The Mars-Saturn conjunction in SAGITTARIUS created a lot of devastating destruction. Two large earthquakes, one in Italy and one in Myanmar.  August 23 in Cincinnati, 20 heroin overdoses  were recorded and much more. MARS is also OUT OF BOUNDS, meaning he can’t be tied down. He is a loose cannon.
