I send Happy Easter Passover and Eostre greetings to all my friends clients and all who find my articles.

It’s GOOD FRIDAY and the 1st night of PASSOVER  just as in the original story of Jesus, so it is told, of Jesus, being condemned to die on the cross and  resurrected over the next 3 days. 3 is an ancient symbol of the number of days each month for the Moon to rebirth herself.  A very symbolic time for two major religions in the western world.

For the Jewish people Passover is one of the most important rituals and celebrations in their history. The Passover retells the story of the Jews enslavement in Egypt for 300 years, how Moses received the 10 Commandments and  freed the Jews from Pharaoh and their subsequent wandering in the desert for 40 years. The Passover has been celebrated for over 3,500 years. Themes of suffering, freedom, sacrifice, resurrection abound.

What does this mean for us now in 2012?   The effects of a Full moon lasts for the 2 week cycle till the New MOON so use this article as a reference as to how it affects your natal chart/planets.

Sun is at 17 degrees ARIES with Moon opposite in LIBRA. Full MOON’s  mark completions. Full MOONs are  fertile. A super moon shows the moon very large as it is closer to the earth, we get 5 of these a year. The closer proximity makes the Moon  more magical, romantic and potent. 

LIBRA Full moon is a balancing act, it is  karma. ROMANCE is in the AIR.

 IT’S COMPLICATED …

and complex relationship’s energies to balance.  MARS ruler of Aries governs the Sun at this time, is still RETROGRADE at 4 degrees Virgo  and moving very s-l-o-w-l-y till  April 13  where he turns direct. MARS ruler of Men, libido than means SEX, action, defenses, war has been RETRO boogy -ing since Jan. 23 at 23 degrees of VIRGO. It will take till JUNE 20 for MARS to get back up to form and make some real forward motion.

This is the slow period. MOON in Air sign Libra is ruled by VENUS now at 2 degrees of Gemini. Moon= moods, feelings and shows a  doubly airy, fickle, doesn’t know what it feels, confused feelings.

We were experiencing those lovely GRAND TRINES a week or so ago. Now the energy has shifted dramatically.

MARS opposite NEPTUNE at 2 degrees of PISCES and CHIRON the Wounded Healer at 7 degrees. Neptune and Chiron have been like twins since 2011 in very close proximity to each other. NEPTUNE is the HIGHER OCTAVE, or spiritual love, AGAPE the Greeks called it, of Venus.

Soul-mate stuff. CHIRON is the wounded healer, we are most vulnerable where Chiron is. In PISCES this is our open spiritual wounds. PISCES is the 12th house,  past life,  unconscious, self-undoing wounds. It is the in denial wounds, the scapegoat wounds, the workaholic, addictions to sex, drugs, health, working out, money, power,drop out wounds, it is the martyr, Like JESUS, in the TAROT, the Hanged Man.

But these wounds are part and parcel of our human journey, our in CARN{E} ation. As JESUS was both human and divine,when he asked God on the cross why hast thou forsaken me? Jesus was speaking from the human vulnerable separation point of view for a moment. We can all identify with that. When we know our true PISCES divinity, that we are all sons and daughters of God. We are sparks of Gods, holograms of all of creation then we have the LIBRA balance. It is ours to balance out the Human and the Divine within ourselves. 

The opposition of Mars retrograde in Virgo to  Neptune and Chiron has been rubbing our all too human imperfections raw of late. My clients have been expressing this and I’ve certainly been feeling that! Frazzled, tired, not good enough, too nit picky, working too hard, what’s the point? … Those three are also in square to the NORTH NODE at 6 degrees of SAGITTARIUS and to VENUS.

The NORTH Node symbolizes the highest spiritual goal. It is sitting exactly on my Sun right now. The North Node in Sagittarius is about honesty, truth, inspiration, optimism, teaching, adventure, the far-seeing goal. Sagittarius is the Galactic Center. The BLACK HOLE at the center of our Milky Way Galaxy is the Spiritual gateway of all souls and held in high esteem by many Indigenous ancient cultures not only the Maya.

This MUTABLE GRAND CROSS involves Mars, VENUS, Neptunian spiritual Higher love, Chirotic wounding, and the choice to re-balance  our relationships. What will YOU choose?

Jupiter ruler of the North Node and ancient ruler of Pisces is at 14 degreees of Taurus very BULLISH, strong stubborn and grounded at the middle degree.  Retrograde Saturn is opposite the Sun close to the Moon, we are very much at a pivotal point in humanity’s karma.

We choose to create our reality at every moment.  CHOOSE from the heart. This extended Martian retrograde period has the where the action is planet staying in VIRGO  from Nov 10 2011- July 3 2012. The President is going through what every 50 year old goes through. It’s called your Chiron Return.

 So where that little key is in your birth chart  shows where you are the most vulnerable, wounded but also where the greatest healing lies, for as each individual heals themselves and the greatest strength lies in being able to open the wounds, show the soft underbelly, own it, take responsibility for it, cherish it, thank it, understand it, bless it, that we may become wounded healers for others.

So I send HAPPY BIRTHDAY greetings to President Obama. Lord knows we can all see the vulnerability, the wounds, he is feeling right now trying to fix a wounded U.S.A.  It’s a mighty big job.

Mr. Obama has Chiron opposite Pluto in Virgo in the 7th house of others in his Birth chart, indicating that he is a wounded healer with Big Soul, Big Power,[ Pluto}  a rebirth, around health, work, service to others. Very intelligent, that's pluto in Virgo, a perfectionist, a very hard worker, someone who always gets te job done. The Chiron return amps up his innate wounding which he felt as a child. Pisces is the most spiritual and sensitive of all the signs, with no boundaries, feeling one with everyone.

I do believe and I tell all my clients that I totally know inherently that we chose our parents, our place and time of birth before we come into this life the characteristics, which allows us the perfect opportunities for our souls to grow,learn and hopefully to complete our journeys of why we came into this life time again, this time around.

Mr. Obama came into this life already spiritual already a wounded healer with a lot of power directed out to the world at large. A Pisces Chiron is compassionate, all-inclusive, can be a martyr.Being of mixed racial background is a perfect symbol for him.

Mr. Obama's North Node or highest spiritual goal is at 27 degrees 18 minutes of Leo in his 7th house, the house of marriage or all others, his interface with the world, and conjunct to Pluto.  North Node conjunct Pluto is considered to be very powerful, very purposeful.  Becoming President with a capital P. is his fulfilling his highest destiny.

27 degrees of Leo is conjunct to a very famous Fixed Star REGULUS, the heart of the Lion. This famous star is connected to the ArchAngel Raphael the healer of the heart.  His South Node representing the Past, is at 27 degrees of Aquarius in his first house.

Neptune the planet of dreamers. chameleons, actors, addictions, illusions, delusions, Hollywood, OIL. HAs been passing over Mr. Obama's South Node and will do so again soon. He may seem tobe shifting his position, or being too idealistic. 

Venus is now in Leo and Venus will make a Superior Conjunction to the Sun on Aug 16th at 23 degrees of Leo. 

Every year the Sun is at the 23 degree on this date and co-incidentally it is the Anniversary dates of two very important festivals, gatherings, shifts in world consciousness.

Jose Arguelles, who recently passed on, one of the co-founders of Earth day, declared these days a world-wide meditation and higher consciousness gathering and brought the Mayan calendar “end date” of Dec 21, 2012 into mass consciousness.

For these 2 days Light workers gathered at various high energy vortex power spots around the world, Mt. Shasta. Niagara Falls, Sedona Arizona etc. 

I happened  to be drawn to living in Sedona a year before there and arrived there at Spring Equinox in 1987 to find out unbeknownst to me consciously and after the fact that 10,000 people were scheduled to arrive on  these dates in a town of 7,500 people. They did. I was there on Bell Rock and the Airport Vortex doing movement meditations. It was on National News.

My point is folks, that Venus the Goddess of women, beauty, love, harmony, balance the Arts is going to Kanoodle with the Sun on this very same date bringing the point that as in the Harry Potter Deathly Hallow’s part 1 – the Golden snitch says “I OPEN AT THE CLOSE.” cryptic words those.

So we are back to where we began this little story, Venus, the Sun , Leo, The President, Golden Girls- Marilyn Monroe, Happy 50th, anniversaries.  

The Ancients called the convergence of Venus with the Sun “CAZIMI” meaning under the Sun’s beams, burnt out, disappeared, and evil.

As a symbol of what these dates have symbolized to the collective consciousness and to have this important rendezvous now means:

Now we don’t live in fear, but in insight from our hearts, the place that LEO rules. So throw open the gates of your heart, 

Love  loud and proud, not vaingloriously but un- egotistically.  Venus disappearing, being swallowed up by the Sun,

means she is entering a Golden Palace, a Heaven world, and we as the microcosmic mirror of the Marcocosm. “AS ABOVE< SO BELOW>”

as She is dying to Herself to rise like the Phoenix from the ashes of her own immolation,

out of compete unselfish Love for the Sun, the Source of all Light and Life, to have her ego/self extinguished.

 Venus will then no longer be visible as the morning star [ DAWN STAR} where she has risen so beautifully at night in the East,

she will go to the Underworld, the night Sea journey, to the dark side of the SUN, to be reborn many months from now.

And we must go with Her whether consciously or Unconsciously.

The Lust and speculation over Gold as security in a changing worldscape is a projection of our need for what Gold holds and trasmits, what it symbolizes.  the Light of the Sun, our very Selves, our Golden Self, our Spirits, our Souls,. shining Lights, Stars. 

.The symbol # 17 in the Tarot, The Star symbol of Aquarius and you remember that song, from another famous ‘60’s musical icon don’t you?

This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, the Age of Aquarius.  

We are Stardust, We are Golden, and we've got to get ourselves back to the Garden. Thank You Joni Mitchell for so eloquently tuning into the cosmic vibe of Eternity.

And as for Mr. Obama the Venus Sun conjunction occurs in his 7th house, on his Uranus, planet of REVOLUTION in-between that planet and LILLITH, at 20 degrees of Leo very near to his Descendant.

LILLITH the archetypal first woman proceeding EVE. Didya read that story in the Bible? Not just a women's songfest. LILLITH was the first woman, She was the original "I am woman hear me roar. " She refused to allow Adam to dominate her sexually, like an animal. Pointing out rightly so, that G*d had created Her and Him EQUAL, of the earth, so what the heck was he thinking?

He wasn't obviously, he was Unconscious. So Lillith took off and flew the coop and she left Eden. Yep that's right, she flew right outa there and went to reside by the Red Sea. Ok. Long story short. She refuses to compromise in any way and is demonized by the Patriarchs who were trying to re-write HIStory from He point of view, when everyone knows deep down in their cellular memories that it was and is and always shall be SHEstory.

That is a Matriarchal comprehension of the Universe, self-evident, common sensicle. So Adam is in the Garden and asks God to make him a mate. So G* d creates Eve to be the perfect Lord it over the women prototype and women are blamed, defamed, and eternally damned in this historical rewrite.

 

So what does that mean? Well I believe the Women will revolt and take back their power!!!!!!!!!!!! I am woman hear me roar!!! Venus in Leo, conjunct the Sun. Which is ungoldenly the Ego, vanity, greed, fear and in the Light, and spiritually the divine essence, the spirit itself, rising again as Divine Love.

So guys ya better start workin on getting nice to your own inner female side, yah you. You got one too. Everyone does. Ya'all never be alone ya know.

Japan so known for its meticulous diligence in quality control, robot technology, the highest quality technology is shown to be frail, insufficient, and critically failing at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plants after the devastating earthquake and Tsunami which struck March 11. Even tif they manage to get the power up and going now, much radiation has escaped and this affects the world. If they can’t stop it and 4 reactors go into meltdown this is a critical disaster for Japan and will affect the rest of the world.  

NUCLEAR MELTDOWN FEARS FUEL CHANGES 

Nuclear energy, which is Planet Pluto’s realm-DEMOTED OR NOT- is being squared by a Retrograde Saturn at 15 degrees of Libra.  That’s a karmic pay back time folk. 

But wait, there’s a Big Back story 

When the tsunami hit and I first heard of the Nuclear power plant failure at Fukushima- no pun intended- I looked up Pluto’s discovery chart.  

The discovery of Pluto, Lord of the Underworld, Death and Rebirth, Power and Secrets happened as a presage to the splitting of the atom and the U.S. racing against Germany to be the first to use the unfathomable power which they would unleashed for use in warfare. Einstein was appalled. 

The interesting coincidence is that on Feb 18 1930 in Flagstaff Arizona at 4:00 pm when Pluto was first discovered by Clyde Tombaugh who had set out to find Planet X.

Very very powerful interesting synchronicities, almost 71 years later.  71 years in itself is significant as it takes a star 72 years to move 1 degree.

The Sun was at 29 degrees of Aquarius- exactly where Neptune and Ceres are right now. Remember that Neptune takes    years for one orbit. 29 degrees of Aquarius is a Critical degree and opposite Fixed Star Regulus at 29 degrees of Leo- the Lion’s Heart. Also known as the Archangel Raphael’s X  marking spot in Heaven.  

Venus was at 2 degrees of Pisces exactly where Chiron is right now as well. @ degrees of Pisces is also conjunct to the Fixed Star Fomalhaut aka Archangel Gabriel’s marking star.

The birth of Pluto had a Neptune Venus in Virgo/Pisces opposition in it. Always a sense of illusion, karma, hidden things, self-undoing as befits Pisces. Venus conjunct the Sun is of course in the 8^th house which is always considered to be Scorpionic- all about death, power, secrets, control, money.

St. Patrick’s Day,the Luck ‘O the Irish,the pagans by Tara Greene Astrology

St. Patrick, Catholic Irish Saint,is known for driving the snakes out of Ireland. That story  is actually a cultural re-visioning. St. Patrick, identified with the shamrock, was no Saint and not lucky at all for the pagans who worshipped the Goddess. Ireland since time out of mind was a pagan, Wiccan, Druid, Nature, Goddess worshipping land. These people were demonized and ripped off by St. Paddy. 

St. Paddy is NOT Irish. Born in Scotland  to Roman parents around 387 AD.  Taken prisoner at 14, he was sent to Ireland as a slave. He studied the language and learned the customs of the people, original Nature loving, pantheistic earth worshippers. 

As the story goes, Patrick prayed to God. He had a dream he was to leave Ireland but the Irish people were calling him back. He studied to be a priest. He became a Bishop and was sent back to Ireland to teach the Gospel. He arrived at Slane on March 25, 433. Patrick converted many thousands of people including Irish Kings who were moved {or threatened} upon hearing Patrick’s message. He himself had many disciples who were all later canonized. He preached for over 40 years, apparently worked many miracles, and wrote of his love for God in his confessions. He lived in poverty, travelled and endured much suffering and died March 17, 461 AD. at Saul, where he had built his first church. It’s 1,550 years since he died. 

THE SHAMROCK

Patrick used the shamrock, as the symbol of the holy Trinity. The SHAMrock or clover {note the sham pun in shamrock, puns are always give a ways} is originally an ancient PAGAN SYMBOL of the GODDESS, the original Holy TRINITY, the TRIPLE GODDESS, whose phases we see as the Moon waxing and waning.  

The Triple Goddess, like the Roman God Janus, who was also an overlay of the original Goddess worshipping religions, represents the past present and future. Christianity like Hinduism, Judaism, Islam always incorporated former religions but then skews the original meaning, usually inferring the opposite.

St. Patrick was famous for driving the snakes out of Ireland, meaning he drove the pagans out/converted them. The snake is a euphemism; the snakes symbolize the Goddess, rebirth, sexuality, eternity, and wisdom. Snakes were always her honoured symbol. In the re-writing of the Goddess history, the propaganda popularly known as the Bible, tells how in Genesis, the snake was turned into evil and Eve made to be seen as wicked, the original sinner, forever dooming women to hardship in birth, and never able to repent.

It is the worst most wicked, horrible, most ridiculous LIE,  filled with self-hatred, hatred of life, divorced from nature. It  was of course built on the foundations of Judaism and the old testament which was the historical very violent story of the crushing of the Goddess religion, the defamation of the Feminine.

Everything the Goddess stood for, love of Nature, the Feminine relating principles, honouring life, children, sexuality etc. was made bad, indecent, devil worship by the Catholic Church and the Bible.

Christians thank him the conversion of the ancient Irish pagans. But in the name of Christ who tolerated all peoples, honoured women and preached love of thy neighbour, pagans especially women,who were labelled witches and -worshippers,were tortured to convert, and had their properties and rank stolen from them.

 To some Pagans, wiccans, druids, Goddess worshippers St. Patrick is a despised person who drove the Irish people from their original faith.  Some Wiccans may actually enjoy the celebration because of its “hidden” Pagan meaning, and smile when they see devout Christians wearing the shamrock, the Goddess’symbol proudly.

As in the Mists of Avalon, the re-telling of the Arthurian and Grail legends from the original Pagan Goddess worshipping aspect, the Goddess in any name is still Her energy. Goddess worship is earth honouring, egalitarian, matriarchal. 

Just as the white people carry a collective karmic debt and shame for destroying Indigenous peoples earth worshipping religion and cultures. In Canada,there is now a token giving back, as in the Queen Charlotte Island being renamed in their indigenous tongue and land treaties give native people back the lands and bones or historical relics taken in colonialized plunder, as in Egypt and China that were stolen from them. 

Perhaps we should rethink St. Patrick when we’re out in the pub drinking green beer, wearing shamrocks, and singing When Irish Eyes Are Smilin’ and Oh Danny Boy and at least toast THE GODDESS. Because as She says: “All acts of love and beauty are my worship.” 

And speaking of Ireland. The name Tara, popularly connected to the Hills of Tara, and the Kings of Tara is originally a Goddess name. Tara, whose ancient worship continues today,She is still worshipped daily in India and Tibet.  Green Tara whose name is originally SITARA, means the Stars. Therefore she is just like the Egyptian Goddess of the sky, where all life originated, the goddess Nut, or Nuit, aka the Milky Way Galaxy. Hey we don’t call it a Guyaxy. 

Sitara, her name means the Galaxy, all that is, She is the original creatress, Mother Nature. The Sitar is her heavenly music, the music of the cosmos. Her worship is so ancient and widespread it ran from India all the way to Ireland.

In English Tara =Terra in Latin meaning The EARTH. Eartha or Artha in Sanskrit means the Earth. All the names have an etymological root from Sanskrit considered to be a holy language. So in India and Tibet the mantra, the prayers for Tara invoke her vibration, as chanting OHM is considered to be the original word of God. Tara actually has 21 different manifestations, colours and dances representing her powers.  Green Tara is Mother Nature. 

Chanting her mantra or saying these words brings protection.

I think the eclipses are more powerfully related to earthquakes, tsunamis etc. as potential power triggers. Traditionally eclipses were always seen as harbingers of bad luck, ill omens, the dragon eating the sun or moon. Of course solar end Lunar eclipses happen on average of 4 times per year. Old superstitions before people understood what eclipses really were about. Still, where the eclipse shadows falls on the earth are the places most affected.

WATER, major issue as CHIRON Re-ENTERS PISCES again FEB 8 12:10 PM PST for 7 YEARS!!!!

This is a long-term major cycle. Chiron briefly touched his toe into Oceanic Pisces April 19- July 20 in 2010. The first day of Chiron in Pisces the Deep water HORIZON BP OIL rig blew and spilled unknown tons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico creating one of the worst eco-disasters ever. So expect more of the same as Chiron is the Wounded Healer, in Pisces he will stick his finger symbolically in wherever we are wounded, vulnerable, sore, covering up, in denial of. We are 70-% water. So is the earth.

We need to drink many litres of pure quality life renewing litres of water each day to stay alive. It is the 2^nd most important life-giving nutrient after air. Water resources will be a major scarcity issue. The oceans, purifying sea water, energy from the oceans, new life forms, who owns what around water. Dying oceanic life forms as well, no more fish left in the seas, whales doplohins, extinctions. Not good for us humans at all.

Art will become more of a spiritual vehicle. Colours will be softer greens and blues, more subtle, sensitive.  Neptune rules Pisces and it in turn rules OIL, It is the end of OIL as Pisces is the last of the signs. We are reaching the end of an era on oil dependence over the next 7 years. Pisces is also escapism, Hollywood, film and photography, addictions, viruses, ashrams, karma. Chiron also known, as Soul tenderizer will stick it to each and every one of us dealing with our own karmic issues, our addictions, our martyrdom, and our victim hood.

Hollywood itself will go through another upheaval in entertainment, direct mind to mind entertainment, dream recall.  Inception is the prophetic film released with Chiron in Pisces.  The danger is mass escapism into mindless drugging, as the consciousness gets higher and more refined and a lot of “Sheeple” are afraid.

We are on an evolutionary turning point this year. Almost at the last day in the Mayan Dr. Calleman reckoning which begins  MARCH 9 2011. There’s only  234 days to complete the UNITY WAVE, the final approach to ONENESS CONSCIOUSNESS. THis is the alternative to Dec 12 2012 MAyan calendar date. There are a few schools of thought on this cycle and how consciousness is expanding at faster and faster rates. Over the last 16 BILLION years, we are now at the last level. BP oil spill,volacanic eruptions,vampires,angels planets by Tara Greene Astrology

I was musing over the terrible eco disaster created by BP in the Gulf, the negligent cover ups in the US government oil industry lobbying whereby no extra saftey measures were instituted in US vs Norway, etc have. Why am I not surprised? Big oil gets things done its own way. To hell with anybody else, environ-mental blah blah blah

I just had a flash image of the volcano erupting in Iceland, as I was thinking about the BP oil spill. The painting by  artist Napoleon Brousseau’s “Oil on Oil” also came to mind…

It struck me that there’s a connection these days between the man made screw ups, spewing oil wells in the ocean and the naturally occuring Volcanic eruptions in Iceland.  Native people’s say that oil is the Earth Mothers’ blood.

The oil industry and all of us oil consumers in the world are Vampires  sucking the Earth Mother’s blood out of her veins.  Interesting that I have been musing about Twilight, the Vampire saga as well. This is how the synchonicity works for me. How I see the whole picture and how all the pieces  fall into place. I get the AHA!  The intutive flash where it all makes sense to me.

ARCHETYPES

Western Culture is a feeback mechanism, I guess you could call it a bio cultural feedback. Whatever is popular in Western culture is a message from the Archetypes. Archetypes, according to Joseph Campbell and Psychologist Carl Jung felt that Archetypes are core symbols, primal religious themes, Universal “seeds.” All cultures world wide recognise and share the same myths, stories, fables, underlying religious themes, inspirations, lessons. Archetypes are considered to be the living consciousness behind the myths.

TWILIGHT, VAMPIRES ‘R US

So for example the popularity on one level of Twilight, the Vampire interest is to place the trigger VAMPIRE into the consciousness in a primal popular way. Irregardless of how the vampire story is being newly minted, renovated reimagined and ordered for tween girls.  I believe its to get us to see ourselves as vampires, our own Vampirical ways.  

You shouldn’t tamper with Mother Nature. The Volcano in Iceland errupting or Mt. St. Helen’s fuming tells me that the centre of the earth is connected to all other centers in the earth. If youre drilling for oil at the sea bottom in the Gulf of Mexico or Norway or anywhere else in the world you are tapping the deep rich veins of Mama Earth, and all her lines of communications are connected, so she blows her top in Iceland. I think its a warning. Mother Earth speaks, like all great spiritual messages dreams, visions, insights, premonitions, telepathy, intuition all use symbolic language, code,  metaphors, similies.  SHE is fumingly mad!!!! She’s not gonna take it much longer.  Yah think it’s an inconvenience for thousands to Not fly in Europe for days? HAH! That’s just the appeteaser to whats in store for us all.

Planetary Symbolism

Now the planets also have an interesting symbolic message to this BP oil spill. The planet Saturn,known as the Cosmic Cop, traditionally called The Great Malefic, bringer of limitations, obstacles, testing backed up into Virgo for its last sojourn on April 7th.Virgo is an Earth Sign so all earthly things come under that sign. Virgo is most concerned with practicality, perfection, organization, accounting, health, getting the job done. Wherever Sign Saturn is travelling through, it limits, creates obstacles to all the things goverened by that Sign. Saturn is currently retrograding at 28 degrees of Virgo, which is Squaring { a 90 degree HArd angle} to the Galactic Center at 27 degrees of Sagittarius.

Is there a planet which rules oil? Yes, its the Planet Neptune, which governs the Sign Pisces, who was King of the Ocean to the Greeks. { We’ll connect the Greek economic problems to all this in a moment.} So what’s the connection?

Neptune is currrently at 28 degrees of Aquarius. Neptune and the Wounded Healer cosmic body called Chiron have been tangoing cheek to jowl for most of this past year. Chiron is known as the Wounded Healer He was alos prominent in Greek mythology. Mythology is the realm of the Archetypes, remember? Chiron shows us Where the Wound is, What needs to be healed, the way through the wound, to the Healing for ourselves and then others. So the message is we a hurtin’ around OIL.  Neptune in Aquarius is all about inventive new technologies which benefit all of humanity. Aquarius like those popular pre-packaged vacations,is All INCLUSIVE, a non-ego Sign..  O.K. so what’s the connection?

Qunicunx’s and Consequences

Neptune is 150 degrees away from Saturn. All Astrology is about Sacred geometry.That 150 degree angle is known as a Qunicunx. The planets are 5 signs away from each other. In totally different elements. In other words it is considered to be a harsh, abrasive , clashy energy. One sign can’t understand the others basic elemental view of the world. There is friction.  So here is a cosmic picture, a Kodak Moment if you will, of the planet of hard knocks, Saturn going backwards in Virgo, raking us once again over the coals of our previously sown bad intentions,the harbinger and reaper of karma.

Did I mention Karma and Saturn in the same sentence allready? Oil, the car industry, we should change the spelling to something more streetwise and punk’d: kars, karma, etc. Korny, I know. The kosmos likes Korny puns! So Saturn is putting the brakes on the car industry because Neptune ruler of OIL and Saturn have been rubbing each other the wrong way. And they’re are showing us the prime archetypal symbols in the sky patterns:  “AS ABOVE SO BELOW”

So we are getting our collective noses rubbed by this cosmic pattern. But it ain’t funny at all. The same Saturn Neptune QUNICUNX is creating CONSEQUENCES.  I love how that rolls off the tongue but it is serious business. Saturn/Neptune is also related to the recession which began in 2008 because Neptune also rules DEBT, Fantasy, illusion, escapism, DENIAL.

BIg Changes are in the works:

Uranus the planet of revolution, freedom, liberation, inventiveness, technology, collectivism, humanitarian idealsim is moving to ZERO degrees of Aries, the Zero point and absolute beginning of the Astrology wheel. A new revolution, a collective thunderbolt of new inventiveness in tech is about to be unleashed as well as a  groundswell of revolution over all those things that affect the collective of humanity.

I predict that something will be found to cap that nasty oil well, most likely on that day! The planet Saturn turns Direct in motion om May 30th indicating a turn around fromt he present state. Saturn ‘s been moving backwards Retro since Jan 13th, so 2010 has mainly been about reaping the karma of our previous behaviours. It’ll take awhile, till September 5th for Saturn to regain all that lost ground. Not until then can 2010 actually push forward into new territory. Amazing to think about the karmic repo man Saturn is for us. The very next day May 31st, Neptune then begins his retrograde period which lasts until November 7th.  It’s a cosmic “push me, pull you.” One step forward, 2 steps behind. 

We really do have to realize what blood {oil} sucking gluttonous Vampires we are and have been. The pollution its created, the ecodisaster, the financial crisis,the loss of jobs for people, this totally unecessary accident could have been avoided most likely if Proper saftey equipment had been mandatory, properly saftey checked etc. But BP is one form of the blood sucking vampires, they were greedy, they were “cutting costs.”

We are also culpable, recklessly drinking up Mother Earth’s prescious blood/oil. Our thirst for cars, industry,waste, plastic, convenience, fast, disposable, travel, freedom, me, I deserve it, plastic diapers, toys,bags,garbage bags, Oil is at the bottom of our modern consumer culture and “lifestyle.”

Volcanoes erupting in Iceland is a direct result of all the oil drilling all over the World. From the Persian Gulf to Mexico, we are bleeding and drinking Mother Earth dry. Whether you believe in the Green house effect or not. The actual reality is obvious if you can see the connection. Saturn= cause + effect. We greedy, we no think of consequences, we suffer from them. If you take out the oil somewhere in the Earth you are disrupting the blood and body of the Earth, and her anger is volcanic erruptions coming out at her puny disrespectful children to punish them. Earthquakes too are part of this scenario, as are tsunammis, tornadoes, hurricanes.   

James Lovelock coined the term Gaia for the Earth’s consciousness. I believe and I know that Gaia, the Earth, is the Living Archetypal Mother of us all. She was known as Demeter to the Romans and Ceres to the Greeks. We still honor Ceres’ abundance   everyday in households around the world,by eating of her grains, CEREals.

We are beginning a new era with Uranus entering Aries. Uranus last entered Aries in March 31, 1927. That was the precurser to the Great Depression.

Then Saturn the repo man moves back into Libra July 21st and Uranus and Saturn face off  in opposition to each other.  The two planets were in opposition to each other in the 60′s. From an Astrological point of view, the 60′s were triggered by Saturn Uranus and Pluto in alignment with each other in the late 60′s. So what was seeded then will begin to sprout now.

Then the Great T- Square between Saturn Uranus and Pluto is forming shortly thereafter.  Pluto, even though demoted by some Astronomers, is still very very potent Archetypally. Pluto is the planet of Death, rebirth, Transformation, garbage, Nuclear energy; sex, regeneration, power, control, secrets, taxes as the modern ruler of Sign Scorpio. Uranus’s entry into Aries begins to creates a Square to Pluto in Capricorn as well as the oppositon to Saturn.  This is one big heavy cross to near!We must inovate.

JUPITER ENTERS ARIES

Jupiter whos been dancing up chee to cheek with Uranus all during May, has an opposition to Saturn exact on MAy 23rd at 27 degreees 52 minutes of Pisces/Virgo. Again please note that these degrees Square the Galactic Centre at 27 degrees of Sagittarius. You know the Big Black Hole sucking up all light at the Center of the Milky Way Galaxy? 2012 has to do with the alignment of the Sun to the Glactic Centre on Winter Solstice that year. Note that Jupiter rules Sagitttarius and the Sign of Pisces traditionally. so Jupiter gives us a lot of bank for the bucks now. The revolution really revs up  June 6th when Jupiter eneters the ring and speeds into Aries, joining Uranus . Jupiter expands everything. Jupiter is a risk taker, but also a philosopher, honest, idealistic, thinks Internationally, is the law maker, wants justice and does things in a big way. But it makes the entire situation more volatile. 

MARS & ANGELS

Mars will be at the latter degrees of Leo just when Uranus enters Aries. Mars is the trigger, the defenses, war. Mars rules mundane events. Mars is hovering over the Fixed Star Raphael, bringer of Healing, ruler of the Heart and Will, Trust and Innocence. We need to connect to Archangel Raphael’s energy to help assuage this situation. Pray to Raphael all the time.  Mars will also be directly opposite to Neptune on June 4th. So expect lots of Leonine pride opposite to the Neptunian  illusion, delusion, denial about the oil spill in the backrooms of state.

WOUNDED HEALER CHIRON in PISCES

 And speaking of Chiron and those Greeks, whose economy is based on olive oil, souvlakis,tourism, and who are makign everyone feel guilty and relying on their eternal credits and royalties for inventing democracy…

Chiron recently entered Pisces on April 19. Chiron in Pisces shows us exactly where it hurts in spirituality, drugs, addictions, victim mentality, dreams, illusions, delusions,  religion, soul mates, karma, psychologically, endings, effemerals, false hopes, false prophets, pharmaceuticals, compassion, union, back stabbing, secret enemies, self-undoing.  Chiron like Jupiter are just sticking their toes into new waters as it were…this is just  preview of what’s next. so stay tuned.

 Indigenous peoples have always honoured the Earth as the mother of us all. She is and always was revered and respected. The indigenous peoples feel it is their sacred duty to watch over, care and administer to Her needs, to uphold her Natural Laws. It is an undisputable fact that we All live on Her. The Earth IS our mother.  NOTRE DAME.  The Earth, Herself, is Our One common Mother, regardless of religion, race, colour or gender.  

 If we look at the news this Mothers Day we can’t help but be alarmed at the persistent and worsening environmental disasters going on everywhere around the world.  

I believe that these natural and man-made environmental disasters are quickening their pace and worsening in order to wake us up! If we were having a bad dream, we would surely wake ourselves up from fear of facing IT.  

I find it strange that in our “waking life” we seem to remain deeply asleep, when life-threatening danger is us all around us, in everything we encounter!  

 Please look deeply into your heart and ask yourself if the Great mother, the Earth needs your prayers and love right now. Stop and get quiet, take a deep breath and send your consciousness down into your heart and resonate that question. Listen for the true answer…  

 The Earth Mother really needs us to wake up from our waking sleep and change, radically how we have been living, our supposed dominance over the earth will decimate all of us and if we don’t stop and change now.   

Tsunamis, volcanoes, flooding, drought. I know in my heart that men and women have created these imbalance, pollution, waste, species extinction by living out of balance with Nature. We need to live in ways that do not harm the Earth or any of her children. This nightmare of a way of life is not life giving, nurturing. Our postmodern Western culture is insane and brutal; it’s really a nightmare, a bad dream for the Earth Herself. Look what we’ve done to our Mother.  

The way we’ve hurt and abused our Mother. We are our mother, we are the Earth. Let’s admit the truth, it’s suicidal.

 I had written on May Day recently about toppling the Male model of power over represented by the May Pole because of the oil spill in the Gulf. See my blog  http://infinitynow.wordpress.com/2010/05/  

 Then this came to me as an email from novelist, teacher, lecturer, activist, Elder and healer Deena Metzger.

We cannot know the consequences of the Gulf Hemmorrhage. We can see the gravity….. Things Fall Apart (from Truthout).  We know something of the ways illness can be transformed to sacred illness and invite miracles. When we offer up everything, and change our lives systemically on behalf of the future of all beings, unimagined possibilities occur…. This is the moment.

A Call to Live Your Medicine Now  on Behalf of the EarthSeaMother Gather your medicines, the EarthSeaMother says, the ones I gave you to meet whatever pain and anguish might come to you in your lives.  Gather your medicines, bring out your medicine bundles and live from them, live them, now.  You always wondered when the time might be that you could not deny the urgency that insists you walk your medicine ways.  The time is now. What life emerges directly out of the wisdom you gathered as you gathered your medicine bundle, your spiritual practices, your prayers?   About the suffering Gulf and the great, gushing wound of the EarthSeaMother…    When praying for healing, a miracle requires rigorous alignment with what serves all beings, making offerings to the future equal to the gravity of the situation, making amends, atoning, transforming, holding nothing back.      When hoping for healing of a critical illness, the patient, the patient’s family and community and the healers make the systemic offerings that align them with Spirit on behalf of the future of the patient and the future of all beings.  Everyone scrutinizes herself/himself to see how we may have contributed to the agony and changes behavior immediately.  Healing, to be true healing, must be goodness for all beings.      The EarthSeaMother made the ultimate offering to nurture us no matter what. The  EarthSeaMother and her offering were one.  Now we have wounded her so gravely she may no longer be capable of sustaining her little ones, the ones who live their lives within her, or alongside her. She may no longer be capable of sustaining us.  Can we take on this task, on her behalf, of nurturing all these beings, all beings, truly?  Can we transform our lives so that this call is at the core?  Can we offer this on behalf of the miracle of healing that is so desperately needed? The EarthSeaMother calls out to us for such offerings.    What is in your medicine bundle?  What are your healing and spiritual practices?  What daily, moment by moment life is implied by these healing prayer medicines?  Will you offer and live your medicine now, ceaselessly?  When you gather with others, will you see what medicines you carry together and offer them fully?      Healing activity of the magnitude required – equal to the magnitude of the tragedy – needs to be systemic, ongoing and constant, as is the suffering and wound of the EarthSeaMother and all the creatures.  Can you align each moment of your life to the medicine life?  Prayer extends from the exact and rigorous practice of such offerings,.  If we can heal life - that is, heal the EarthSeaMother - then Life may heal us.

***I had the following dream in May 2009, overwhelmed by grief after seeing photos of desert elephants dying of thirst. I remembered such grief from a pilgrimage to the Death Camps of Central Europe. Pained beyond language, I prayed for a dream that would show us a path out of the horror we have created.  I prayed for a dream that might show the way to restoration.  I prayed for a dream though I have never, as I recall, ever received a dream in answer to such a request.  I sent out the dream at that time and now, alas, it is time to send it out again.

***This is the dream that came at 8:45 on May 25, 2009:I have put out a call to gather those who carry sacred, ritual  and magical powers. People are coming together in a rectangular room that will allow each of us enough space to sit in an ellipse. There is a little clutch of women activists at one end of the room. They have been doing political work together for years. They gather in conversation in a tight circle that feels familiar, if exclusive. One of the women asks me if this is the way I imagined our sitting together. It is not. She asks me if I have a microphone.  Yes, I can get one, I answer, although convinced that passing a microphone will interfere with the ambiance we are called to create.  If we don’t use a microphone, we will have to listen deeply and project our voices to be certain that everyone hears.  Without a microphone, the conversations will be more intimate and spontaneous. We are failing to gather in the way that meets the call.  We are losing the energy of what we might accomplish, of what promises a new sensibility necessary for this time.  I had imagined we would  devote ourselves to supporting radical activism on behalf of healing the earth, peacebuilding and restoration. The thesis of the gathering is that an alliance of political, spiritual and ritual activity has the best chance of success.  [Such collaboration between Native American elders, medicine people and younger Native American activists has recently been successful after years of failure.] I am rehearsing the words that I will speak to inspire the participants. This is a call for on-going ritual and ceremonial work in support of more pragmatic social, political and environmental activities. It is also a call to live according to absolute integrity.  In the dream, I am thinking of the planetary consequences of violence, brutality, and greed.  I am anguished by the plight of the elephants, polar bears, whales, wolves, of the pollution of the earth, the air and the waters, of global warming and its consequences.  In order to please the women who want the microphone, though they are insisting on the old political school through which they have attained a modicum of power and influence, I set off at a run down the steep streets to First Street for the microphone.  But the street is further away than I remember and I soon recognize that it will take too long to retrieve it.  I turn around and return with the intent of realizing the original vision, which is different from how we normally do things and so derives new content, new possibility from its new form.   When I return I try to begin our meeting, but everyone is distracted and I don’t know how to gather them together.  A younger, dark skinned woman with dark hair lying on a low couch or mattress, raises herself on her forearms and begins singing a chant in a foreign language. The young woman’s voice is deep and resonant and the song gathers us to attention and creates the field in which our mandate - for it is a mandate - can be articulated and healing realized.     As I write the dream, I am aware that this call is not a suggestion but is spiritual instruction that can help accomplish our deepest hopes for the future IF we make these activities the very core of our daily lives and live accordingly and with integrity.  This is the labor that calls to each of us even as it entirely transforms and refocuses our definition of work.   It is not that we are called to do this work together in a group but that we are each, in the way we are trained, called to it as our primary activity while the same is true for everyone else: each of us devoted and alongside each other and the suffering creatures.  We are asked to focus, do ritual work and live our lives with integrity to bring ease and healing to a suffering world.     Mitakye Oyasin.  All Our Relations.   Deena

And vow to take action to change the way you do everything, from letting the water run, to idling your car, to eating meat, to cleaning up garbage, to railing at the government, to downsizing the amount of clothing, perfumes, Plastics, packaged foods, we waste as an act of love and support for the Earth. When each one of us does this, the Earth’s load gets lighter. But it needs constant vigilance, a change of lifestyle. We need to get primitive, tribal, slow, small, and local, green and caring. We must Honour OUR MOTHER and Ourselves.
