Smudging the World

January 27 I’m sending you big blessings of love and cleansing and am smudging you and myself and virtually everyone for real wherever you are in the world. On twitter or insta or anywhere in the Universe. This is spiritual detoxing. There is too much negativity, projection and putting other people down.

Smudge  is dried white sage and is an Indigenous tradition. Where I live the Native peoples use a combination of dried white sage, dried cedar and sweetgrass and burned them in an abalone shell. Always using the 4 directions and elements. The earth gives the plants, the Fire is used to burn them, The shell symbolizes the water and the ocean the womb of Life and the smoke is Air. The smoke clarifies energies and is very soothing. Smoke was considered to be the conduit to Heaven and the Great Spirit. We are all one love, one heart, we are all one.
