all about the marriage of the masculine and feminine. A joyous balance produces success.

July -Ace of Disks- the full potential of all physical probabilities. Bringing the focus to our physical manifestations, Money, health, the earth. What do you want to create?

Aug – Prince of Disks- Court Card, Taurus energy. He is the Air of earth. The use of the intelligence to manifest. This card is about using creativity,and solidarity with regards to the earth, your own goals.Watching how you spend money.

September– Trump #5 The Heirphant or Pope, owning your own spiritual authority, listening to your higher self. Speaking your truth. The Pope literally.  Women speaking out for feminine values and being sanctified in their own right. Huge planetary shifts in September, Saturn staying in Sagittarius till 2017 and Jupiter in Virgo for a whole year and 2 eclipses. A Total Lunar eclipse in Aries.

October – Princess of Wands – Court Card- The grounding of spirit. Freedom from fear. Do a fire walk, confront fear in order to be free. Fearlessness. 

November– Knight of Disks- Court Card- associated with Virgo. Work, services to others, harvesting what you have sown. Health, conserving food supplies. Also associated with earth changes.

December – Trump #18 THE MOON- Pisces – Faith, testing, fear, illusion, rebirth, light at the end of the tunnel. Some people may be feeling totally lost as the higher consciousness manifests. Many people will be clueless, living in a fog, an illusional delusional world of escapism. Some will delve further into drugs, the media, porn, video games, debt all that is unreal and be very dissociated. 

HIGHER SELF ASSISTANCE CARD- TRUMP #13 DEATH. REBIRTH, letting go of the old ways, that which does not serve your higher purposes. Power struggles, control, sex, secrets, Plutocrats. Major life and death confrontations. Intensity, obsessions. All shamans get their power through dying. We must die to our old images and selves in order to be reborn.

Death and change, the only constants

My Mother in law, who is 88 years old is dying and I have been sending prayers constantly all day. Death always changes your consciousness about what you are doing with your life.I know she is ready to leave this planet and incarnation and to move on to a new dimension. As my husband left to travel to Ottawa where his mother is earlier today I said Don’t worry, she is fine. Your Dad, her sister brothers and parents are all waiting for her with open arms.  His sister called from Vancouver as she was also making preparations to fly to Ottawa to be at their mom’s side. She said I know my Mom is talking to me. She just told me that she is fine, that Daddy, her sister and brothers and mom and dad are all there waiting for her. I asked her when she received this telepathic message. She said around 10:15 am and I said that’s exactly when I told my husband the same words..

I’ll keep it very short. Scorpio Moon is the mood of death, rebirth, letting go, deep pain, grief, rebirth, transformation. We’ve been in Scorpio phase since Wed. Dec 17

Just before this month’s Scorpio dance through the depths of the underworld ends the Moon meets Saturn the Lord of Death and finality at 1:11 pm Dec 19 PST then the Moon goes void of course.

We are in the death throws of dealing with the constancy, the certainty of time and death that Saturn brings in Scorpio . These are the last days of that ornery critical 29th degree of Scorpio, the last of the last. Stephen Colbert has bid adieu to his character. Its been a hugely intense week. Yes it was only Monday that the 6th Uranus-Pluto square happened. Massacres, shootings, Sony hackings, Cuba renewed and more.

Remember this is a very HUGE transitional weekend and has been one of the most powerful weeks energetically all year.

Moon enters Sagittarius Friday at 1:55 pm PST and it is the perfect holiday moon with which to travel under.

There’s a VENUS PLUTO URANUS CARDINAL SQUARE WEEKEND on the 20th in the day

MARS also sextiles Uranus  to tickle your changeability fancy.

URANUS turns DIRECT Dec 21 on a New Moon and the Winter solstice December 21 aka YULE in pagan wiccan traditions. It is the day of the Longest night and the return of the Light. Stonehenge and other sacred sites are visited by thousands to mark this great turning point in the year.

We are scant days away from Saturn moving on from the 29th critical degree. It will feel very heavy and intense until December 23 @ 8:34 am PST/11:34 am EST when Saturn totally shifts our reality and moves into the honest optimistic humorous sign of SAGITTARIUS.

Cuba U.S. relations reborn, Cigars anyone?

In the news- never a dull moment. President Obama announced a new era of relations with Communist Cuba after 56 years. 56 = 8 x 7 which is like a second Saturn return.  Two x 28. The old cold war trade embargoes haven’t worked. The Pope [!]  and Canada were partly involved in facilitating and assisting in an American prisoner being  released. Canada has maintained open trade with Cuba all these years. America will re-open an embassy and Americans will be allowed to travel and bring back Cuban cigars, rum and other goods to the U.S. 

Uranus and Pluto and Saturn are at it again.

The large chart is the chart for the Republic of Cuba in 1902 when it gained independence from the U.S. and transits of December 17, 2014.

Cuba’s Sun is conjunct to the weeping 7 sisters, the archeo-mythic Pleiades. Also this is ALgol, Medusa’s head or the demon star,the star of dictators. Algol means alcohol in Arabic. The Arabs were famous mathematicians and astrologers. Algol is connected to fear of primal feminine power.

Cuba’s name originally meant “fertile earth” and that’s a great description for a Taurus Sun at 28 degrees also  on the “critical 29th degree.” Cuba would be a most earthy, sensual, stubborn, realistic, creative, musical and resourceful place. 

Cuba’s Moon in Scorpio is conjunct the North Node. The People are the Moon in a country’s chart. They dictate its direction, and they are very emotional, dramatic, intense, soulful, secreted away,controlled, possessive,sexy and transformative. 

Cuba’s Ascendent at ZERO degrees Virgo. The Fixed Star Regulus, star of Kings entered the Constellation Virgo the Goddess since November 2011. Regulus aka Raphael the Archangel is also symbolized by this star which rules the heart chakra. Yes Cuba’s Star is rising and protected by this Angel. The big island is spot on to be a major player in the next segment of evolution as the earth Mother, the Virgin Goddess once again ascends. Cuba will be leading us into ways of living in a more ecologically natural balanced way and to harvest her gifts with respect.

MERCURY, PLUTO, NEPTUNE conjunction in Gemini the 10th house of worldly status.

Cuban would be a nation of extremes. Mercury, Pluto, Neptune in Gemini is a country built on powerful idealism, rhetoric and secret cabals of power. I wont go into Castro’s chart here. Cuba has always worn two faces, two masks. I have been to Cuba and found the people to be very Gemini like, open, charming, innocent exuberant, curious, idealistic and proud of their ability to stand alone in the world. 

Venus at the mid- degree of Aries and Mars is in Taurus. Both planets are debilitated in each others signs and in mutual reception. Women are very strong and independent in Cuba. Mars is action and relates to cars,Mars in Taurus symbolizes the antique preserved cars in Cuba born out of necessity. Mars in Taurus is more passive. It delights in the paradise of the Island. Taurus is indolentdoesnt like change. Cubans  lover of music, dance, creativity and the arts, farming and resourcefulness.

Jupiter in Aquarius symbolizes new ideas, a classless society, communist ideals. The workers {6th house} share the wealth.

Saturn is Retrograde in Capricorn in the 5th house. There is  respect for tradition, the Patriarchy, hard work, working the land. With Saturn Retrograde it symbolizes being  orphaned, or rejected by  various countries over its history. The U.S. Natal Pluto is exactly at this same degree 27 degrees Capricorn. The two countries have a fated intertwined history.

Uranus at 20 degrees Sagittarius Retrograde opposite PLUTO and Mercury show the REVOLUTIONARY higher inspirational nature of Cuba. Its power in the world is its ability to be philisophical,and in taking the high road.

The Uranus Pluto square of Monday December 15, sees the two planets transiting exactly on Cuba’s Venus in the 8th house! This is the Scorpio house of rebirth, death, taxes, recycling, of other people’s money. Yes a New revolutionary wave has hit Cuba again. This is invigorating and infuses new technology to its economy, status, values and culture.

Pluto in the 5th house is squaring Venus and also conjunction Cuba’s Natal Chiron, where it is most vulnerable, wounded but which also holds the greatest healing at 14 degrees Capricorn. Big money, corporations and power will start to flow into Cuba from American tourism, new infrastructure, hotels and business ventures which brings rebirth and new life.

Saturn is exactly opposite Cuba’s SUN, changing the serious role of Cuba on the world’s stage. These are sobering heavy realities for Cubans which will be another type of test.. The test will be how much it limits itself and how it retains its history, laws and  ideology as it matures into a new karmic evolutionary stage. Jupiter will also square Saturn and Cuba’s Sun next August.  I believe communist consumerism will work in Cuba the way it has in China. 

Jupiter in Leo in the 12th house is opposite Cuba’s natal Jupiter and squaring its Mars in Taurus in the 9th house. This is always expansive, opportune, good fortune but not openly visible. The heart of the peoples’ will is what will propel Cuba’s future forward. Jupiter is travel, and tourism has saved Cuba. Many players will by jockeying for position. There will be new educational learning curves and much exports of cigars as a status symbol. Jupiter will cross Cuba’s Ascendant next August 13, 2015 that will be  like a butterfly emerging from a long chrysalis stage in its full beauty.

Neptune is Trining Cuba’s North Node at 4 degrees Scorpio from the 7th house of relationships with all ‘others.” Cuba will have to be very careful of wearing those rose colored glasses as it may idealize the dream. Neptune rules glamour, all the illusory stuff of Hollywood and American consumer culture.  Neptune also rules drugs, addictions, gambling,and debt. We don’t want Cuba to go this route.This was part of what Cuba’s revolution took place against. Cuba did not sell out in the past that is one of its strengths and goals to be obsessively Scorpio strong in its unwavering desire.

Get ready to cha-cha. Smoke big cigars and see those beautiful 50’s imported cars being sold for bug bucks. Viva Cuba.

Critical Shadow work, strength, magical helpers.

Saturn, the planet of manifestation, Lord of the physical world, the GRIM REAPER, death, time, obstacles, limitations  is at the 29th most critical degree of SCORPIO now which is also the sign of DEATH, rebirth, transformations, power struggles, secrets.

We are in the critical death period. The deepest darkest most dense SCORPIONIC intense part of the crucible. This is the dregs, the blackest, most fearful, shodowfilled part of the entire zodiac.  Like the animal which Scorpio is named for, Scorpions will sting their enemy without remorse, they are cold calculating killers. Yesterday I was thinking about all of this and the phrase “THE HORROR, THE HORROR.” from Joseph Conrad’s  Heart of Darkness appeared in  my mind. I woke up to find the news.

The terrible TALIBAN shooting which killed 133 children at a military school on the 16th is part of the crucible.  My heart goes out to all the parents and the families of those killed in this bloody massacre. Terrorism, I wondered where this modern scourge came from. I remember the first mention of it in 1975 at the Olympics against the Isreali’s. 

Malala Yousafzi who was herself a target of the Taliban in Pakistan spoke out that we must stop the Taliban scourge. The President of Pakistan publically stated there will be revenge for every child killed.

The intensity of the 6th Uranus Pluto square unleashes unexpected chaos and TERRORISM in the  form of the hackers who ransacked through Sony Corporation. Uranus is the Internet and Pluto is secrets power, control. Cyber terrorism is another literal manifestation of this energy. Welcome to  modern age warfare.  The Group who seem obviously to be working for North Korea over the comedy movie “The Interview” with Seth Rogen and James Franco are threatening 911 type attacks in America.  How bizarre is that? That is NEPTUNE in PISCES which is already being squared by SATURN.   La la land and reality colliding. That’s the next major aspect we have to deal with the  next few months. We are all falling through the Rabbit hole collectively.

The war against Terrorism is like cancer, it is a war against our own shadows, our own selves. 

So look deeply into that sector of your own Astrology chart and circle the last degree of SCORPIO, it is the test of death in 2014 which we will have to repeat in mid June 2015 when Saturn Retrogrades back to 28 degrees, turning direct August 1 then dragging us through the last terrible degree until September 17 when Saturn finally enters Sagittarius for the next 2.5 years.

We must all look our own shadows in the face, many don’t want to look, are afraid of what they might find. Just like in the Fairy Tales, we must look into the dark mirror, open the black box,dive into  the dark well the deep pool, enter the forbidden cave in order to gain the prize. But that’s not why we venture on.

Be brave and strong and fearless, use Jupiter in Leo’s STRENGTH to guide you. Death also carries rebirth and help from those who have passed on and are in spirit form. You can call on the dead to help you to have strength. Just like in Harry Potter.Wwhen all else fails, USE MAGIC.

The planet is there for a reason now. Use Jupiter Retrograde to go back into the fear, the obstacles, the greatest struggles, your  own shadows, yes those you get triggered by emotionally. Look at what is it that triggers you. Those people, the ones you can’t stand, be it a religious group, a person, fat people, “dumb” people, government officials,- OK that’s different. Look at all of those people as disowned parts of yourself and accept them and send love to and Bless those parts.

Politically though, unless we all do this the situation can’t entirely change.  Those who hate are in fear and ignorance. Ignorance and hatred and fear because of religious fanaticism and violence can plunge the entire world into darkness once again. We must not allow that to happen. 

A week from now with Saturn in Sagittarius it will seem that everything will magically change. There will be renewed hope and optimism even with Saturn there. You can be your own Wizard or Fairy Godmother.

 

But taking responsibility for your own shit is the first task.

Saturn is limitations and Sagittarius is international relations, religion and laws. There will be International co-operation to stop terrorism and the Taliban for sure. Borders will be built, and maintained. There will be prison camp areas where certain religious fanatical groups will be contained. There may be mind control technique used to rehabilitate religious fanatics. There will be laws about what can be taught about religion. Immigration to foreign countries will also stop. No more refugees status. There will be an end to liberal tolerance of religious intolerance. Many foreigners will be sent back to their countries of origin unless they agree to live by the laws, language and tolerance for women, gays and secular societies. Holland, which is a very tolerant country implemented this policy  years ago. America cannot stay in a Christian Fundamentalist mindset in this day and age either. Teaching creationism is equal to any religious fundamentalist teaching. 

It may not be actually that easy. But Sagittarius is Hope and faith and higher vision and inspiration. Saturn will keep us grounded and visionary.  We will be picking up speed. I will write more about Saturn in Sag. and how to prepare you for the final critical part f the journey next Summer. I think I will teach a long course on that one.
